The rapid development of information technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize digital media as an effective platform for information dissemination and business promotion. Umbu Water Kasih Drinking Water Depot still relies on conventional promotional methods, limiting public access to information regarding its business profile, services, pricing, location, and contact details. This study aims to design and develop a web-based business profile website as a digital information and promotional medium to improve business visibility and facilitate customer access to business information. The research employed the Project-Based Research (PBR) approach with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL and provides business profile information, service details, price lists, galleries, Google Maps integration, WhatsApp communication, and an administrator management page. System quality was evaluated using Black Box Testing to verify functional requirements and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess usability. The results indicate that the developed website successfully performs all intended functions and provides a more effective information and promotion medium than conventional methods. Furthermore, the website improves digital visibility, facilitates customer interaction, and supports the digital transformation of the business. Therefore, the developed website is feasible to be implemented as an information and digital promotion platform for Umbu Water Kasih Drinking Water Depot.
