Abstract

The problem in this study is the Jigsaw Cooperative learning model has not been applied optimally to engineering mechanics subjects and student learning outcomes do not meet the KKM standard of 70. The objectives of the study: (1) to describe the learning process in engineering mechanics subjects by applying cooperative learning models Jigsaw Type in Vocational Schools, and (2) To find out student learning outcomes in Mechanical Engineering subjects, especially in Basic Competence, apply how to arrange an equivalent style in building structures by applying the Jigsaw Type cooperative learning model in Vocational Schools This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out in SMK with the research subjects of Class X students. The instruments in this study were observation sheets of the learning process, (teachers' respondents), student activity observation sheets, photo documentation, and learning outcomes tests. With the data analysis technique, the observation sheet was processed with a Likert scale and the learning outcomes test was carried out with a validation test and a feasibility test. The results of the study: (1) In the first (first) cycle the average percentage of observations in the learning process (teacher respondents) was 65%, while in the second (two) cycle the average percentage of observations in the learning process (teacher respondents) was 85, 37%. (2) In the first (first) cycle, the average percentage of observation of student activity, which is 34.62%, has not reached the target set, while in cycle II (two) the average percentage of observation of student activity, which is 88.46%, has reached the target. set at 70%. (3) In the first (first) cycle, the average count of student learning outcomes is 60.82, the percentage value of student completeness is 30.77%, while in the second (second) cycle, the average student learning outcome is 82.18 classified as good. , and the percentage value of student learning outcomes completeness 92.31% has reached the target set, namely 70. From the research findings above, it can be concluded that by applying the Jigsaw Type cooperative learning model to engineering mechanics subjects, it can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together belum optimal diterapkan sehingga hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran konstruksi jalan dan jembatan belum memenuhi Standar KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together dan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X. Hasil penelitian : (1) pada siklus I (pertama) rata-rata pengamatan proses pembelajaran (responden guru) yaitu 48,60%, rata-rata persentase pengamatan keaktifan siswa yaitu 45,23% belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan, rata-rata hitung hasil belajar siswa adalah 66,93 tergolong kategori cukup, persentase ketuntasan siswa mencapai 38,88%. (2) pada siklus II (kedua) rata-rata pengamatan proses pembelajaran (responden guru) yaitu 91,06%, rata-rata persentase pengamatan keaktifan siswa yaitu 84,54% telah mencapai target yang ditetapkan, rata-rata hitung hasil belajar siswa adalah 82,16 tergolong kategori baik dan persentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 100%, telah mencapai target yang ditetapkan yaitu 70. Dari temuan penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together pada pelajaran fisika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence on employee performance. The competence of an employee is certainly related to the performance of the employee himself. One of the factors that have an influence on employee performance in KP2KP is the competence of human resources. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method to determine the effect of the variable of human resource competence with the variable of performance on employees. The population in this study were employees of KP2KP Gunungsitoli. Regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between human resource competence and employee performance, this is evidenced by the positive regression coefficient of human resource competence of 9.218. In the t test, the value of t arithmetic > t table (9.218 > 0.691), meaning that partially there is a significant influence between human resource competence on employee performance at KP2KP Gunungsitoli. evidenced by the results of correlation analysis obtained R of 0.931, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between human resource competence and employee performance, namely rcount = 0.931 and rtable = 0.514, where obtained 0.931> 0.514.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. As a health service, the ability of Public health centres to meet patient needs can be measured by the level of patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is related to health services. A health agency, one of which is a Public health centre, in making efforts to improve the quality of health services, it is necessary to measure patient satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative survey to determine the effect of service quality variables on patient satisfaction variables. The population in this study were UPTD patients at the Gunungsitoli District Health Center. A regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant effect between service quality and patient satisfaction, evidenced by the positive service quality regression coefficient of 0.285. The variables of service quality and patient satisfaction have a significant positive relationship as evidenced by the results of correlation analysis obtained by R of 0.630, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, namely rcount = 0.630 and rtable = 0.279, where obtained 0.630 > 0.279.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on police performance. Qualified police personnel is certainly related to the performance of police personnel or members. One factor that influences the performance of members in the police institution is organizational culture. The research method used is quantitative, with a survey to determine the influence between organizational culture variables and police performance variables. The population in this study is the Police Personnel of the Nias Police Criminal Investigation Unit. A regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant influence between organizational culture and police performance, evidenced by the positive organizational culture regression coefficient of 5.450. In the t-test, the value of t-count > t-table (5,450 > 0.681) means that there is partially a significant influence between organizational culture on police performance in the Nias Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Correlation analysis results obtained R of 0.662, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and police performance, namely rcount = 0.662 and rtable = 0.312, where obtained 0.662> 0.312.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran daring mata kuliah fisika di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur dengan mengambil referensi dari beberapa jurnal dan sumber pustaka dengan pemaparan secara naratif untuk melihat efektifitas pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi. Sebagai pendidik, dosen memanfaatkan berbagai media pembelajaran dan aplikasi digital yang diharapkan dapat terintegrasi pada pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dan tetap mengacu pada capaian pembelajaran dalam rencana pembelajaran semester (RPS). Fisika merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib. Pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah fisika di perguruan tinggi memang cukup baik, namun memiliki kendala terhadap pemahaman terhadap materi fisika yang diajarkan oleh dosen di antaranya pembelajaran yang diberikan lebih dominan teoritis dan kegiatan praktikum tidak optimal dilaksanakan. Sehingga efektivitas pembelajaran daring mata kuliah fisika di perguruan tinggi dapat dikategorikan cukup efektif karena hasilnya tidak optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1). untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan prinsip-prinsip teknik pengukuran tanah, dan (2). untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar prinsip-prinsip teknik pengukuran tanah di SMK Negeri 2 Namohalu Esiwa pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Namohalu Esiwa dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dengan jumlah siswa 12 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi foto. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1). pada siklus I rata-rata hasil pengamatan terhadap responden guru dalam proses pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 58% dan pertemuan kedua 61% dengan rata-rata persentase 59,5%. Persentase pengamatan terhadap siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 44,75% dan pertemuan kedua 58,50% dengan rata-rata persentase 51,62%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 68,15 dengan persentase ketuntasan 41% dan persentase ketidaktuntasan 59%, dan (2). pada siklus II presentase pengamatan terhadap responden guru dalam proses pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 77% dan pertemuan kedua 91% dengan rata-rata 84%. Persentase pengamatan terhadap siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 82,5% dan pertemuan kedua 91% dengan rata-rata 86,75%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 86,18 dengan persentase ketuntasan 100% dan presentase ketidaktuntasan 0%. Sehingga telah mencapai target ketuntasan 70. Dari temuan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning, dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan prinsip-prinsip teknik pengukuran tanah.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran demonstration belum diterapkan secara optimal pada kompetensi dasar memahami jenis-jenis gambar potongan dan aturan penggambarannya dan hasil belajar siswa tidak memenuhi standar KKM 70. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1). mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran demonstration pada siswa kelas X semester genap di SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli tahun pelajaran 2021/2022, dan (2). untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar memahami jenis-jenis gambar potongan aturan penggambarannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi responden guru, lembar observasi keaktifan siswa, tes hasil belajar, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X DPIB semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 14 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1). pada siklus I (pertama) rata-rata hasil pengamatan terhadap responden guru dalam proses pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 52,77%, dan pertemuan kedua 61,11% dengan rata-rata persentase 56,94%. Presentase pengamatan terhadap siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 49,99% dan pertemuan kedua 59,37% dengan rata-rata 54,68%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 69,57% dengan presentase ketuntasan 64,28% dan presentase ketidaktuntasan 35,72%. Pada siklus II presentase pengamatan terhadap responden guru dalam proses pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 72,22% dan pertemuan kedua 91,66% dengan rata-rata 81,94%. Presentase pengamatan terhadap siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pertemuan pertama 87,94% dan pertemuan kedua 96,87% dengan rata-rata 92,40%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 87,42% dengan presentase ketuntasan 100% dan presentase ketidak tuntasan 0%. Sehingga telah mencapai target ketuntasan 70.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penyebaran batuan dan fluida yang terdapat di bawah permukaan daerah potensi panas bumi di desa Huta Baru kecamatan Sipirok kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan berdasarkan analisa nilai resistivitas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik schlumberger, didasari dengan hukum Ohm untuk mengetahui nilai resistivitas jenis perlapisan batuan pada tiap lapisan permukaan bumi. Dengan menginjeksikan arus melalui dua elektroda arus maka beda potensial yang muncul dapat terukur dari elektroda potensial. Data pengukuran di lapangan berupa beda potensial dan arus dapat digunakan untuk menghitung harga resistivitas semu (Apprent Resistivity) yang diperoleh dengan alat geolistrik (Resistivity meter), ARES-G4 v4.7 SN: 0609135 (Autematic Resistivity System). Kemudian data yang diperoleh dibuat gambar model penampang dua dimensi dengan menggunakan software Res2Dinv untuk menampilkan penampang kontur nilai resistivitas perlapisan batuan. Hasil penelitian geolistrik menunjukkan bahwa daerah penelitian  memiliki nilai resistivitas yang berbeda-beda yang berkisar antara 4,72 m hingga 167 m. Pola penyebaran fluida geothermal pada daerah penelitian tersebar secara lateral, dimana lapisan pasiran sebagai zona konduktif dan lapisan tanah lanauan sebagai lapisan penutupnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process by using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model in teaching at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli and to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in the basic competencies of Application of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Procedures by using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli for the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The instruments used include: observation in the learning process (Teacher Respondents), observation sheets of student activeness in the learning process, student learning outcomes tests, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in class X-DPIB even semester of SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli in 2021/2022 with 14 students. The results of the study were obtained: (1) In cycle I (first) the average observation of teacher respondents in the learning process of the first meeting was 55% and the second meeting was 60% with an average percentage of 57.5%. The percentage of observations of students who were active in the learning process of the first meeting was 40.90% and the second meeting was 49.00% with an average percentage of 44.95%. The percentage of students who were not actively involved in the learning process of the first meeting was 51% and the second meeting was 59.1% with an average percentage of 57.5%. The average student learning outcomes were 64.04 with a percentage of completeness of 42.85% and a percentage of incompleteness of 58.00% (2) In cycle II (second) the percentage of observations of teacher respondents in the learning process of the first meeting was 80% and the second meeting was 87.5% with an average of 83.75%. The percentage of observations of students who were active in the learning process the first meeting was 77.5% and the second meeting was 83.5% with an average of 80.5%.. It is concluded that the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the basic competencies of Applying Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Procedures.
