Learning about religious education still uses many conventional methods, where this method requires students to agree with what the teacher has said. The teacher does not familiarize students to be more active than teachers, even though in the present era the demands of the times really need output that is reliable in all things. This Research Method is using library research. Collecting data that used is text and discourse analysis's. Text and discourse which is meant is from many articles and books related to ICT based learning media innovation against visual intelligence in Islamic religion studied. This research describe ICT based learning media, visual intelligence, Islamic religious education, and ICT based learning media innovation against visual intelligence in Islamic religious education. Use of learning media against student first, educator must know students characteristics, including the students that has visual intelligence. The Educator must adapt that student learning style that tend to refer to the intelligence that students have. Educator can apply learning media by entering the world of students. ICT-based learning media that Islamic religious education educators can use for students who have visual intelligence in learning are digital slideshows, mindmaps, and videos. Educators can utilize Microsoft Powerpoint and Lectora Inspire which can present abstract material to become more concretely in front of students, such as text that represented by images on the slides. Educators can utilize mindmaps in presenting material. Mindmaps can be used because students like designs and mind maps that are accessible to students, so that the material can be accepted by students. Educator can utilize video in presenting moving images that are able to present actual objects with the original layout of the object as well as duplicating actual objects, such as learning animation videos.

This is a library research on the history and development of the Religious Court in Indonesia and its existence and competence which is unseparable from political will of the government. This article focuses on the New Order era and devides the discussion into three sub-sections: first, regulations, laws and competencies of the Religious Court, secondly position of the Religious Court based on the Law No 14 of 1970 and Law No 1 of 1974; and third, existence of the Religious Court after the Law No 7 of 1989

Learning media is one of the most important components in the learning process of an implementation. But in reality there are still a few teachers who still use the media in the learning process, thereby reducing student learning outcomes. One of the most frequently used learning media is power point media, interactive power point media is a medium that is easy and can be used by everyone and can be varied according to student needs. The aim is to describe the design and effectiveness of power point media in Islamic religious education subjects. This type of research is Research and Development using a 4D research model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative through a questionnaire. The research subjects is 40% from students were 13 students of class 1 SDN Sukowinangun 2 Magetan. The data obtained is qualitative data and then converted into quantitative data by using product moment. The results showed that the developed media was declared valid with a percentage of two expert validators at 80% and from the results of student evaluations at 87%.

Understanding the meaning of learning and teaching will not be enough for a learner (teacher) to succeed in performing the task as a teacher if we do not understand the results of learning well. Learning outcomes are often referred to as learning capability is the impact of learning process conducted by the learners and teaching conducted by learners. By understanding the categories of learning capabilities that the study wants to do, it will affect the different learning methods by the learners in the learn. These different learning methods lead to differences and changes in the management of the learning experience. The accuracy in understanding the learning capability cagorization that the learning wants to achieve will lead to accuracy in choosing the method and ultimately impact on the effectiveness of the learners in achieving the learning capabilities they want.Â Keywords: Kapabiltas Belajar Dalam Proses Pembelajaran

The oldest educational model in Indonesian islamic school, before the advent of formal education. Islamic boarding schools are representative of the needs of the community itself. Islamic school itself develops along with the development of the surrounding community with local wisdom (local genius). Therefore pesantren develops with their own uniqueness as a form of response to the fulfillment of the needs of Stakeholders.This study aims to reveal the development of the peculiarities of boarding school education, with research subjects Baitul Arqom Balung boarding school Jember. The focus of the research study is a) What is the caregiver's view of education in Islamic boarding schools ?, b) What are the caregiver's views on the development of science and technology, political demands and stakeholders, and c) What activities are carried out in developing the characteristics of the Islamic boarding school ?. The results of this study reveal: 1) That the caregiver's view of education in pesantren is: a) education in the pesantren must be open, b) Education in islamic school for all groups, c) Education dipesantren to think freely and remain spiritually islamic school, 2) view of caregivers Baitul Arqom Balung Jember boarding school on the development of science and technology, social and political changes anddemands stakeholder: that is positive and open by showing: a) Updates in terms of teaching and learning methods in pesantren, including the use of information technology access, b). Updates in terms of content of curriculum content. including teaching general science, especially technology, and c) Renewing pesantren as a center of communitydevelopment. Including equipping students with various scientific disciplines and skills in entering the modern world while still holding on to the spiritual demands, Islamic law and morals. 3) The form of educational activities developed as an effort to develop specialities in the Baitul Arqom Balung Jember Islamic boarding school, among others: a) Muadalah education activities, b) non-formal educational activities, for example: English language development, Arabic language development, scout activities, and activities other units

The Effect Of Use Of Audio Visual Media On Results Of Study On Social Knowledge Science In Madrasah Siti Khoiriyah; Moh Sutomo

Social Sciences is an integration from various branches namely history, geography, economy, sociology and anthropology which are simplified and formulated for instructional purposes and completed with material and objectives so that they are easy to learn at the public/Islamic elementary school and public/Islamic junior high school levels. With the complexity of Social Sciences studies, effective and efficient media for learning activities are needed. So, it is very necessary for a teacher to use interesting media in the teaching and learning process. One of the interesting media can be used is audio-visual media as a means of motivating and increasing effectiveness and efficiency in achieving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the use of audio-visual media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah ASHRI Jember in the academic year 2019/2020. This study, used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research, and applied a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was students of class VIII ASHRI Madrasah Jember. The research sample obtained through purposive sampling technique, which amounted to 74 students consisting of class VIII A as an experimental class and VIII B as a control class. Documentation in the form of post test scores was used as the data collection analysis. Analysis and test of hypotheses were done with Independent Sample T-Test and the assistance of the IBM SPSS 22.00 For Windows. By using Independent Sample T-Test as the hypothesis testing, the results of this study indicated the significance of 0,000 (2-tailed). This showed that the significance value was under 0.05, so that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence on the use of audio-visual learning media on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences subject at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah ASHRI Jember in the academic year 2019/2020

Pola-pola pembelajaran tradisional merupakan pola pembelajaran yang mudah diwarisi secara turun temurun daam praktek pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah. ciri utama pola pembelajaran ini adalah target penyelesaian pada buku ajar/ paket yang utama. Kenyataan ini membuat guru kurang memberdayakan kompetensi siswa, salah satunya keterampilan sosial sebagai motor internal siswa dalam belajar. Keterampilan sosial teruji secara empiris teruji mampu mendorong siswa berprestasi secara akademik dan sosial, oleh karena itu perlu kajian dalam pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial. Strategi pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw, merupakan salah satu alternative pilihan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial siswa.

Memahami makna belajar dan mengajar tidak akan cukup bagi seorang pebelajar (guru/dosen) untuk sukses dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai seorang pengajar bila tidak memahami hasil belajar. Hasil belajar sering disebut dengan kapabilitas belajar merupakan dampak dari proses belajar yang dilakukan si belajar dan mengajar yang dilakukan oleh pebelajar. Dengan memahami kategori kapabilitas belajar yang ingin dilakukan si belajar, akan berpengaruh pada metode pembelajaran yang berbeda oleh pebelajar dalam membelajarkan si belajar (siswa). Metode pembelajaran yang berbeda inilah yang membawa pada perbedaan dan perubahan pengelolaan pengalaman belajar. Ketepatan dalam memahami kagorisasi kapabilitas belajar yang ingin dicapai oleh si belajar akan membawa pada ketepatan dalam memilih metode dan akhirnya berdampak pada efektifitas si belajar dalam mencapai kapabilitas belajar yang diinginkannya.
