Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan game edukasi dan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III MIN Sibuhuan. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya capaian akademik siswa akibat pendekatan pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen, melibatkan dua kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah total 30 siswa. Kelompok pertama diberikan perlakuan berupa game edukasi dan model TGT, sedangkan kelompok kedua tidak diberikan perlakuan serupa. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan game edukasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa (p < 0,009), serta pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran TGT terhadap hasil belajar siswa (p < 0,007). Secara simultan, kombinasi keduanya juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan (p < 0,012). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan media interaktif dan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa secara efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan game edukasi dan model TGT sebagai alternatif pembelajaran inovatif di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Based on the results of this study aims to determine whether character education affects the emotional intelligence of students of SD Negeri 1007 Tanjung Baringin. This research uses quantitative methods involving all students of SD Negeri 1007 Tanjung Baringin. The sample amounted to 51 students. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documents, Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and prerequisite tests. This study shows that character education has a significant influence on emotional intelligence. For the ANOVA test, the F value is 74.085 and the significance level is 0.000 <. 0,05. Furthermore, in the t test, the coefficient (X) of the personality development variable is 0.384, the constant is 49.683, and the sig column value shows tcount <. Table (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that character education has a significant influence on students' emotional intelligence (Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected). For the R-squared test, the R-squared value is 0.458 (45.8%). This means that character education contributes 45.8% to students' emotional intelligence and 54.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the language ability of early childhood students at TK Palahy, and (2) the effect of using picture story books on the language ability of early childhood students at TK Palahy. This research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The research design applied was a pre-experimental type, namely one-group pretest-posttest. The instruments used consisted of observation, documentation, and oral tests. Data analysis techniques involved descriptive statistics as well as prerequisite tests, including normality and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that: (1) the development of children's language ability at TK Palahy, Roburan village, had improved well. This was evident from the results of the observation on children's language ability during the pretest and posttest. The average score obtained in the pretest was 21, while in the posttest it increased to 38.58. (2) The results of the hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test obtained a tcount of 37.64. Compared to the ttable at a 95% confidence level or 5% significance level with a degree of freedom (df) = n-2 = 24-2 = 22, the ttable value was 1.717. Since tcount (37.64) > t table (1.717), it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of using picture story books on the language ability of early childhood students at TK Palahy, Roburan village.
