Abstract

This study aims to analyze the protection of workers’ constitutional rights in the Constitutional Court decisions regarding outsourcing and the Omnibus Law in Indonesia. The research focuses on outsourcing regulations, the legal considerations of the Constitutional Court, and the implications of its decisions for workers’ rights protection. This study employs normative legal research using statutory and case approaches through the analysis of legislation, constitutional provisions, and Constitutional Court decisions, particularly Decision Number 27/PUU-IX/2011 and Decision Number 168/PUU-XXI/2023. The findings show that the Constitutional Court recognizes outsourcing as constitutionally valid as long as it does not violate workers’ constitutional rights, including fair treatment, job security, and decent working conditions as guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The Court also emphasizes the application of the Transfer of Undertaking Protection of Employment (TUPE) principle to ensure the continuity of workers’ rights in outsourcing practices. Furthermore, the Omnibus Law increases labor flexibility, which potentially weakens workers’ protection and creates legal uncertainty. In conclusion, the Constitutional Court plays an important role in balancing economic interests with the protection of workers’ constitutional rights in Indonesia’s labor system.

Abstract

Indonesia is blessed with an extraordinary and diverse cultural wealth, stretching from Sabang to Merauke. Each region has unique traditions, customs, languages, arts and local wisdom that reflect the nation's identity. This cultural wealth is a valuable heritage that has been passed down from generation to generation and has become an integral part of Indonesian life. In the era of globalisation, Indonesian culture is faced with various complex challenges. The heavy influence of foreign culture, liberalisation, westernisation, and internationalisation is eroding the existence of the nation's culture. This can threaten the national identity and cultural heritage that has been preserved for centuries. This research uses a normative juridical method to examine various efforts to preserve Indonesian culture in the era of globalisation. This approach is carried out by analysing various laws and regulations, legal norms, and rules relating to cultural preservation. Preserving Indonesian culture is the shared responsibility of all Indonesian people. This preservation effort must be carried out comprehensively and sustainably, by involving various parties, from the government, the community, to the younger generation.

Abstract

Village Head Elections are a manifestation of village democracy in order to determine qualified village leadership. In Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Article 31 Paragraphs (1) and (2) states that Village Head Elections are held simultaneously in all Regency / City areas. The rapid development of technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has affected many things, one of which is in the process of simultaneous village head elections, the government can utilize technology by creating an E-Administration system policy in the registration process. This E-Administration system aims to increase professionalism and accountability both to the community and stakeholders. The method of implementation in this research is through forum group discussions involving the research team, supporting team, surveyor team, and several stakeholders. The results of this study are that after several discussions between the research team, supporting team, surveyor team, and several stakeholders, all parties agreed and equalized perceptions regarding the technical implementation of the 2025-2026 simultaneous village head elections in Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

Sexual violence and bullying in schools are serious and complex issues that negatively affect students’ psychological, social, and academic well-being. A learning environment that should serve as a safe and nurturing space can become harmful if these issues are not addressed appropriately. This community service program, conducted at SMA 1 Pasundan Cianjur, aims to introduce and integrate local Sundanese wisdom values such as silih asih (mutual affection), silih asah (mutual learning), and silih asuh (mutual care) as a cultural approach to preventing sexual violence and bullying in schools. The activities were carried out through seminars and interactive discussions involving students, teachers, and school staff. Data were collected through direct observation and feedback from seminar participants. The results indicate that the majority of students are aware of bullying practices in their school environment, and some reported having experienced or felt concerned about potential incidents of sexual violence or bullying. This program successfully raised awareness of the importance of cultural values as a foundation for character education and child protection within the educational setting. Moving forward, the integration of local wisdom is expected to become part of a sustainable preventive strategy to create a safe, inclusive, and culturally rooted school environment. Abstract

Desa Cirumput, Kecamatan Cugenang, Kabupaten Cianjur menghadapi persoalan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang belum optimal, ditandai dengan masih adanya praktik pembakaran sampah serta terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai hukum lingkungan dalam pengelolaan sampah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memahami hukum lingkungan guna pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga sebagai upaya mewujudkan desa hijau berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan hukum lingkungan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, kontekstual, dan dialogis, meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab bersama narasumber ahli hukum lingkungan, yang dilaksanakan pada 23 Juli 2026 di Desa Cirumput. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam memahami dasar hukum pengelolaan sampah, hak dan kewajiban menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, serta pentingnya pengelolaan sampah sejak dari sumbernya. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa persoalan sampah desa tidak semata soal kebersihan, melainkan juga soal kesadaran dan tanggung jawab hukum warga. Tindak lanjut yang direkomendasikan adalah pendampingan berkelanjutan serta penguatan kelembagaan di tingkat desa, seperti peraturan desa dan bank sampah, agar kesadaran yang terbentuk dapat diterapkan secara konsisten dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
