Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed the way people communicate, particularly through social media as the primary medium for disseminating information. Community Information Groups (KIM) play a strategic role as local information agents responsible for delivering educational and informative content to the public. However, limited skills in designing engaging social media content remain a major challenge in improving communication effectiveness. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and content design skills among KIM Jabar Pinter Digital members through a seminar on the use of Canva. The method used was an interactive seminar with a participatory approach, including lectures, demonstrations, and discussions. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of visual design principles, the use of Canva, and their ability to create more engaging and communicative social media content. This activity contributed to strengthening digital literacy and improving the quality of information dissemination within the community.

Abstract

The implementation of a Hospital Mahe Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a critically strategic component in improving thequality of healthcare services. This study aims to examine the implementation of SIMRS, ident ify barriers to itsimplementation, and formulate effective implementation strategies at Pindad General Hospital (RSU Pindad), BandungCity. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a single case study method. Data were collectedthrough in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis from relevant stakeholders at RSU PindadBandung. Data analysis utilized SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) based on four SIMRSpillars: technoware, humanware, infoware, and organiware. The results indicate that SIMRS implementation at RSUPindad Bandung is suboptimal, as evidenced by a weakness score (1.82) exceeding the strength score (1.57) in the IFASmatrix, although opportunities (1.50) outweigh threats (1.30) in the EFAS matrix. This positions RSU Pindad in QuadrantIII (turn-around/WO strategy), indicating that the hospital must address internal weaknesses in order to leverage externalopportunities. Key barriers include limited IT human resources, an insuff icient SIMRS budget, the absence ofcomprehensive SOPs, and incomplete system adoption across units. The recommended strategies encompass four 4Mdimensions: Man (IT staff recruitment and training), Money (budget planning based on the Strategic Plan), Mate rial(infrastructure modernization and open-source software development), and Method (SOP drafting, policy formulation, and comprehensive IT strategic planning).nagement Information System (SIMRS) is a crucial strategy for improving the quality of healthcare services in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the strategy for implementing SIMRS to improve service quality at Pindad General Hospital. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMRS can improve the efficiency of administrative processes, accelerate access to medical information, and enhance the accuracy of patient data. However, SIMRS implementation also faces several obstacles, such as limited human resources, the need for ongoing training, and challenges in technology adaptation. Effective strategies for implementing SIMRS include improving human resource competency, strengthening technological infrastructure, and providing ongoing management support. With optimal implementation, SIMRS contributes significantly to improving the quality of healthcare services, patient satisfaction, and hospital operational performance. Keywords: SIMRS, service quality, hospital, information system, health management.

Abstract

In the world of education there are often problems how to determine the quality in an educational institution and often institutions ignore it, therefore to find out the quality of education in an institution requires clustering using the K-Means method which will be divided into 3 (three) cluster levels, namely "A" for very good quality levels, "B" for good quality levels and "C" for low education quality levels and to determine the quality of institutions We used data on the average report card of grade X, XI, XII students of all majors for one year.

Abstract

This decision support system is designed to address the problem of selecting the best contractor at PT Integrasi Kreasi Zee (Zee Studio), a crucial issue given the project's significance to the company. By implementing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, a weighted addition algorithm, this system provides a comprehensive analysis tool that enables decision-makers to solve complex problems and produce more qualified and appropriate contractor choices. The system development utilizes the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method to ensure a structured, iterative, and architecture-centered approach, thereby ensuring the resulting system functions optimally according to the company's operational needs and is easy to manage throughout its development life cycle.

Abstract

Usability is an essential prerequisite for a website, serving as a benchmark for system feasibility based on effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction in a given context. In the context of digital marketing and creative services, the quality of the user experience is a key determinant of platform success. This study aims to assess the usability level of the Zee Studio website, identifying potential user interaction issues that may hinder the achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction. Neglected usability issues on a platform can negatively impact the user experience, ultimately reducing efficiency and satisfaction. Therefore, the Heuristic Evaluation method was chosen as the primary instrument in this study. The evaluation was conducted by experts who reviewed the user interface based on Jakob Nielsen's ten heuristic principles to identify heuristic violations in website design. The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive list of detected usability issues, complete with severity levels and specific recommendations for improvement. The primary contribution of this research is improving the quality of the Zee Studio website, making it more effective in conveying information, more efficient in navigation, and able to provide optimal levels of satisfaction for its users.

Abstract

The selection of the Chairperson of Student Association (HIMA) is a crucial process in student organizations as it influences policy direction and organizational sustainability. However, in practice, the selection process is often influenced by subjective factors, resulting in suboptimal decisions. Therefore, a method is needed to assist in making objective and measurable decisions. This study aims to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting the HIMA IFSI S1 Chairperson at STMIK Mardira Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach with data obtained through questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-5. Three HIMA Chairperson candidates were assessed based on five criteria: leadership, organizational experience, responsibility, communication skills, and vision and mission.
