Abstract

Sistem perekrutan karyawan baru, selama ini masih bersifat konvensional dimana calon pegawai yang akan melamar pekerjaan harus mendatangi langsung ke perusahaan untuk menyerahankan berkas tertulis. Perusahaan dapat mengatasi hambatan dan batasan dari metode perekrutan konvensional dengan menggunakan e-recruitment. Dari permasalahan yang ada penulis merancang dan membangun sistem informasi perpustakaan keliling yang diharapkan dapat menangani permasalahan tersebut. Dalam mencari kebutuhan, pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi. Pada metode pengembangan sistem, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan berorientasi objek dengan tools menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) pada system analysis and design. Peneliti menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL sebagai databasenya. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi Perekrutan Karyawan ini, proses yang terkait menjadi lebih mudah, karena sistem informasi ini dapat diakses secara multi user.

Abstract

Stroke is a dangerous disease, a stroke is caused by a blockage of blood to the brain or insufficient blood supply to the brain. Stroke can cause brain damage, long term disability and death. The purpose of this study focuses on stroke prediction using the conjugate gradient Powell-Beale backpropagation algorithm. This stroke prediction data is taken from kaggle which consists of 5110 records. The attributes used to predict stroke consist of 7 attributes, namely age, hypertension, heart disease, marital status, average blood sugar, BMI, and smoking status. The results of this study are the prediction of stroke with MSE training and testing = 0. With a 7-2-1 architecture.

Abstract

Perencanaan untuk pemulihan dengan cepat dari bencana yang terjadi merupakan suatu kebutuhan bisnis yang harus dipenuhi, dimana tujuannya adalah meminimalkan kegagalan pada sistem yang sudah saling terintegrasi. Agar layanan terhadap kebutuhan sistem dapat terus tersedia untuk digunakan oleh user. Begitu juga dengan PT. Samora Usaha Makmur memerlukan perencanaan pemulihan data/ sistem apabila terjadi bencana. Tahap pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dengan personil Information Technology (IT) dan melakukan observasi dilokasi penelitian. Diperoleh informasi bahwa perusahaan belum memiliki data center cadangan/ disaster recovery center. Penulis membuat sebuah perancangan disaster recovery center menggunakan metode backup asynchronize dengan recovery point objective (RPO) sebesar 2 jam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran kepada perusahaan mengenai pentingnya memiliki disaster recovery center sebagai data center cadangan agar ketersediaan layanan IT dapat terencana dengan baik untuk meminimalkan terganggunya kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan

Abstract

Teknologi Merupakan suatu alat atau metode untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah teknis dengan mudah dan efisien. Dengan maju nya teknologi pada jaman sekarang, banyak aktifitasi yang tidak jauh yang berhubungan dengan suatu teknologi. Dengan Bantuan komputer dan teknologi kita dapat menyelesaikan masalah administrasi perusahaan, sarana promosi dan juga lain sebagainya. Saat ini banyak perusahaan menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk dapat berkompetisi dengan para pesaingnya. Seperti halnya Studio Musik yang makin sedikit yang menyewa, Akan tetapi pada kalangan masyarakat menengan kebawah Studio musik masih di gunakan untuk sekedar melepas penat, silaturahmu bersama teman, dan juga untuk ajang latihan sebelum tampil atau kontes musik. Pada Studio Musik Abe music Jakarta, untuk tahap booking atau sewa studio ini masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu datang langsung untuk sewa atau melalui chat ke pengelola. hal ini menurut penulis sudah ketinggal dari sisi administrasi dan belum menanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi . Maka dari itu penulis berencan membuat suatu rancangan aplikasi berbasi website untuk di akses oleh pelanggan, dan juga untuk menyewa Studio di Abe Music, serta juga untuk mengolah data pemasukan, pengeluaran, data barang dan lain sebagainya untuk pengelola atau pemilik Studio. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi dan rencana perancangan aplikasi ini, akan sangat membantu dari sektor teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk fasilitas booking Studio Musik dan manajemen data yang telah terkomputerisasi sepenuhnya secara online.

Abstract

The definition of inventory according to the Big Indonesian General Dictionary is (a list of) items used in an office, company, and inventory is the making or compilation of a list of items in an office, house, ship. imagine how complicated it would be if we wanted to find out what items were purchased by an institution in the past 05 or 10 years if we had to open files or records regarding these items in a book, perhaps more than one large stack of books would have to be we read them one by one and it will take quite a long time. In modern times like now, if these manual things are still done, we will be increasingly left behind by other people and will not be able to progress because we will lose in the competition. Fast, precise and effective work has become the main requirement for completing work in the current era of globalization. The inventory data collection application is an application that is used to control inventory items and planned expenditure. This application is designed to improve the performance of the DKM Jami' Baitul Mutaqqin Mosque, because up to now the process has been carried out manually so the time required is more long time to approve replacement of inventory items that must be replaced. This application was built using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database.

Abstract

Technological developments are growing rapidly, making it easier for everyone. Technology has developed and produced internet-based information technology, in this concept the business world has also penetrated the world of technology in various fields including the service sector. However, in one company there are still those who schedule elevator and escalator repairs manually using the elevator and escalator repair scheduling form sheet. This manual system can sometimes cause several problems. In order to deal with teirseibuit problems, the proposed system will address teirseibuit problems in a comprehensive manner. The proposed system will simplify the process of scheduling repairs for elevators and escalators by utilizing web technology, as well as increasing time efficiency and constraints on damaged elevator and escalator repair schedule forms. The method used is to use the stages of the RAD (Rapid Application Development or Rapid Prototyping) method, which is a process model for balancing software devices which is classified as an incremental (multilevel) technique. The results of feature testing using the Black Box Testing method show that the system has been validated and meets the desired needs.

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and development of a web-based postpaid electricity payment application for high-rise buildings, specifically for residents of The Mansion Bougenville Apartment. The aim of this application is to simplify and streamline the process of paying electricity bills by automating the calculation of power consumption and enabling online payments. The application allows residents to input their monthly KWH usage, calculates the corresponding bill based on the applicable tariff, and offers various payment methods, such as bank transfers and e-wallets. This system not only reduces errors in manual calculations but also improves the overall efficiency of payment processing by enabling real-time transactions. All payment data is securely stored in the system, providing both transparency and easy access to transaction records for residents and building management. The results of the implementation show that the web-based application has significantly increased the convenience, accuracy, and efficiency of electricity payments for residents of The Mansion Bougenville Apartment, offering an improved alternative to traditional manual payment systems.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based monitoring dashboard using Tableau software designed to optimize the management of Request Letters within PT XYZ's work units. The primary issue identified is the weak monitoring capability in the company's internal management information system, leading to procedural inconsistencies and delays in task execution. The dashboard provides real-time data visualization, supports analysis, and enhances efficiency and adherence to operational procedures. The development methodology utilized is Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of requirement analysis, design, and implementation phases. Equipped with status monitoring and data downloading features, the dashboard facilitates data-driven decision-making, significantly contributing to enhanced effectiveness and quality in document management within PT XYZ’s work unit. Consequently, this research substantially contributes to improving document management and organizational governance, resulting in more efficient and well-structured business processes.Kata kunci: Tableau; Dashboard; Rapid Application Development AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dashboard monitoring berbasis web menggunakan perangkat lunak Tableau yang dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan Surat Permintaan di unit kerja PT XYZ. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah lemahnya pemantauan dalam sistem informasi manajemen internal perusahaan, yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian prosedur dan keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Dashboard ini menyajikan data secara real-time, mendukung analisis, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, dan implementasi. Dengan fitur pemantauan status dan pengunduhan data, dashboard ini memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, sehingga memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pengelolaan dokumen di unit kerja PT XYZ. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperbaiki pengelolaan dokumen dan tata kelola, sehingga prosesnya menjadi lebih efisien dan tersusun dengan baik.

Abstract

A company can store data quickly and securely using a computerized system rather than a manual one. The increasingly innovative and diverse development of technology today, and the difficulty of containing its development, makes all aspects of today's business dependent on computerized aspects that are integrated with the world of technology and informatics. Web-based information systems in Indonesia are increasingly being felt in supporting daily activities, both economic and non-economic. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) requires a good network and server monitoring system to maintain the availability and performance of IT services. The problem faced is the lack of real-time visibility into the condition of the IT infrastructure, which can hinder early detection of system disruptions or anomalies. This study aims to design and implement a network and server monitoring system using Zabbix as an open-source solution that is able to monitor performance, availability, and provide automatic notifications when failures occur. The methods used include literature review, needs analysis, system architecture design, implementation of Zabbix Server and Agent, and system testing in the BPKP environment. The implementation results demonstrated that Zabbix was capable of providing comprehensive data visualization, real-time monitoring, and an effective alert system. In conclusion, the implementation of Zabbix successfully increased the efficiency of IT infrastructure management at BPKP and can serve as the basis for developing broader monitoring for all BPKP representatives.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the community management system at the most basic level, namely the Neighborhood Association (RT). Ideally, this technological advancement can be utilized to improve service efficiency, data transparency, and more effective communication between RT administrators and their residents. However, in reality, many RTs still implement traditional administrative systems, such as manual recording, information delivery through physical flyers, and non-computerized mail services. This is something the author observed directly in the Tanjung Lengkong RT environment, where the still-manual administrative process often causes several obstacles. If conditions like this continue, it is feared that it will give rise to more complex social problems in the future, such as a lack of public trust in RT administrators, minimal participation in environmental programs, and the potential for delays in the distribution of aid or important information from the government. This study discusses the design of a web-based community administration application using the Agile Scrum method. The development focus is directed at the need for an efficient and structured RT management system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the system implementation process and user responses to the developed system. The final result is a prototype of an RT administration application that can be used to support the digitalization process of public services.
