Abstract

Pada artikel jurnal ini membahas tentang analisis penerapan sistem keamanan Software-Defined Wide Area Networking yang ada di Kantor Pusat Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Saat ini, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) masih mengandalkan jaringan tradisional untuk menghubungkan Data Center dan Disaster Recovery Center ke kantor-kantor vertikalnya. Namun, dengan pertumbuhan aktivitas dan volume data yang terus meningkat, jaringan tradisional menghadapi tantangan dari sisi manajemen, efisiensi, dan terutama keamanan. Teknologi Software-Defined Wide Area Network hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi berbagai kelemahan yang ada pada WAN tradisional. SD-WAN mampu menyederhanakan manajemen jaringan dengan memisahkan perangkat keras dari kontrolnya, serta menyediakan koneksi yang lebih fleksibel, aman, dan mudah dikelola. SD-WAN tidak hanya mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan, tetapi juga memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan tanpa harus melibatkan tenaga IT di lokasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang UI/UX website STIE & STMIK Jayakarta guna meningkatkan efektivitas, fungsionalitas, dan kenyamanan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Tahap empathize dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap pengguna. Tahap define digunakan untuk merumuskan masalah utama. Ide solusi dikembangkan pada tahap ideate, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan prototipe menggunakan Figma. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan platform Maze dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 25 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata skor usability di atas 90 pada skenario tugas dan skor SUS akhir sebesar 85,4 dengan grade scale B, dan juga rating Excellent atau sangat baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa desain ulang yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan kualitas visual, navigasi, serta kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan Design Thinking efektif dalam merancang solusi UI/UX berbasis kebutuhan pengguna.Kata Kunci: UI/UX, Website, Design Thinking, Usability, Redesign.

Abstract

Wilayah RT 005 / RW 015 merupakan wilayah kecil bagian dari kampung pedongkelan dimana kawasan ini memiliki luas ± 600 meter² luas wilayahnya dan juga memiliki warga sebanyak 620 warga di wilayah RT 005. Adapun beberapa permasalahan yang ada yaitu mengolah data warga masih menggunakan sistem manual atau mencatat dengan buku register warga RT 005, permasalahan saat mencatat data penduduk secara manual dapat membuat kesalahan input, pengolahan data manual juga membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga sangat tidak efisien, resiko keamanan Data penduduk yang disimpan dalam bentuk kertas atau buku bisa berisiko kehilangan data. SoIusi dari masaIah tersebut adaIah dengan membangun sistem informasi pendataan penduduk RT 005. Metode yang digunakan daIam pengembangan sistem ini mengacu pada System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model WaterfaII, Hasil dari peneIitian bahwa sistem informasi pendataan penduduk dapat membantu ketua RT 005 atau sekretaris dalam Dapat memberikan sistem pendataan penduduk di RT 005 sehingga mencari data warga atau membuat data warga tidak lagi menggunakan buku register penduduk RT 005 itu bisa menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Dapat menambahkan data warga baru maupun warga lama dengan mudah tinggal. Menghapus data warga jika terjadi kesalahan input dan juga bisa bila tidak ingin dihapus bisa diubah data lebih praktis. Sistem ini juga ada pop-up “Search” jadi ketika data ada banyak bisa mencari dengan menuliskan nama nya agar lebih cepat dan dipastikan data valid. Sistem ini untuk keamanan sudah pasti terjaga karna ada fitur login dan tidak sembarangan orang masuk hanya admin yang dapat masuk. Sistem ini bukan hanya data penduduk, di sistem ini juga ada idata kartuikeIuarga, data lahir, dataikematian, dataipendatang, dataipindah. HasiI pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing. Metode bIack box testing menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang terdapat daIam sistem berjaIan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya.

Abstract

The definition of inventory according to the Big Indonesian General Dictionary is (a list of) items used in an office, company, and inventory is the making or compilation of a list of items in an office, house, ship. imagine how complicated it would be if we wanted to find out what items were purchased by an institution in the past 05 or 10 years if we had to open files or records regarding these items in a book, perhaps more than one large stack of books would have to be we read them one by one and it will take quite a long time. In modern times like now, if these manual things are still done, we will be increasingly left behind by other people and will not be able to progress because we will lose in the competition. Fast, precise and effective work has become the main requirement for completing work in the current era of globalization. The inventory data collection application is an application that is used to control inventory items and planned expenditure. This application is designed to improve the performance of the DKM Jami' Baitul Mutaqqin Mosque, because up to now the process has been carried out manually so the time required is more long time to approve replacement of inventory items that must be replaced. This application was built using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database.

Abstract

Implementation of the activity reporting system for DKI Jakarta DPRD members is a system to facilitate the reporting of activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members. The DKI Jakarta DPRD member activity reporting system has been widely used in companies with various technologies and systems. The author raised the problem with the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. There is no special program for storing data and making reports at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of cost savings. Previously, data processing was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and Word, by designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members had been stored in a database to simplify the process of daily activities. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the objects under study and requesting the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers with sources to complete the data and obtain the necessary information. The system designed is an information system for the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members which was created using PHP and MySQL. This system was created to be able to manage data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members and reports. The information system designed is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the system currently in use so that work activities are more effective, efficient and controlled.

Abstract

A company can store data quickly and securely using a computerized system rather than a manual one. The increasingly innovative and diverse development of technology today, and the difficulty of containing its development, makes all aspects of today's business dependent on computerized aspects that are integrated with the world of technology and informatics. Web-based information systems in Indonesia are increasingly being felt in supporting daily activities, both economic and non-economic. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) requires a good network and server monitoring system to maintain the availability and performance of IT services. The problem faced is the lack of real-time visibility into the condition of the IT infrastructure, which can hinder early detection of system disruptions or anomalies. This study aims to design and implement a network and server monitoring system using Zabbix as an open-source solution that is able to monitor performance, availability, and provide automatic notifications when failures occur. The methods used include literature review, needs analysis, system architecture design, implementation of Zabbix Server and Agent, and system testing in the BPKP environment. The implementation results demonstrated that Zabbix was capable of providing comprehensive data visualization, real-time monitoring, and an effective alert system. In conclusion, the implementation of Zabbix successfully increased the efficiency of IT infrastructure management at BPKP and can serve as the basis for developing broader monitoring for all BPKP representatives.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the community management system at the most basic level, namely the Neighborhood Association (RT). Ideally, this technological advancement can be utilized to improve service efficiency, data transparency, and more effective communication between RT administrators and their residents. However, in reality, many RTs still implement traditional administrative systems, such as manual recording, information delivery through physical flyers, and non-computerized mail services. This is something the author observed directly in the Tanjung Lengkong RT environment, where the still-manual administrative process often causes several obstacles. If conditions like this continue, it is feared that it will give rise to more complex social problems in the future, such as a lack of public trust in RT administrators, minimal participation in environmental programs, and the potential for delays in the distribution of aid or important information from the government. This study discusses the design of a web-based community administration application using the Agile Scrum method. The development focus is directed at the need for an efficient and structured RT management system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the system implementation process and user responses to the developed system. The final result is a prototype of an RT administration application that can be used to support the digitalization process of public services.

Abstract

This This study aims to design and develop a web-based zakat recording application for Musholla Al-Hidayah., zakat recording is done manually using notebooks, which can lead to recording errors, data loss, and inefficiencies in management. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used to address these issues, allowing a fast and iterative development process with direct user feedback. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The application includes main features such as login, dashboard, zakat recording, zakat receipt, and zakat reporting. Based on black-box testing, the application has 7 main features with a total of 17 test scenarios, all of which successfully functioned 100% as expected. This application is designed to assist the management in recording zakat data from residents of three neighborhood units, namely RT 10, RT 11, and RT 12, which were previously recorded manually in the area of Jl. Matraman Dalam III, Central Jakarta. Consequently, the process of recording, reporting, and managing zakat becomes faster, more organized, and more efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an educational visual novel game themed around environmental and climate change issues using Ren'Py, a Python-based engine. The game was developed using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method, which consists of six stages: initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta, and release. The test subjects consisted of 15 teenagers aged 14–16 years living in RT 14, Jalan Swadaya 1, Manggarai, South Jakarta. The trial results showed that the game successfully attracted user interest and effectively conveyed educational messages related to climate change issues. User evaluations indicated an increase in understanding of environmental topics, active engagement with the branching narrative, and an enjoyable learning experience through integrated minigames. The game is considered suitable for wider publication as an interactive and reflective digital learning medium for teenagers. In addition, functional testing using the blackbox testing method on 10 main features demonstrated that all features performed successfully (100% functionality achieved). Thus, this educational game is expected to serve as an alternative medium to help teenagers better understand the importance of environmental conservation and awareness of climate change impacts.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Deposito Jakarta Online System (D’JOS) application at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of DKI Jakarta Province as part of efforts to digitalize regional financial management based on the principles of Good Governance. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, direct observations, and document studies. The analysis is conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, which includes five main aspects: Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), and Actual Use (AU). The results indicate that the D’JOS application is perceived as beneficial in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of deposit management. A total of 85% of users stated that D’JOS has facilitated their work, particularly in financial reporting and monitoring. Users also reported ease of use and expressed positive attitudes and strong intentions to continue using the system sustainably. In practice, the system has been consistently utilized in BPKD’s daily operational activities. Therefore, D’JOS has proven to support digital transformation in regional financial governance and has the potential to be replicated by other local governments. This study recommends the development of additional features such as automatic notifications, stronger data security, and system integration, as well as the establishment of specific regulations, such as a Governor's Decree, to support the standardization and sustainability of D’JOS usage within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
