Abstract

In fact, there are problems that result in a low understanding of the concept of employees at PT Infomedia Nusantara, especially in terms of personal data protection. This is because the approach in delivering material is still too dominated by the Team Leader and the lack of tools for delivering material. So that the ability to think holistically (overall), creatively, objectively and logically cannot be developed. This study aims to design a Visual Novel Game Media for the delivery of Personal Data Protection material to Increase PT Infomedia Nusantara Employees' Conceptual Understanding. The development model used in this research is MDLC (Multimedia Development Live Cycle). With the research design Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results obtained from this study are: 1) The results of increasing employee understanding based on the gain test show that the gain value for the control class is 0,58 and that for the experimental class is 0,71; 2) Employee responses to visual novel game media in the delivery of Personal Data Protection material resulted in an overall average percentage of 91.50% in the "Very Good" category. The conclusion is that the visual novel game media in the delivery of Personal Data Protection material to increase employee conceptual understanding has been developed to be suitable for use as well as to increase employee conceptual understanding.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged changes in the management of personnel services that were carried out manually to a document management information system, to simplify the process of appointing CPNS to PNS at the Jakarta Civil Service Agency (BKD). The application of the document management system for appointing CPNS to PNS is a document management system created to organize and manage important letters or documents so that these documents are easy to search and find again. The Document Management System is useful in making business processes more effective and efficient. The main benefit is that users can find the information they need quickly, thus helping the process to be better and more efficient. This Document Management System can handle the recording of incoming CPNS documents, to each section at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of DKI Jakarta Province. With this Document Management System, it is expected to correct errors in recording transactions, prevent document loss and make work faster so that there are no obstacles and constraints in handling caused by human resource errors. This computerized system uses a website-based system, so its use must use a user login. Because the documents discussed here are confidential CPNS documents for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Civil Service Agency (BKD), they are expected to assist admins in serving users with their required data requests.

Abstract

Pada artikel jurnal ini membahas tentang analisis penerapan sistem keamanan Software-Defined Wide Area Networking yang ada di Kantor Pusat Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Saat ini, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) masih mengandalkan jaringan tradisional untuk menghubungkan Data Center dan Disaster Recovery Center ke kantor-kantor vertikalnya. Namun, dengan pertumbuhan aktivitas dan volume data yang terus meningkat, jaringan tradisional menghadapi tantangan dari sisi manajemen, efisiensi, dan terutama keamanan. Teknologi Software-Defined Wide Area Network hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi berbagai kelemahan yang ada pada WAN tradisional. SD-WAN mampu menyederhanakan manajemen jaringan dengan memisahkan perangkat keras dari kontrolnya, serta menyediakan koneksi yang lebih fleksibel, aman, dan mudah dikelola. SD-WAN tidak hanya mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan, tetapi juga memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan tanpa harus melibatkan tenaga IT di lokasi.

Abstract

PT.Panen karya Bersama masih bersifat sederhana dan manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang memperlambat proses perhitungan gaji karena beragam variabel perhitungan tersebar. Hal ini menghambat kecepatan verifikasi oleh bagian keuangan dan persetujuan dari direksi. Proses pencetakan slip gaji masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel yang menyebabkan risiko kesalahan dan keterlambatan Penggajian. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penggajian berbasis web menggunakan PHP & MySQL pada PT. Panen Karya Bersama. Identifikasi masalah termasuk tidak adanya sistem perhitungan penggajian terkomputerisasi, ketidak-efektifan waktu pengolahan data gaji, kesulitan dalam proses pengolahan data karyawan, keamanan yang rendah, dan penyimpanan data yang tidak terorganisir dengan baik. Dari penelitian yang di lakukan Diharapkan sistem ini mampu memberikan informasi terkait gaji pokok, uang makan, uang transport (khusus lapangan), jumlah hari kerja, potongan BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, dan PPh21 dan Total Gaji bersih yang diterima.

Abstract

The definition of inventory according to the Big Indonesian General Dictionary is (a list of) items used in an office, company, and inventory is the making or compilation of a list of items in an office, house, ship. imagine how complicated it would be if we wanted to find out what items were purchased by an institution in the past 05 or 10 years if we had to open files or records regarding these items in a book, perhaps more than one large stack of books would have to be we read them one by one and it will take quite a long time. In modern times like now, if these manual things are still done, we will be increasingly left behind by other people and will not be able to progress because we will lose in the competition. Fast, precise and effective work has become the main requirement for completing work in the current era of globalization. The inventory data collection application is an application that is used to control inventory items and planned expenditure. This application is designed to improve the performance of the DKM Jami' Baitul Mutaqqin Mosque, because up to now the process has been carried out manually so the time required is more long time to approve replacement of inventory items that must be replaced. This application was built using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database.

Abstract

Implementation of the activity reporting system for DKI Jakarta DPRD members is a system to facilitate the reporting of activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members. The DKI Jakarta DPRD member activity reporting system has been widely used in companies with various technologies and systems. The author raised the problem with the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. There is no special program for storing data and making reports at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of cost savings. Previously, data processing was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and Word, by designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members had been stored in a database to simplify the process of daily activities. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the objects under study and requesting the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers with sources to complete the data and obtain the necessary information. The system designed is an information system for the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members which was created using PHP and MySQL. This system was created to be able to manage data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members and reports. The information system designed is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the system currently in use so that work activities are more effective, efficient and controlled.

Abstract

Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak adalah bidang yang berfokus pada pengembangan software dengan metode terstruktur. Penelitian ini membahas perbedaan antara Extreme Programming (XP) dan Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) dalam implementasi perangkat lunak. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan antara XP dan PXP dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak melalui enam aspek dari Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pencarian untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan dan metode analisis untuk membandingkan XP dan PXP. Pada Analisis Sistem, XP melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan desain spesifikasi sistem yang detail dan lengkap, sedangkan PXP melakukan analisis kebutuhan secara sederhana dan pragmatis dengan spesifikasi minimal. Untuk Desain Spesifikasi Kebutuhan Sistem, XP menggunakan desain modular dan terstruktur dengan UML, sementara PXP menggunakan desain yang fleksibel dan adaptif dengan sketsa sederhana. Dalam Konstruksi Sistem, XP melakukan implementasi bertahap dan iteratif serta pengujian unit berkelanjutan. PXP juga menerapkan implementasi bertahap namun pengujian unit dilakukan secara manual dan informal. Pada Implementasi Sistem, XP menggunakan alat bantu pengujian otomatis untuk pengujian integrasi dan sistem secara menyeluruh, sedangkan PXP menggunakan alat bantu pengujian manual untuk pengujian sederhana. Aspek Pengujian Sistem di XP melibatkan pengujian menyeluruh dengan alat bantu otomatis, sementara PXP mengandalkan pengujian manual yang sederhana. Dalam Pemeliharaan Sistem, XP melakukan refactoring kode berkala dan dokumentasi lengkap, sedangkan PXP melakukan refactoring secara informal dan dokumentasi minimal.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa XP lebih cocok untuk proyek dengan kebutuhan kompleks dan dokumentasi lengkap, sementara PXP lebih sesuai untuk proyek yang membutuhkan pendekatan pragmatis dan adaptif dengan dokumentasi minimal. Temuan ini memberikan panduan bagi praktisi dalam memilih metodologi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik proyek perangkat lunak mereka.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the use of information systems in office building management. PT Binayasa Putrabatara has implemented a Building Management Information System (BMIS) to support building operation services. However, several issues are still encountered, such as delays in incident handling, lack of problem documentation, and the absence of structured change management procedures. This study aims to analyze the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework in the BMIS application and to identify gaps between the existing conditions and ITIL best practices. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis focuses on Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes. The results indicate that ITSM implementation in BMIS has not fully complied with ITIL standards. Therefore, improvements are recommended, including enhanced service documentation, formal change procedures, and more structured service monitoring..Keywords: IT Service Management; ITIL; Gap Analysis; Building Management Information SystemAbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pemanfaatan sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan gedung perkantoran. Namun, dalam implementasinya masih ditemukan kendala seperti keterlambatan penanganan insiden, kurangnya dokumentasi permasalahan, serta belum optimalnya prosedur pengelolaan perubahan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan IT Service Management (ITSM) berbasis Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) pada aplikasi BMIS serta mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara kondisi eksisting dan praktik terbaik ITIL. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis difokuskan pada proses Incident Management, Problem Management, dan Change Management. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ITSM pada BMIS belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan standar ITIL. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan perbaikan berupa peningkatan dokumentasi layanan, penerapan prosedur perubahan formal, serta monitoring layanan yang lebih terstruktur..

Abstract

Penerapan aplikasi Smart Parcel Locker di Apartemen Elpis Residence ditujukan untuk mempermudah pengelolaan paket, tetapi pengguna masih menghadapi kendala operasional berupa keterlambatan notifikasi, kegagalan kode verifikasi, kesalahan input nomor unit, dan ketidaksinkronan informasi paket. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas pengalaman pengguna aplikasi Smart Parcel Locker menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden penghuni aktif yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada dimensi Perspicuity sebesar 0,27, sedangkan nilai terendah terdapat pada dimensi Efficiency dan Dependability masing-masing sebesar -0,17. Seluruh dimensi berada pada rentang -0,8 hingga 0,8 sehingga termasuk dalam kategori netral. Namun, hasil benchmark UEQ menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi berada pada kategori Bad atau kelompok 25% terbawah dibandingkan produk digital lain dalam basis data UEQ. Hasil uji reliabilitas dan pemeriksaan inkonsistensi jawaban juga menunjukkan adanya persoalan metodologis, terutama nilai reliabilitas yang rendah/negatif serta indikasi jawaban responden yang tidak konsisten, sehingga interpretasi hasil perlu dilakukan secara hati-hati. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi belum memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal, terutama pada aspek efisiensi dan keandalan sistem. Prioritas perbaikan diarahkan pada peningkatan ketepatan notifikasi, keandalan verifikasi kode, sinkronisasi data paket, dan penyederhanaan alur pengambilan paket.

Abstract

The reliability of three-phase power systems depends heavily on the ability to detect faults quickly and accurately. However, much previous research has faced challenges such as data leakage, biased evaluations due to random data splitting, and limitations in the utilisation of system dynamics-based features. This study aims to develop a machine learning-based fault detection model that is accurate, robust, and possesses high generalisation capabilities. The method employed is a quantitative approach using an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model as a binary classifier (normal and fault). The research process includes data preprocessing, elimination of features that could potentially cause data leakage, feature engineering based on current, voltage, energy, and system imbalance, as well as scenario-based data splitting to ensure the validity of the evaluation. The model was trained using repeated cross-validation and optimised based on the Area Under the Curve (AUC) metric. The results show that the ANN model achieved high performance with an AUC of 0.987 and an accuracy of approximately 98.5% and remained stable under varying conditions such as noise and load changes. Compared to other models, Random Forest delivered the best performance, followed by Support Vector Machine (SVM) and ANN. This study addresses the gap regarding more realistic evaluation methods that are free from data leakage. Its novelty lies in the use of scenario-based splitting, comprehensive evaluation, and the finding that raw signal features make a dominant contribution to fault detection.
