Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas multimedia interaktif berbasis Case Based Learning (CBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dan penyusunan menu gizi seimbang siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Sumber data diperoleh dari database Google Scholar, Scopus, dan ERIC dengan rentang tahun 2016–2025. Hasil penelusuran awal diperoleh 320 artikel, kemudian melalui proses seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diperoleh 22 artikel yang dianalisis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengelompokkan dan mensintesis temuan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Sementara itu, Case Based Learning terbukti mampu meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah siswa. Integrasi kedua pendekatan tersebut memberikan hasil yang lebih optimal dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna. Dalam konteks pembelajaran gizi, pendekatan ini juga membantu siswa memahami konsep gizi seimbang serta menyusun menu makanan secara aplikatif. Dengan demikian, multimedia interaktif berbasis CBL dapat menjadi inovasi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan analisis siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Most student organizations still face obstacles in carrying out their functions and achieving their goals, especially related to mastering leadership skills, soft skills, and funding strategies that are in accordance with the times. To answer this challenge, a training program was held that focused on building the capacity of members in a practical and sustainable manner, including leadership, soft skills development, and strategies for preparing DIKTI funding proposals. This program uses the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach with the stages of Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. Data collection was carried out by participatory observation, interviews, and pre-test and post-test questionnaire. Program outputs include training and mentoring services that strengthen leadership skills, communication, collaboration, conflict management, public speaking, time management, critical thinking, and technical skills in preparing DIKTI proposals. In addition, the training program also encourages socio-cultural transformation through strengthening collaboration, discipline, accountability, and member participation, so as to create a more productive and harmonious organizational culture. Supporting products in the form of training modules, draft proposals, work program charts, and evaluation instruments can be used as a reference for the development of other organizations. The results of the evaluation showed an improvement in the participants' abilities in all aspects assessed. Despite the obstacles related to the quality of human resources, time, and facilities, this program opens up opportunities for student organizations to be more competitive, structured, and adaptive.

Abstract

The dynamics of development and the integration of information technology in education demand the implementation of innovative learning strategies, methods, and models, one of which is the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. This model is effective in developing students' 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. However, field facts indicate that most teachers in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Malang Regency do not yet understand the concepts or implementation of PjBL. This study aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in applying PjBL through training designed based on the ADDIE model, namely: (1) training needs analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. This training was attended by 14 SMK teachers in Malang Regency with teaching backgrounds in Animation, Visual Communication Design, Computer and Network Engineering, and Broadcasting, using a blended training method (face-to-face and online) on May 22, 2024, May 24, 2024, May 30, 2024, and June 6, 2024. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills in designing PjBL-based learning tools, with a final average score of 87.8. This training made a positive contribution to supporting teachers in adapting and developing project-based learning in vocational schools, aligning with the demands of international education quality standards applied at SMKN 1 Singosari Malang. The outputs of this activity produced training materials in PowerPoint format, video documentation, and online mass media publications.
