Abstract

Access to financial services is pivotal in improving welfare, reducing poverty, and accelerating financial inclusion in the emerging nation. This study analyzes the factors that drive consumer adoption of fintech by extending the TAM model with financial literacy and government support, as well as gender as moderating variable. Data was collected from 397 respondents in Indonesia and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The result shows that perceived usefulness, ease of use, financial literacy, and government support significantly affect the adoption of fintech. The moderation analysis reveals that men perceive usefulness as more important for fintech adoption and ease of use for women.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia play significant role in advancing the Indonesian economy; however, they are vulnerable to challenges caused by climate change as a global consequence, as well as challenges stemming from global supply chain issues. In this regard, with a focus on rapid technological change and sustainability, MSMEs have considerable potential for transformation. With the above elaboration, this research aims to examine from the perspective of MSMEs in Indonesia the impact of entrepreneurial resilience and business sustainability on the adoption of green innovation, digital technology, diversified supply chains, and collaborative ecosystems. To address the research questions, a quantitative approach using partial least square -structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was employed with a sample of 250 MSMEs from three provinces in Indonesia: West Java, Central Java, and North Sumatra. Model assessment is focused on indicator weights, average variance extracted and composite reliability. Result shows that digitization and supplier diversification were recorded and having a positive impact on entrepreneurial resilience, whereas green innovation has a significant negative influence on entrepreneurial resilience. Resilience was proven have positive effect on business sustainability. Within the framework of the entire model, the strength of explanation reaching R² of 0.995 for entrepreneurial resilience and R² of 0.885 for business sustainability. The components such as Digital transformation and flexible supply chain management are vital for enhancing the resilience and sustainability of MSMEs in the long term, while the effects of green innovation and ecosystem collaboration appear to be more contextually contingent. Keywords: digital adoption, eco-innovation, resilience, supplier diversification, sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of behavioral intention among online zakat service users in Indonesia by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the variables of trust and security, and by interpreting the results through the lens of Indonesian local culture. The rapid digitalization of religious philanthropy in Indonesia has expanded the use of online zakat platforms, yet adoption remains uneven and is shaped by concerns that go beyond the classical TAM. Data was collected through an online survey distributed to 120 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling from among users of online zakat platforms. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with reliability, convergent and discriminant validity, and common method bias diagnostics. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, security, and behavioral intention significantly affect adoption, while perceived ease of use shows an unexpected negative effect and trust shows only a marginal effect. The model explains 38.2 per cent of variance in behavioral intentions. Read against Indonesian patterns of collectivism, religious authority, and gotong royong, the findings suggest that users’ priorities tangible benefits and transactional security over interface simplicity, and they call on zakat institutions to combine platform usefulness and data protection with ulama-led and community-based trust-building strategies to widen digital zakat adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examines the integration of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Exchange with the Islamic stock exchange in five OIC member countries. In particular ways, Malaysia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Turkey, and Qatar. This order was picked dependent on the world income grouping of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). This investigation applies the technique for Vector Autoregressive (VAR)/Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and day by day, shutting records information spreading over from 2013 to 2018. The outcomes show no causality connections among all Islamic stock exchanges in Malaysia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Turkey, and Qatar, with the Indonesian Islamic stock exchange. Based on cointegration analysis, Malaysia's Islamic stock exchange has a long-term relationship with the Indonesian Islamic stock exchange Indonesia. Furthermore, based on variance decomposition (VD) analysis, Indonesia's Islamic stock market provides the most significant contribution to the Islamic stock market of Pakistan's movement.
