Abstract

Education in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a very important concern to prepare human resources (HR) owned by educational institutions in the face of rapid and dynamic changes in the world of work. Artificial Intelligence which is a technology that is increasingly developing and used in various sectors, including education. Education must adapt to the development of Artificial Intelligence technology and utilize it to improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze education in the era of Artificial Intelligence whether it can improve the quality of human resources as opportunities or replace them as challenges. The research method used in this research is a literature review by conducting a content analysis of a number of sources collected. The results showed that Artificial Intelligence technology can help in optimizing learning carried out in educational institutions. Skills in creativity, empathy, communication, and problem solving are still very important in creating effective and enjoyable learning experiences for students. Even so, the existence of human resources in the field of education remains indispensable in the era of Artificial Intelligence.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji proses internalisasi dan eksternalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mempengaruhi karakter siswa untuk melawan radikalisme. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel acak proporsional 200 siswa pada populasi seluruh siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Islamic Village Tangerang, kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berdasarkan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi dan eksternalisasi nilai-nilai PAI berpengaruh terhadap karakter siswa dan dapat membendung radikalisme, sehingga tidak sampai masuk pada diri siswa. Implikasinya, internalisasi dan eksternalisasi nilai-nilai PAI merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk gerakan antiradikalisme.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises activities or what are known as MSMEs contribute to the Indonesian economy. The contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy is equal distribution of income, reducing unemployment and rural economic development. The problem that occurs is the lack of product innovation and people's purchasing power. This activity was carried out with the aim of pioneering the creation of a Sunday market which is expected to improve the community's economy. This activity was carried out at Kp. Cakung, Babat Village, Legok District, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this activity is direct assistance, namely accompanying and providing a place for people who want to become entrepreneurs. Overall, this activity produced results in the form of community enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and increased purchasing power of the local community. The activities that have been carried out provide benefits to the village community, namely that apart from being a place to sell, the Sunday market is used as a means of socializing between residents

Abstract

This service aims to analyze and understand the readiness of madrasahs in conducting madrasah self-evaluation and maximize the implementation of training and assistance in madrasah self-evaluation management in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Working Group, Kelapa Dua Tangerang District in order to increase understanding and skills in conducting madrasah self-evaluation in accordance with the indicators set in the e- RKAM application. The methods and techniques used in this service are training and mentoring at each madrasah targeted for service. The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. The results that can be seen in this service are the improvement of madrasah quality as seen from the quality achievement performance score which increased by an average of 11% between 2021 and 2022.

Abstract

Currently, there are many technology learning media that can be used by teachers, one of which is android media. Android media has not been widely used in high school / ma corpse starters. With android media, monotonous corpse novice learning will be effective and become a special attraction for students.This study aims to 1) find out how research and development are carried out for technological developments that require developments in educational methods. 2) To know how to cope with the large number of students who are less interested in monotonous classroom learning. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, but in this developer the researcher uses only 4 stages, namely analysis, design, development, and implementation. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires, observations / tests of learning outcomes. The results showed: 1) Producing android media products that are attractive, technology-based and in accordance with the needs of students in the development of this era. 2) The product is developed through First, needs analysis. Second, designing learning media with storyboards, thirdly developing android media then validating material experts, media, and teachers. The fourth is the implementation of the teacher in the classroom.

Abstract

Education is a process to mature humans and humanize humans. Through education, humans can grow and develop naturally and perfectly. So, he can carry out his duties as a human. This study aims to determine the application of spiritual intelligence in education. This research is a qualitative study that uses the collection of some data. The data collection used in this research uses observation and interviews as its sources. In analyzing the data, researchers can see how effective the application of spiritual intelligence is for students in education. The results of this study indicate that in the application of spiritual intelligence, a teacher and parents have an important role in developing students' spiritual intelligence. Building a good relationship between teachers, parents and schools is also one of the supporters of the development of spiritual intelligence through various programs that can be applied to students. In its application, there must also be several factors and challenges for teachers and parents that come from both internal and external sources. The results of the research that have been obtained are expected to be able to be taken into consideration in the application of spiritual intelligence and become a reference for future research.

Abstract

The Babakanglor village service system faces significant challenges, especially in relation to limited resources, technical and infrastructure. The implementation of a digital-based village service system aims to increase efficiency, transparency and quality of public services in Babanganlor village. Through the PTMGRMD Banten 2024 activities various problems can be identified, including the lack of skills of village service staff in managing digital technology. The survey shows that although there are obstacles, implementation strategies can focus on technical training and understanding for village staff to be able to manage the service system well. Apart from that, there needs to be monitoring efforts so that the village service system (SIBAKLOR) can support the sustainability of this program. The training and mentoring methods that have been carried out show that the digital-based service system (SIBAKLOR) implemented by the Babakanlor Village government is more efficient, saves time, accesses information such as making business permits, making disability certificates (SKTM), covering letters for making KTPs., and other information is obtained easily and accurately, and with data management that was previously manual-based, it has become digital-based.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penjaminan mutu pendidikan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Tangerang melalui implementasi kebijakan evaluasi diri madrasah berbasis elektronik. Evaluasi diri madrasah merupakan suatu proses penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan madrasah, dan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam evaluasi diri dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan evaluasi diri madrasah berbasis elektronik. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf administrasi madrasah yang terlibat dalam implementasi kebijakan ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pertama, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Tangerang dalam melakukan evaluasi diri madrasah berbasis elektronik dimulai dengan pembentukan Tim Penjamin Mutu Madrasah, Pembagian ruang lingkup kerja berdasarkan lima indikator budaya mutu, pengumpulan bukti untuk setiap indikator pada masing-masing budaya mutu, rapat kerja Tim Penjamin Mutu untuk menvalidasi data serta menentukan tingkat pencapaian masing-masing indikator dan rekomendasi yang akan diinputkan pada aplikasi e-EDM. Kedua,  Tantangan yang dihadapi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Tangerang dalam melakukan evaluasi diri madrasah berbasis elektronik diantaranya adalah dokumen pembuktiaan pada sebagian indikator mutu belum terdokumentasikan secara baik, tidak adanya template umum untuk dokumen pembuktian masing-masing indiktor mutu sehingga membuat madrasah membuat sendiri template yang akan digunakan setiap tahunnya, Sumber Daya Manusia untuk dijadikan Tim Penjamin Mutu Madrasah yang belum maksimal dikarenakan terbagi dengan tugas pokoknya pada jabatan lain, dan Aplikasi baru yang memerlukan waktu dalam memahami cara kerja aplikasinya serta akses terhadap Aplikasi yang terkadang masih menemui kendala. Ketiga, dampak implementasi evaluasi diri madrasah berbasis elektronik memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap mutu Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Tangerang diantaranya efisiensi dan efektfitas kerja tim penjamin mutu dalam melakukan evaluasi diri madrasah karena dilakukan secara digital, meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan kepada stakeholders terkait  dan berdasarkan pada kesimpulan hasil pengisian e-EDM tahun 2024 dengan rata-rata mendapatkan nilai 89,46 termasuk pada kategori peringkat Sangat Baik.

Abstract

The anti-corruption education program initiated by the government and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) involves various elements of institutions and ministries targeting its implementation in educational units ranging from basic education to higher education. Higher education institutions, both public and private, are the object of the implementation of this anti-corruption education. This study aims to explorethe strategy of Private Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIS) in Tangerang in nurturing anti-corruption culture in the institutions. This research was carried out through aqualitative approach employingfield studies at PTKIS in Tangerang. Data collection includedinterview, observation and documentation. Data was then analyzed descriptivelythrough the stage of individual case analysis and continues with multi-site analysis.The results of this study show that the nurturingof anti-corruption culture in PTKIS is carried out through several strategies. First, the integration of anti-corruption education in the curriculum, either as lecture material or as a separate course. Second, the internalization of anti-corruption values in campus life in the form of honesty, discipline, responsibility and integrity. Third, a credible and transparent financial management system through a centralized financial management system, transparency of financial management, and financial audits by professional and credible external parties.
