Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction, relevance, effectiveness, and ideal reconstruction of criminal sanctions for cybercrime from the perspective of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The method used is a normative juridical approach supported by limited empirical data through literature studies, analysis of laws and regulations, and secondary data related to cybercrime trends in Indonesia. The results indicate that the new Criminal Code has adopted a modern criminal justice system through a double-track system, but does not specifically regulate cybercrime, thus remaining dependent on Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. The effectiveness of criminal sanctions is deemed suboptimal due to limited law enforcement capacity, the complexity of cybercrime, and the imbalance between repressive and preventive approaches. Therefore, a more adaptive reconstruction of criminal sanctions is needed through the integration of technology-based repressive, rehabilitative, and restorative approaches. These findings emphasize the importance of comprehensive criminal law reform to increase the effectiveness of cybercrime prevention in the digital era.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase public understanding of the existence and role of the House of Representatives (DPR) in a modern democracy through the implementation of constitutional education. Low political literacy and a lack of understanding of the function of representative institutions make it difficult for the public to participate optimally in the democratic process. The community service activities were carried out through several methods, including legal outreach and counseling, structured constitutional education, focus group discussions (FGDs), and interactive workshops in the form of legislative process simulations. Furthermore, mentoring was provided to participants to strengthen their ongoing understanding of the DPR's working mechanisms within the constitutional system. The results of the activities indicated an increase in participants' knowledge and awareness of constitutional values, the role of the DPR, and the importance of public participation in the oversight and implementation of democracy. Therefore, implementing constitutional education through a participatory approach can be a strategic step in building a more politically aware society and understanding of the DPR's position as a representative of popular sovereignty in the modern democratic era.

Abstract

Falsafah Jawa “ Rawe-Rawe rantas, malang-malang putung”  mempunyai makna semangat perjuangan fisik yang konfrontattif,  sedangkan dalam konteks penghayat kepercayaan Sapto Darmo diartikan sebagai strategi dakwah kultural  dan komunikasi spiritual internal yang mempunyai tujuan untuk menjaga ketahanan mental dan keharmonisan sosial pengikut Sapto Darmo. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu peneliti akan menganalisis pemaknaan ulang (re-semantisasi) , penerapan dan strategi dakwah yang berorientasi pada lokalitas yang diterapkan pada aliran Sapto Darmo dalam transmisi ajaranya. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografi komunkasi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumntasi. Observasi dilakukan dengan partisipatif pada ritual sujud, wawancara dilakukan secara mendalam dengan tokoh dan pengikut aliran kepercayaan Sapto Darmo, sedangakan dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan naskah ajaran sepeti buku-buku yang dimiliki oleh Sapto Darmo. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjuukan bahwa Enkulturasi nilai melalui dialketika mikrokosmos ( Jagat Alit)  dan makrokosmos ( Jagat Ageng)  ditransformasikan ke dalam tiga stratgei dakwah utama yaitu: Dakwah Bil hal,Persuasi Kultural, Penguatan Batiniah  yang berfungsi sebagai mekanisme adaptasi spiritual yang efektif dalam menjaga identitas komunitas dan peredam potensi konflik sosial di tengan pluralitas masyarakat
