Abstract

Age 0 - 8 years is the golden age. In this age the child's brain is like a sponge, which is all things that are seen, heard, and felt by children absorbed well by the child. Therefore at this time the child must get the right stimulation in every aspect of his development. One aspect that must be stimulated is gross motoric. This aspect relates to the child's ability to move the large parts of his body, such as the hands and feet. Some activities that can be given to children related to gross motoric skills are jumping, walking, running, and throwing a ball. The disruption of the development of gross motoric aspects in children can affect the development to other aspects. Therefore, the gross motoric aspect must be the one of teachers and parents' concerns as a result the child's development tasks can be achieved according to his age.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu anak belum dapat mengenal angka pada anak kelompok B PAUD Terpadu Teratai UNM Kota Makassar yang dapat diatasi pada standar dengan permainan puzzle. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan kognitif dalam mengenal angka melalui media puzzle pada anak kelompok B PAUD Terpadu Teratai UNM Kota Makassar. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peningkatan perkembangan kognitif dalam mengenal angka melalui media puzzle. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak kelompok B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas guru pada pertemuan II siklus I hanya mencapai 40% maka masih dalam kategori kurang, pertemuan II siklus II mencapai 80% maka meningkat menjadi kategori baik. Demikian pula aktivitas belajar anak didik pada pertemuan II siklus I hanya mencapai 38% maka masih dalam kategori cukup, pertemuan II siklus II sudah mencapai 84% maka meningkat menjadi kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Kemampuan mengenal angka  Melalui Media Puzzle di PAUD Terpadu Teratai UNM Kota Makassar Meningkat.

Abstract

The core components of interpersonal intelligence are the ability to understand oneself and one's limitations, intelligence of mood, motivation, temperament and desire, as well as the ability to self-discipline, understand and respect oneself. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using the application of the reggio emilia approach to early childhood interpersonal intelligence in kindergarten. This type of research is quantitative experiment using pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, the sample in this study amounted to twenty-two children, each consisting of a control class of 15 and an experimental class of 15. The data collection technique in this study was an observation sheet of interpersonal skills. From the results of the study it can be seen that the experimental class with the Reggio Emillia approach is higher than the control class, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Reggio Emillia approach on the development of interpersonal skills. In the effectiveness test, the use of interpersonal methods in Group B students of Aisyiyah Kindergarten Mamajang Makassar City is quite effective for developing interpersonal skills.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the improvement of gross motor skills in early childhood through the traditional game of "danda" among Group B students at Al-Mubarak Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the gross motor skills of early childhood children through danda play activities at Al-Mubarak Kindergarten in the Tanete Riattang Barat Subdistrict. This research is a quantitative study using a True Experimental Design with the one group pretest-posttest model, conducted at Al-Mubarak Kindergarten with a sample of 23 children. The study adopts a pedagogical approach. Data collection techniques involved observation and testing. The data obtained during the research were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 22 to calculate descriptive statistics of the pretest and posttest, as well as the paired sample t-test. The results show that playing danda significantly improves the gross motor skills of early childhood children in Group B in the Tanete Riattang Barat Subdistrict. This is evidenced by the t-test results between the pretest and posttest scores, where the significance value obtained was 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that danda play activities effectively enhance the gross motor skills of early childhood children in Group B at Al-Mubarak Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat Subdistrict.
