Abstract

Technology in the digital world and the internet has greatly contributed to changes in marketing activities, which were previously conventional (offline) strategies but have now changed to digital (online). Digital marketing makes it easier for their businesses in the marketing process for the products they sell.This study took place in Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. Descriptive qualitative method to adjust opinions between researchers and informants. Selection of this method because the analysis could not be in the form of numbers and more researchers describe all the phenomena that exist in the community clearly. This study using observation, interviews, documentation and sampling technique was purposive sampling with the object of research being the owners of SMEs in Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out SMEs actors in understanding digital marketing; to determine the use of social networks by SMEs players as digital marketing media; to find out the effect of digital marketing on increasing commodity profits for SMEs.Results from this study is their interest in SMEs to use digital marketing in the marketing of SMEs products; Brand awareness generated by using digital marketing affects profits; separation of accounts online stores with their personal accounts, this is done so in a social media management can actively focus for promoting SMEs

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG) pada kinerja Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) serta untuk menguji apakah budaya tri hita karana (THK) memoderasi pengaruh tersebut. GCG diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner mengenai lima prinsip GCG yaitu transparency, accountability, respostibility, independency, dan fairness. Budaya THK diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner mengenai tiga aspek THK yaitu parahyangan, pawongan dan palemahan. Kinerja LPD diukur menggunakan CAMEL yang diperoleh dari laporan LPLPD Kota Denpasar per Desember 2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh GCG pada kinerja LPD adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan untuk menguji apakah budaya THK memoderasi pengaruh GCG pada kinerja LPD digunakan moderated regression analysis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh positif pada kinerja LPD, dan Budaya THK memperkuat pengaruh GCG pada kinerja LPD di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan suatu kemampuan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang berbeda maupun baru sebagai bentuk implementasi ide kreatif untuk menciptakan peluang. Melalui kewirausahaan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan memperkecil pengangguran. Menyikapi perkembangan dan perubahan teknologi, budaya, dan gaya hidup yang terjadi saat ini, maka berbagai inovasi untuk mengambangkan kewirausahaan gencar dilakukan salah satunya adalah inovasi untuk meningkatkan minat generasi muda dalam berwirausaha. Berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka, Sekolah Menengah Pertama menjadi sekolah yang harus menyampaikan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Salah satu SMP yang sudah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dan memberikan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan pada peserta didiknya yaitu SMP Sapta Andika Denpasar. Tim pelaksana PKM melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak sekolah dan siswa melalui pre-test khususnya untuk siswa kelas VIII dan didapatkan hasil hasil bahwa 68% dari 272 responden siswa tertarik untuk menjadi entrepreneur, namun sebanyak 75.7% siswa tidak mengerahui istilah entrepreneur, 55.9% belum mampu menjawab dengar benar contoh entrepreneur, 60.7% siswa belum pernah mencoba membuka usaha, dan 77.2% siswa belum mengetahui tentang digital entrepreneur. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test tersebut, kami dari tim pelaksana PKM bekerjsama dengan pihak SMP Sapta Andika untuk memberikan sosisalisasi secara offline kepada siswa kelas VIII terkait entrepreneur. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada hari Selasa, 30 Mei 2023. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi didapat hasil bahwa 75.2% dari 262 siswa pengisi post-test tertarik menjadi entrepreneur dan dari 7 pertanyaan terkait entrepreneur yang diajukan, rata-rata 70% dari 262 siswa mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi mengenai entrepreneur ini memberikan manfaat kepada siswa dengan menambahkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa terkait entrepreneur dan memulai usaha.

Abstract

The implementation of the use of the MYOB application in computerized accounting learning for INSTIKI students provides great benefits in improving their understanding of accounting reports. Through the use of this application, students can practice the theoretical concepts learned in class directly in a real environment. The purpose of this study is to find out the learning media that students like and develop Vlog-based MYOB Accounting learning management. This research was conducted at INSTIKI with the subject of 60 students who have taken MYOB courses. This research lasted for about 8 months. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, which allows for the adjustment of opinions between researchers and informants. Data collection is carried out through observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of this study stated that video tutorials are the most preferred and considered the most satisfying learning media, with the greatest influence on material understanding; Most agree vlogs help understand the material and make learning more engaging; Most are satisfied with the use and quality of the vlog; Helps remember MYOB concepts and increases interest in learning. More than half of respondents believe vlogs can replace face-to-face learning methods.

Abstract

The term financial literacy is an individual's ability to make decisions and manage their own personal finances. Personal financial management (financial planning and control) is one form of application of financial management. For most students, college is the first time they manage their own finances without supervision from their parents. Students must be able to independently manage their finances well and must also be able to take responsibility for the decisions they have made. The method used is qualitative descriptive adjusting the opinions between researchers and informants. This method was chosen because the analysis cannot be in the form of numbers and researchers prefer to describe all phenomena that exist in society clearly. The data source in qualitative descriptive research is through questionnaires (questionnaires). The objects in this study were students who were studying at the Indonesian Business and Technology Institute (INSTIKI) located in Denpasar, Bali who were taking the Introduction to Accounting course. The research instrument in this study used the method of providing a list of questions. The population in this study were all students studying at INSTIKI. The respondents in this study were 122 people. The research results indicate that education about finance and financial literacy should be provided from an early age.
