Abstract

repurchase intention through customer satisfaction and trust. Data obtained through questionnaires to 100respondents through purposive sampling for Internet users in Denpasar who have ever bought fashion productsthrough online at least twice in six months. The analysis technique used in this study is the Partial LeastSquare and for intervening variables using Sobel test and effect size. The result of this research shows thatonline fashion buying experience significantly and positively influence the online repurchase intention. Thecustomer satisfaction and trust also significantly and positively influence online repurchase intention. Thecustomer satisfaction also influences their trust positively and significantly. The customer satisfaction andtrust emerges as mediating variable of the influence of online fashion product buying experience on onlinerepurchase intention.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan suatu kemampuan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang berbeda maupun baru sebagai bentuk implementasi ide kreatif untuk menciptakan peluang. Melalui kewirausahaan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan memperkecil pengangguran. Menyikapi perkembangan dan perubahan teknologi, budaya, dan gaya hidup yang terjadi saat ini, maka berbagai inovasi untuk mengambangkan kewirausahaan gencar dilakukan salah satunya adalah inovasi untuk meningkatkan minat generasi muda dalam berwirausaha. Berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka, Sekolah Menengah Pertama menjadi sekolah yang harus menyampaikan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Salah satu SMP yang sudah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dan memberikan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan pada peserta didiknya yaitu SMP Sapta Andika Denpasar. Tim pelaksana PKM melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak sekolah dan siswa melalui pre-test khususnya untuk siswa kelas VIII dan didapatkan hasil hasil bahwa 68% dari 272 responden siswa tertarik untuk menjadi entrepreneur, namun sebanyak 75.7% siswa tidak mengerahui istilah entrepreneur, 55.9% belum mampu menjawab dengar benar contoh entrepreneur, 60.7% siswa belum pernah mencoba membuka usaha, dan 77.2% siswa belum mengetahui tentang digital entrepreneur. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test tersebut, kami dari tim pelaksana PKM bekerjsama dengan pihak SMP Sapta Andika untuk memberikan sosisalisasi secara offline kepada siswa kelas VIII terkait entrepreneur. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada hari Selasa, 30 Mei 2023. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi didapat hasil bahwa 75.2% dari 262 siswa pengisi post-test tertarik menjadi entrepreneur dan dari 7 pertanyaan terkait entrepreneur yang diajukan, rata-rata 70% dari 262 siswa mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi mengenai entrepreneur ini memberikan manfaat kepada siswa dengan menambahkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa terkait entrepreneur dan memulai usaha.

Abstract

The province of Bali, Indonesia, as a tropical destination with abundant natural resources, exhibits a serious focus on the agriculture and livestock sectors. The Simantri program, as a local government innovation, aims to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology in rural communities. Bio gas, as a renewable energy alternative, emerges as a crucial solution amid the challenges posed by unsustainable fossil fuels. The Simantri Farmers Group in Br. Sandakan, Sulangai Village, faces challenges in introducing their bio gas products to the community. In the Community Service activity, a documentary video was created as an effective informational medium, successfully introducing, enhancing understanding, and raising awareness about the use of bio gas among the community. The video not only promoted the product but also strengthened the role of Simantri in village development and tourism potential. The success of this activity reaffirms that utilizing video-based informational media is an effective step in introducing innovations, enhancing understanding, and supporting the well-being of the local community.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in Bali as an area known for its arts and culture industry. This research aims to develop an MSME business feasibility evaluation model using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Six evaluation criteria are used, namely the level of product quality, the level of product damage, the level of market demand, the level of product diversity, the average monthly income, and the average operating costs. Data from seven MSMEs in Gianyar Bali were analyzed by the SAW method, resulting in a final score that determines the feasibility ranking. Results show that MSME C has the highest score (0.918), while MSME G has the lowest (0.741). The findings indicate that product quality and diversification are key success factors, while reducing operational costs is a challenge that needs attention. The SAW model provides a systematic approach for MSMEs to evaluate the viability of their businesses and support strategic decision-making.

Abstract

Agung Wastra is a company that opertes in the field of facilities and infrastructure for Hindu religious ceremony activities. The company uses Microsoft Excel in processing sales data. The weakness of the data or information produced is that it is still in table form and does not display more interactive information in graphic form, making it difficult for companies in a short time. Therefore, this research aims to build a sales data visualization system using looker studio. This visualization helps companies process table data into information in the form of graphs so that it doesn't take a long time to see the company's sales development. The research method used in this research is Kimball's nine steps method. This research goes through the stages of company data analysis, data warehouse design, extract transform load process, implementation of data visualization, and system testing. This system was tested using the user acceptance test method and obtained results with a percentage of 92.5% or strongly agree, which means that the sales data visualization is in accordance with the needs of the agung wastra company. The results of this research are seven pages displaying company information in the form of graphics to assist in decision making.

Abstract

UMKM Authentic Handmade Bali merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan dan penjualan tote bag berbahan dasar limbah kain bekas penjahit. Meskipun produk memiliki nilai estetika dan keberlanjutan lingkungan yang tinggi, pemasaran usaha ini masih terbatas pada platform e-commerce tanpa pemanfaatan media sosial. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah minimnya pemahaman pemilik usaha terhadap media sosial, khususnya Instagram, sebagai sarana pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemilik usaha dalam mengelola akun Instagram bisnis, menciptakan konten visual yang menarik, dan memanfaatkan fitur Instagram Insights serta Instagram Ads sebagai alat analitik dan promosi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan transfer knowledge, dengan pelatihan teknis, pendampingan langsung di lokasi usaha, dan demonstrasi penggunaan aplikasi pengolah visual untuk promosi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengelolaan akun Instagram bisnis @authentichandmadebali, pembuatan konten visual, serta pemanfaatan fitur insight untuk menganalisis jangkauan dan interaksi pengguna. Dengan pemasaran digital yang tepat, produk Authentic Handmade Bali mampu menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas, meningkatkan brand awareness, serta memperkuat strategi promosi secara berkelanjutan. Program ini menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis teknologi informasi yang efektif dan relevan dalam era digital saat ini.

Abstract

This research explores the low financial literacy among millennials despite their dominance in the use of information technology. Various surveys show that most millennials cannot answer basic questions about finance and investment correctly, indicating an urgent need to improve financial and investment literacy. This lack of understanding of investment instruments and financial strategies negatively impacts their financial stability. Initial questionnaire results from 30 students showed that 70% felt unfamiliar with investments, while 30% felt familiar. In addition, students were most familiar with stocks (40%), followed by mutual funds (30%), cryptocurrencies (15%), and bonds (10%). The study also found that investment literacy and education activities can increase millennials' understanding and motivation to invest. Technology plays an important role in financial education, with well-designed digital learning media, such as e-books and other digital tools, significantly improving learning outcomes. Recommendations from this research include the provision of interactive and fun teaching materials that are easily accessible through digital media, covering the introduction of basic investment concepts, long-term returns, practical guidance on starting an investment, and risk management. This research emphasizes the importance of greater financial education and literacy efforts to empower millennials to manage their finances more effectively and wisely.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the optimization of Cooperative performance through a digital-based reporting management system. The case study method is used to analyze user needs and design relevant system features. The needs analysis is useful in identifying constraints and needs in the current reporting system. Based on this analysis, features such as interactive dashboards, real-time reporting, digital financial management, and member management were designed and tested. The results show an increase in operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the cooperative. The implementation of this system successfully met user needs and improved the cooperative's performance

Abstract

UMKM di Desa Geluntung, Bali memiliki produk unggulan contohnya produk keripik, meskipun populer secara lokal, menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan Instagram untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan brand awareness. Keterbatasan pengetahuan digital, manajemen konten yang kurang efektif, pemanfaatan fitur Instagram yang tidak optimal, dan pengukuran performa yang lemah adalah beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemasaran digital melalui Instagram dilakukan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pengaturan profil bisnis, pembuatan konten yang menarik, pemanfaatan fitur-fitur Instagram seperti Stories dan Highlights, serta analisis data melalui Instagram Insights. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan digital, serta peningkatan engagement dan brand awareness produk UMKM.
