Abstract

Indonesia has a capital market called the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). IDX performance can be measured from existing indices and one of them is the IDX30 index. IDX 30 performance can be influenced by several factors such as macroeconomic variables and CPO prices. This research aims to determine movements in capital market performance in Indonesia caused by influencing factors. The VECM method will be used in this research. The research period starts from 2019 to June 2023. The result of this research is that CPO prices and inflation have a positive influence, while reference interest and exchange rates have a negative influence on IDX30 performance in the short and long term. The performance response of the IDX30 is most influenced by the IDX30 variables themselves. Public interest statements The research hopes that the relevant parties, especially the government, issuers and investors can take the necessary policies. The results of this research can be a reference material in predicting capital market movements in Indonesia, especially the IDX30 index, which is caused by factors that influence it, such as macroeconomics and CPO prices.

Abstract

Considering that teenagers in the future will be the next generation, the future must be approved. Tri Dharma of higher education related to Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), which refers to the responsibilities of teachers including transferring, transforming, and using knowledge from within the campus for the community. Based on this, Bunda Mulia University conducted PKM activities by raising the topic " Kompetensi di Dunia Realitas setelah Lulus SMA". The participation of the study participants was adjusted to the topic Tunas Indonesia School students. The method used in this PKM is an ice breaking session, sharing of material, role playing as a practical tool for participants as well as question and answer sessions so that two-way communication can be used. In summary, life goals, self-development, the importance of soft skills in achieving our goals, and success in the world of work. Each session is twenty minutes long. In the future, the activity of PKM is expected to be held again, of course with more diverse topics and bring benefits. Keywords: competence, graduated high school, PKM, life goals.

Abstract

Knowing that human resources are important for the progress of a nation, it is necessary to have early preparation in order to be able to foster the future well. Supported also by the third Tri Dharma of Higher Education - Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), which states that the responsibilities of a teacher include transferring, transforming, and applying knowledge from within the campus to the public. Based on this, the University of Bunda Mulia conducted PKM activities by raising the topic "Preparing the Future in the Early Age". The selection of the subject of this research that has been adjusted to the topic is the Bhakti Utama School students. The method used in this PKM is ice breaking, the delivery of material includes lectures, sharing experiences and video playback as well as a question and answer session that results in two-way communication. In short, the material presented is in the form of the importance of money management and preparation for further education, planning provides direction and reduces uncertainty, and how to change bad behavior and habits. Each session is thirty minutes long. This PKM activity is expected to be held again, of course with more varied topics.

Abstract

Pada proses mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, pendidikan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebab bangsa yang cerdas dapat membantu pembangunan negaranya. Keberhasilan pengajaran guru kepada anak didik pada SMP Santo Paulus 3, Kota Tangerang dianggap sudah berhasil. Namun demikian, peningkatan mutu pendidikan dirasa tetap perlu. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan serupa dengan memberikan pelatihan mengelola waktu dan perilaku sehari-hari kepada siswa/i yang berjumlah 17 peserta. Metode pengabdian berupa pemaparan materi, role play dan tanya-jawab. Hasil pengabdian mendapatkan penilaian dari para peserta di atas angka 3,50 dari 4,00 dengan berpedoman indikator edukatif, objektif, akuntabel, dan transparan. Hasil membuktikan pemilihan topik dan pemaparan materi sudah sesuai dan baik dalam membantu peningkatan pengetahuan. Baik buruknya perilaku di masa depan mulai dibentuk dari pendidikan perilaku saat ini bukan besok.

Abstract

Bidang otomotif semakin bertumbuh pesat di Indonesia. Honda merupakan salah satu bisnis otomotif yang mengalami peningkatan penjualan mobil setiap tahunnya, melihat fakta jalan raya semakin padat akan kendaraan roda empat, Honda Permata Serpong merupakan dealer resmi Honda yang berada di Gading Serpong, Tangerang. Oleh sebab itu terdapat adanya faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh citra merek, kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada pembelian mobil di Honda Permata Serpong. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mengumpulkan 120 sampel yang di peroleh dengan penyebaran kuesinoner secara daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif serta pengunaan skala likert sebagai skala pengukuran. Adapun beberapa pengujian yang di lakukan, diantaranya pengujian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji signifikansi (uji t- statistik) dengan memakai alat pengolahan data SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini mempelihatkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh sigfikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian objek otomotif dengan metode kualitatif, dapat juga melakukan penambahan variabel yang berbeda untuk menghasilkan konsep yang lebih mendalam. The automotive sector is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Honda is one of the automotive businesses that experiences an increase in car sales every year, considering the fact that the roads are increasingly crowded with four-wheeled vehicles, Honda Permata Serpong is an authorized Honda dealer located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. Therefore there are factors that can affect customer satisfaction, this study aims to see the effect of brand image, service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction in purchasing a car at Honda Permata Serpong. In this study, the researchers collected 120 samples which were obtained by boldly distributing questionnaires. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research and the use of a Likert scale as a measurement scale. There are several tests carried out, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and significance test (t-statistical test) using SPSS 26 data processing tool. The results of this study show that service quality and customer value have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While brand image does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Further research is expected to be able to conduct research on automotive objects with qualitative methods, and can also improve different variables to produce more in-depth concepts.

Abstract

Green products are an important solution in reducing waste and sustaining the environment. In this context, green marketing has appeared as one of the marketing strategies that provide a positive response for various industries in an effort to achieve sustainability. Avoskin, as one of the brands in the beauty industry, has committed to implementing the concept of green beauty by offering environmentally friendly products and building communities that care about the environment. This study obtained data collected from 260 respondents across Indonesia, using a Likert scale and analyzed with SmartPLS3 software. This research is a quantitative study that found that although environmental knowledge does not directly affect purchase intention, environmental attitudes act as a mediator that can strengthen the influence of environmental knowledge on purchase intention. In addition, the results also show that word of mouth communication and green marketing strategies have a significant positive impact on consumer purchase intention. These findings emphasize the importance of building awareness and positive attitudes towards the environment as a key strategy in influencing consumer buying interest in environmentally friendly products. Therefore, companies and green marketing practitioners are advised to prioritize increasing environmental awareness through campaigns that highlight environmental issues, as well as effective communication strategies and WOM to expand their market.

Abstract

Most investors diversify their funds not only in the differ stocks but also in the other capital markets. Thus, Indonesian investors are likely to diversify the funds in capital markets of ASEAN countries. Pandemic COVID-19 makes a possibility that capital markets in ASEAN region are not co-integrated. The purpose of this study is to know the co-integration of Indonesian capital markets to ASEAN capital markets after pandemic COVID-19. The study is quantitative analysis with VECM method and daily data. The period starts from 08 May 2023 to 22 March 2024. The results state that ASEAN capital markets are still co-integrated after pandemic COVID-19. IHSG responds negatively to KLSE, but IHSG responds positively to STI, SETI and PSEI either in the short term or in the long term. Then, the Indonesian investors are able to diversify their funds into ASEAN capital markets after pandemic COVID-19. For the next research, a longer data is needed in order to run VECM method better.

Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) merupakan sektor yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Salah satu industri yang paling prospektif di Indonesia maupun di dunia yaitu industri mamin. Keinginan pengusaha dalam meningkatkan daya saing untuk dapat lebih unggul dengan pesaingnya merujuk pada keunggulan kompetitif, dimana dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, layanan pesan antar makanan, dan kesadaran merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksplorasi fenomenologi kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah informan yang sesuai dengan kriteria ditentukan dan diperoleh sejumlah 15 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas merek dan layanan pesan antar makanan mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif namun kesadaran merek hanya sedikit pengaruhnya. Perlu peningkatan kesadaran merek untuk bisnis secara jangka panjang.

Abstract

The first aim of this research is to find out what factors influence MIXUE purchasing decisions in Tangerang. The second objective is to find out how these factors can influence MIXUE purchasing decisions in Tangerang. A total of 10 informants were obtained to conduct in-depth interviews. The collected data will be analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) with stages: (1) reading and re-reading, (2) initial noting, (3) developing emergent themes, (4) searching for connections across emergent themes, (5) moving the next cases, and (6) looking for patterns acros cases. The results of data processing state that the factors that influence purchasing decisions are advertisin3g, 4P, and lifestyle. Meanwhile, regarding how these factors can influence decisions, the factors are advertising, lifestyle and the 4Ps.
