Abstract

Purpose: This is to describe the knowledge of injecting family planning acceptors about the sideeffects of DMPA in Kalibeber Mojotengah VillageMethods: :Descriptive research with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique withaccidental sampling. In this study, 66 active DMPA family planning acceptors were determinedin Kalibeber Village, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo RegencyResults:The level of knowledge of family planning acceptors about the side effects of DMPAinjection family planning was good, namely 36 respondents (54.5%). Based on the level of basiceducation, most of the acceptors have good knowledge. 18 respondents (47.4%) In informalwork, some have good knowledge, 51 respondents (54.9%) Most of the respondents who havegood knowledge get information from health workers 27 Respondents (51.9%) %), healthworkers (51.9%). Conclusion: Health workers have an important role in the knowledge of family planningacceptors.

Abstract

Purpose: To analyzed the influence of the transformational leadership dimensions and both of partial and simultaneous motivation factors to the application of patient safety culture in the Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II. Methods: The purpose of this study waa analyzd the influence of the transformational leadership dimensions and both of partial and simultaneous motivation factors to the application of patient safety culture in the Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II. Results: The determination coefficient (R2) was 0.142. The F test shown that there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership dimensions and motivation factors to patient safety cultute with F=2.793 and p>0.05 (0.019) and the level of trust was 95%. Whereas idealized influence dimension (p<0.05=0.068) and motivator factor (p<0.05=0.001) were significant. Conclusion: Simultaneously, the transformational leadership dimensions and motivation factors influence the application of patient safety culture in the Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II.

Abstract

Purpose: Autistic behavior arises due to disturbances in the digestive process of peptides in autistic children causing aggressive behavior, giving a peptide-free diet containing casein and gluten is an effort to reduce autistic behavior so that parental compliance is required to provide a GFCF-free diet. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of gluten and casein-free diet adherence to reduce the behavior of autistic children. Methods: This study was a cross sectional study with a literature study approach on the results of previous studies that discuss the adherence to GFCF diet therapy on the behavior of autistic children. The research sample was taken by random sampling as many as 3 journals that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Effective adherence to GFCF diet therapy was given to autistic children with the characteristics of parents who have autistic children aged 2-11 years, high school/college education and work. Conclusion: Compliance with GFCF diet therapy can effectively reduce the behavior of autistic children.

Abstract

Latar Belakang Banyak penyebab yang menyebabkan seorang perawat merasa memiliki beban kerja tinggi seperti stres kerja akibat beban kerja setiapa negara bervariasi pada perawat. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di Ruang rawat inap RSI Wonosobo. Metode Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian cors sectional. Dengan sample adalah sebanyak 52 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengkorelasikan antara hubungan beban kerja dengan kelengkapan rekam medis dengan metode pearson corelation instrumen yang digunakan adalah Cargiver burden scale dan SAK dokumen keperwatan. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian sebanyak 33 (63,4%) memiliki beban kerja sedang dan tingkat kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan adalah 86,2%, uji korelasi pearson menunjukan bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0.045 0,05, yang berarti terdapat korelasi atau dapat dikatakan beban kerja terdapat korelasi terhadap tingkat kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan Kesimpulan: ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Saran menerapakan dan meningkatkan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas sehingga dokumentasi menjadi lengkap dan melakukan supervisi atau pnegawasan secara rutin oleh kepala ruang.

Abstract

Game online pada dasarnya ditujukan untuk menghilangkan kepenatan ataupun sekedar melakukan refreshing otak setelah melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. Tetapi, pada keyataannya permainan tersebut justru membuat individu menjadi kecanduan. Game online tidak hanya memberikan hiburan, tetapi juga memberikan tantangan yang menarik untuk diselesaikan sehingga individu bermain game online tanpa mempertimbangkan dan memperhitungkan waktu demi mencapai kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik yaitu suatu penelitian yang mendesain pengumpulan datanya dilakukan pada satu titik waktu. Berdasarkan umur remaja, paling banyak berumur 14 tahun yaitu 127 responden (76%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin remaja, paling banyak adalah laki-laki yaitu 110 responden (65,9%). Durasi bermain game online pada remaja dilihat dari 167 responden berada pada tingkat sedang yaitu antara 3-7 jam dalam sehari. Kualitas tidur dari 167 responden mempunyai nilai rata-rata 72,9 yang berarti sebagian besar remaja mengalami gangguan kualitas tidur. Terdapat hubungan durasi bermain game online dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja dalam tinjauan Q.S Arrum:23 dengan menggunakan uji statistik Spearman dan didapatkan nilai p value=0,000 atau p value<0,05.

Abstract

Anxiety can be interpreted as a feeling of fear or worry, which is unclear or vague. When a person experiences an anxiety disorder, it can be seen from his behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and physiological responses. The purpose was finding out the relationship between anxiety and sleep quality in students who are working on their thesis at UNSIQ. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional approach with a population of 29 respondents. This study usesd the chi-square test to examine the relationship between variables. The results showed the characteristics of the respondents were mostly 22 years old (69%), female gender 20 respondents (69%), anxiety level 14 respondents (48.3%), sleep quality 22 respondents (75.9%), chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.030 (α <0.05).

Abstract

Background: Patient safety is an important issue in maintaining and improving the quality of nursing services. Efforts to improve quality can be made by implementing risk management and patient safety in every health service setting, including at the Community Health Center. Objective: to determine the relationship between patient safety implementation and the quality of health services at the Public Health Center Research method: This used a descriptive analytical method with a cross sectional study approach. The total population is 36 nurses in 2 Public Health Center. The sampling technique is total sampling. The research instrument uses an instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability by bivariate analysis using the Spearman test. Research results: there is a relationship between the implementation of patient safety and the quality of health services at the health center with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: Patient safety is an important thing to implement in Community Health Centers to maintain and improve the quality of service in that setting. So it is important for health workers to provide health services in accordance with patient safety standards.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has an important role in increasing entrepreneurial knowledge. Entrepreneurship education is given to nursing students through the Entrepreneurship Course. It is intended to encourage the spirit of independence for the nursing profession in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between entrepreneurship knowledge with motivation and intention to become entrepreneurs in nursing students. This research is a correlation descriptive study with an observational design (non-experimental). The technique used is stratified random sampling and simple random sampling with a total of 163 student respondents. In addition, there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurship knowledge with motivation and intention to become entrepreneurs in nursing students. Furthermore, the results of this study are expected to be useful for students or nurses in improving the quality of entrepreneurship education in nursing students, especially in fostering motivation and intention to become entrepreneurs for nursing students.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is classified as a silent killer disease where the patient does not know that he has hypertension before checking and examining him. Hypertension, if now no longer handled properly, can purpose complications. Hypertension sufferers need family support in implementing a diet. Objective: to determine the relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly in Kalibeber Village. Method: researches was using quantitative research with analytical descriptive methods with a cross- sectional approach using questionnaires. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling with a population of 93 respondents. The information evaluation method used of the Spearman rank test. Results: There were a relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly in Kalibeber Village with a p value of 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.657 which means strong. Conclusion: There were a relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly in Kalibeber Village.

Abstract

Background: Smoking is a major trigger for several long-term (chronic) diseases that can lead to death. According to the 2019 Global Youth Tobacco Survey, 19.20% of students in Indonesia are active smokers, and 65.2% of students are also freely exposed to cigarette advertising. The high prevalence of smoking can impact various aspects, ranging from health, the environment, and the economy, both on a small and large scale. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between media exposure to cigarettes and smoking behavior among male adolescents at MAN 2 Wonosobo. Method: This study was quantitative, with an observational analytical method and a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study consisted of 36 individuals and was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. Results: The results of the univariate analysis showed that media exposure about cigarettes among adolescents was predominantly through television (91.7%) and billboards/large banners on the street (91.7%). Teenagers smoke in coffee shops (8.3%), homes (13.9%), public places (11.1%), and anywhere (5.6%). Conclusion: The Spearman correlation test showed a p-value of 0.235 (p>0.05), indicating no relationship between media exposure and smoking behavior among male adolescents at MAN 2 Wonosobo.
