Abstract

Investasi adalah menempatkan modal atau dana pada suatu asset yang diharapkan memberikan hasil atau meningkat nilainya di masa yang akan datang. Setiap investasi berlaku hukum semakin tinggi return yang ditawarkan maka semakin tinggi pula resiko yang harus ditanggung investor. Sehingga investor bisa saja mengalami kerugian bahkan lebih dari itu bisa kehilangan semua modalnya. Diantara berbagai instrumen investasi, logam mulia emas merupakan pilihan investasi dengan kategori aman, sebagai alternatif berinvestasi di tengah krisis global yang terjadi.

Abstract

Sistem pendanaan pensiun memungkinkan terbentuknya suatu akumulasi dana yang dibutuhkan untuk memelihara kesinambungan penghasilan peserta program pada hari tua. Islam mengajarkan umatnya untuk mempersiapkan hari tua sebaik mungkin. Pendirian dana pensiun dapat dipandang sebagai pengamalan terhadap sebagian ajaran ekonomi Islam tentang penghormatan terhadap mereka yang menjalani hari tua. Pemanfaatan dana pensiun sebagai tunjangan dihari tua merupakan suatu hal yang tepat dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh seluruh karyawan baik negeri maupun swasta. Dengan adanya dana pensiun, diharapkan dapat membantu kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya dan umat Islam pada khususnya. Pemanfaatan dana pensiun harus sesuai dengan hukum ekonomi Islam (fiqh muamalah).

Abstract

As an emerging field of research, halal tourism has been increasingly grabbing researchers’ attention inthe academic realm. Nonetheless, due to its novel nature, scientific inquiry on this topic in Indonesiancontext seems to hither to be more theoretical rather than empirical. By exploring insights from scientificpublications on journals and proceedings dated from the last decade, we came up with a suggestion ofcalling for epitomes of more empirical evidence to develop body of knowledge on the topic. Current stateof the art of research on halal tourism in Indonesia still mostly circulates around the concept of halaltourism which is not clear cut though some researchers attempted to investigate people’s perceptions onthe concept and practices through surveys and group discussions. This paper suggests more researchdevoted to empirical findings which seek for evidence on the elements of halal tourisms that entail thepeople involved (guests and hosts), the destinations, and the travel management. All these elements arealso linked to the need of investigating local and national policies pertinent to the topic.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the important elements in economic development. The various regional potentials will shape the structure of the economy, so it is very necessary to maximize this potential. Economic sectors that are prioritized in forming GRDP are classified in the leading sector/base sector. This study aims to identify the leading sectors in East Lombok Regency which are used as information and considerations for economic development planning. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data from 2015 – 2020 (time series) for East Lombok Regency and West Nusa Tenggara Province. The analytical tool used in this research is Location Quotient Analysis. The results of the Location Quotient Analysis (LQ) show that 9 sectors are identified based on business fields which are the leading sectors, including 1) Processing/Manufacturing Industri; 2) Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; 3) Wholesale and Retail Trade, repair of cars and motorcycles; 4) Construction; 5) Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security; 6) Real Estate; 7) Education Services; 8) Health services and social activities; 9) Procurement of electricity and gas.

Abstract

Management of seaweed into a consumable product is one method of increasing the selling price of seaweed. There are groups of processors and marketers of processed seaweed products in the form of ready-to-eat products, such as seaweed lunkhead, seaweed sticks, and seaweed crackers in Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency. However, the low demand for these seaweed products is due to a lack of marketing. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. This study's data came from both primary and secondary sources. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. Qualitative data techniques were used in the analysis. According to the findings of this study, there are six alternative strategies that can be implemented: maintaining product quality, cooperating with the government, creating cooking classes, developing new products, marketing via social media, and determining strategic locations.

Abstract

COVID-19 has caused numerous disasters in all sectors of the economy, including the tourism industry. Various regions continue to work to restore tourism activities to mitigate the impact that has occurred. This research aims to determine Mataram city tourism's economic recovery strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The descriptive qualitative research method was used in this study, with primary and secondary data obtained from the Mataram City Tourism Office, hotels, and restaurants. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, presentation, and confirmation were used in this study. According to the study's findings, the Mataram City tourism office is attempting to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 through various programs involving tourism stakeholders. These programs include the implementation of CHSE, the creation of unique tours, digital tourism, promotions, and the provision of grants to tourism industry actors.

Abstract

Revelation in the form of a holy book (al-Qur'an) is often addressed to all humans, regardless of their circumstances or mindsets. Thus, it is entirely conceivable and even necessary for the creation of numerous distinct interpretations. One straightforward and obvious conclusion from these varied readings is that humans have an unequal capacity to comprehend the essence of revelation. It can be argued that Sayyid Quthb's thoughts are difficult to comprehend unless one is willing to read them thoroughly and possesses adequate language skills. Sayyid Quthb employs the tafsr bi ar-ra'yi method, in which he defines property as "everything that can be utilised by humans in carrying out their duties as creatures of Allah." According to Sayyid Quthb, property belongs to Allah swt. entirely, regardless of its form. According to Sayyid Quthb, jihad is an aggressive war waged against Islam's physical adversary through a complete separation of Muslim and non-Muslim ties. According to the preceding definition of jihad, Sayyid Quthb assumes that wealth is merely a tool to be employed in the service of Allah during jihad.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country which has a wider water area of 7,81 million km2 than its land area of 2.01 million km2 and is known as a maritime country. Due to the vast territorial waters of Indonesia, Indonesia is rich in its beautiful marine natural resources with a wide variety of marine life living in it. One of the water areas that is rich in the diversity of marine life is the marine tourism object Gili Lampu, which is located in Sambelia District, East Lombok. To manage its natural resources well, it is necessary to have the right concept to develop marine tourism in Indonesia, sustainable tourism is one of the best indicators in developing tourism based on natural resources by paying attention to environmental conservation. To realize the concept of development and management in the Gili Lampu marine tourism object, several efforts are needed to achieve it. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of sustainable marine tourism through scuba diving sports tourism in Gili Lampu, Sambelia,east Lombok The approach used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive research type. The results of the study stated that scuba diving tourism was able to become a means of marine conservation in realizing tourism development in Gili Lampu tourism objects. However, several obstacles were found in the process of developing and managing the Gili Lampu marine tourism object such as the low human resources in the field of tour guides, and the lack of a role in promoting scuba diving tourism by the manager of the Gili Lampu marine tourism object. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis ulasan online tentang wisata budaya di Dusun Sasak Sade, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, menggunakan data dari TripAdvisor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mencakup analisis deskriptif terhadap ulasan yang dikategorikan dalam lima komponen penilaian: Excellent, Very Good, Average, Poor, dan Terrible. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pengalaman wisatawan dan menyediakan rekomendasi bagi pengelola destinasi wisata guna meningkatkan tata kelola dan kualitas layanan di Dusun Sasak Sade. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum wisatawan merasa puas dengan pengalaman wisata mereka di Dusun Sasak Sade. Wisatawan sebagian besar merupakan wisatawan yang berasal dari negara-negara Asia khususnya Indonesia. Sedangkan wisatawan yang merasa tidak puas didominasi oleh wisatawan dari negara-negara Eropa seperti Belanda, Belgia, Perancis dan lain-lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menemukan 5 komponen penting yang mempengaruhi pengalaman wisatawan ketika melakukan kunjungan wisata budaya: kekaguman, keaslian, relaksasi, penemuan, dan pengetahuan.
