Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM di Kota Tangerang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis yang telah dibuat melalui berbagai tes dan pengolahan data, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM Di Kota Tangerang dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu memakai para pelaku UMKM Kota Tangerang sebagai objek penelitian. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik analisis yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dan data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS . Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi (p <0,05). Inovasi juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan (p < 0,05). Begitu juga dengan teknologi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bisa membantu lebih bekerja keras lagi bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) diharapkan untuk menambah variasi produk guna menarik pembeli dan meningkatkan omset penjualan, tanpa merubah produk yang sudah ada, menggunakan strategi lain untuk mempertahankan usahanya, melakukan inovasi atau mengganti jenis produk yang dijual, selalu mempertahankan daya saing, produk/layanan yang berkualitas, serta kepuasan pelanggan karena dengan begitu pelanggan akan lebih merasa sangat puas atas apa yang diperoleh melalui informasi yang didapat

Abstract

APPLICATION OF THE CENTER METHOD IN THE LEARNING PROCESS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN SHAPING EARLY CHILDHOOD CHARACTERSThe purpose of this study is to explore the impact of using the application of the center method in Islamic Religious Education learning on the formation of children's character. Fun parenting and education patterns for children can greatly contribute to shaping their character, so there needs to be efforts from education practitioners to find forms of learning that are in line with the development of today's children who live in the dimension of modernity. Sentra is an application that is oriented towards changing the morality, mental and intellectual of children for the better. The research method uses a qualitative approach, where data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation schemes. The research was carried out at Raudatul Athfal ABATA in the Karawang area of West Java. The collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive inductive analysis approach. The results of the study show that the learning process using seven central components 1) preparation, 2) beams, 3) art, 4) big roles, 5) natural materials, 6) body exercises, and 7) imtak, contributed significantly in strengthening cognitive aspects, psychomotor, and social interactions of children. In addition, the internalization of this method in the PAI learning process can bridge the formation of character towards religious students. The main key to the success of using this method is consistency of activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this devotion is to stimulate six developmental factors in children. Because the age range of 4-5 years is a golden age along the age range of human development. During this time the child is particularly receptive to stimuli from his environment. At that age, children also experience rapid growth and development both physically and mentally, so they need the right stimulus to optimize their growth and development. This service is carried out through learning assistance activities for children aged 4-5 years located in cihanjawar village Rt. 01. Because in cihanjawar village rt 01 there is no early childhood level school, the author conducts a program to stimulate six aspects of development in children through learning assistance, so that when entering the next level the child's development is optimal. It can be concluded that after the holding of learning assistance in early childhood in Cihanjawar village Rt.01, significant changes were seen in the development of each child. Seen in each activity, children show changes in their development through social interactions with adults and other children, where the child's interest and curiosity motivate him to learn while playing and there are individual variations in learning development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotions through social media and word of mouth on the intention to revisit PINDAD Hospital patients, with a patient population of PINDAD Hospital with a sample of 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and also using the Google form. After the validity and reliability tests were carried out, the analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis tests, the coefficient of determination, the f test and t test. The results showed that promotions with social media and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on patient repeat visits, which means that if promotions with social media and word of mouth were increased, the patient's repeat visits would also increase significantly.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Overview of BPJS Outpatient Registration Administration Services during COVID-19 Pandemic at Al Islam Hospital Bandung in 2021". The purpose of this research was to determine the outpatient registration administrative services provided to BPJS patients. This research was conducted from April to June 2021. The type of research used is using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection technique is through a document review process, interviews with the registration supervisor and several staff who served as implementers and also observations carried out in the outpatient registration unit of BPJS patients. The collected data is then analyzed and described in a detailed and structured manner. The results of this research are the process of implementing registration services refers to the applicable regulations and also the provisions that have been made by the hospital. Some of the registration services at Al Islam Hospital that can be used by BPJS patients are, Direct Registration, Telephone Registration, Autoregistration, Referrals between health facilities, and Internal Referrals. From these data it is concluded that the services provided by Al Islam Hospital during the pandemic has made the necessary modifications to the existing regulation

Abstract

The BPJS Health program has been launched for more than six years, but the process of making claims from the hospital to the BPJS Health Office continues to be developed. In line with the policy changes issued by the BPJS Health regulations, hospitals must also follow these changes, for the smooth payment of claims, so that the cash flow of hospital operations is not disrupted. This paper aims to find out the system for submitting claims for BPJS Health inpatients at RSUD X, Bandung Regency. The location of data collection is in the BPJS Health Inpatient Claim Unit, RSUD X Bandung Regency, on June 14-24, 2021. The type of paper uses descriptive qualitative research, using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were made at the BPJS Health Inpatient Claim Unit at RSUD X Bandung Regency, then interviews were conducted with two BPJS Health inpatient claims officers, as well as documentation of the claim requirements file. The collected data is then analyzed to conclude. The result of writing is that the claim file and the submission of BPJS Health inpatient claims at RSUD X Bandung Regency are in accordance with the references used,

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan sistem keuangan berbasis teknologi kepada sekolah PAUD guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan. Program ini mencakup sosialisasi melalui pelatihan langsung kepada staf administrasi dan manajemen sekolah, penyediaan panduan penggunaan sistem, serta simulasi praktik pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan yang sudah dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu mengoperasikan sistem dengan mandiri, memahami fitur utama seperti pengelolaan anggaran dan pelaporan keuangan, serta menerapkan teknologi dalam manajemen keuangan sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen keuangan di sekolah PAUD melalui penerapan sistem keuangan berbasis teknologi. Sosialisasi dimulai dengan tahap perencanaan, yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan sekolah PAUD dan pemilihan perangkat lunak yang sesuai untuk pengelolaan keuangan. Tahap implementasi melibatkan pelatihan langsung kepada staf administrasi dan pengelola keuangan sekolah PAUD. Pelatihan mencakup pengenalan fitur utama sistem, seperti pencatatan transaksi harian, penyusunan anggaran, dan pelaporan keuangan berbasis digital. Untuk memastikan keberhasilan adopsi, simulasi praktik dilakukan secara intensif, memungkinkan peserta memahami cara kerja sistem secara menyeluruh. Program ini juga menyediakan panduan pengguna berupa video tutorial untuk mendukung pembelajaran mandiri peserta pascasosialisasi. Evaluasi efektivitas kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengukuran tingkat pemahaman peserta, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan mereka mengoperasikan sistem dan mengelola data keuangan secara lebih efisien. Dampaknya, sekolah PAUD mampu menerapkan sistem yang lebih transparan, akurat, dan sesuai dengan prinsip akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap modernisasi tata kelola keuangan pada pendidikan anak usia dini, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

The research was conducted to distinguish the two models , this is Brain Based Learning ( BBL ) with the Numbered Head Together ( NHT ) to see the extent to which the two models are instrumental in improving the learning outcomes of students learning mathematics . Authors wanted to see if there are differences in mathematics achievement between students who received Brain Based Learning ( BBL ) with Numbered Head Together ( NHT ) ? . The method that I use in this study is experimental research that is giving treatment to two different classes . The population in this study were all students class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Cikajang with a randomly selected sample of the class VII- C and class VII - D . The instrument used to measure student learning outcomes in the form mathematics objective tests , administered before and after the treatment the author gives a treat . From the analysis of the Mann Whitney test , to test initial value Zhitung = 1.72 and Ztabel = 2.24 with a significance level of 5 % ( α = 0.05 ) zhitung which is located in the reception area Ho , Ho is accepted then it means there is no difference initial ability between experimental classes experiment I and experiment II . Abstract

Sosialisasi pemanfaatan Google Drive sebagai media pengarsipan dan penyimpanan merupakan aspek krusial dalam administrasi. Google Drive memungkinkan pengguna untuk menyimpan dokumen, gambar, video dan file lainnya di server Google dengan aman. Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan yang terjadi pada lokasi pengabdian masyarakat di atas yaitu keterbatasan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Google Drive untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah melaksanakan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan secara langsung kemampuan tenaga pengajar di POS PAUD Lily dalam memanfaatkan Google Drive agar lebih mudah dalam hal administrasi dan pendokumentasian surat, pengelolaan berkas serta pengarsipan dan pelaporan lainnya. Sasaran utama dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah Guru dan Orang Tua murid POS PAUD Lily Pondok Petir, khususnya bagi Guru dan Orang Tua yang belum banyak mengetahui tentang teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan, administrasi dan dokumentasi di Sekolah. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta didik tentang Google Drive dan manfaatnya sehingga dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi individu, lembaga dan orang lain disekitarnya. Studi kasus dan testimoni peserta menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi ini memberikan manfaat jangka panjang, membuka peluang baru dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan, pendidikan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Evaluasi umpan balik peserta menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan di masa mendatang. Sosialisasi ini tidak hanya tentang pengembangan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga tentang pemberdayaan peserta dengan perangkat yang dapat mereka terapkan secara kreatif dan efektif dalam berbagai konteks. Abstract

Introduction: The significance of nurses' disaster preparedness and resilience in diverse settings has become increasingly apparent due to the rise in global crises. This study aimed to investigate nurses' perspectives on these two factors and to examine their intricate relationships and nuances. Methods: A cross-sectional framework was used to evaluate 390 nurses using the Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool (DPET) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U-test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, Spearman's correlation analysis, and the generalized linear model were employed to determine the relationships between nurses' characteristics, self-regulation, work culture perception, and their DPET and CD-RISC scores. Results: The results revealed that 79.7% of the participants were female, but male nurses consistently scored higher on both the assessments. The average DPET score was 172.29, and the average CD-RISC score was 27.34. Self-regulation and work culture perception were the most influential factors in raising DPET and CD-RISC scores by 4.032 and 1.454 units (p=0.000), and 1.112 and 0.34 units (p=0.000). Conclusions: This study emphasizes the need for ongoing training of nurses in disaster preparedness and resilience to promote introspective learning and collaborative best practices. It also highlights the role of hospitals in optimizing resources and creating a supportive environment for enhanced disaster preparedness and resilience, given the impact of organizational work culture. The study findings suggest a nuanced understanding of gender dynamics in disaster preparedness and resilience, emphasizing the importance of further exploration of these disparities for effective nursing practices.
