Abstract

Kuantitas wanita yang bekerja mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Mereka juga memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi nasional. Wanita yang memiliki peran di ranah publik, memiliki waktu yang terbatas dalam perannya sebagai istri, ibu dan pengelola rumah tangga. Sehingga, mereka mengemban 2 peran sekaligus, yakni sebagai tenaga kerja dan juga sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi dalam kurun waktu yang panjang dapat memicu terjadinya stress kerja, yang mengakibatkan seorang karyawan mengalami berbagai permasalahan, seperti sering merasa kelelahan mental, fisik dan emosional. Keadaan seperti ini dinamakan burnout. Burnout berdampak pada penurunan kinerja seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan burnout (kelelahan kerja) terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini bermula dari adanya keluhan kelelahan setelah bekerja, perasaan jenuh dengan pekerjaan yang monoton dan penugasan dinas pada waktu akhir pekan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan wanita PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000 yang telah menikah. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel konflik peran ganda tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel burnout tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan bahwa agar menambahkan variabel independennya karena masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what business innovation strategies are being implemented by several textile entrepreneurs to achieve momentum for improving this industry while business risks can be minimized. This phenomenological research was carried out using interviews, observations and document studies at several textile companies in Central Java. The novelty in this research answers the phenomenon that occurred in the textile industry after the COVID-18 pandemic outbreak. The research results show that two strategies are most dominantly used: First, the collaboration strategy, companies collaborate with other companies to share risks and profits. Second, a supply chain integration strategy by controlling companies located upstream and downstream in the textile industry to secure production and control the market

Abstract

Inti dari eksplorasi ini adalah untuk mendobrak Relational Relations dan Impressive Skill di PT XYZ. Strategi yang digunakan adalah teknik subjektif yang tidak salah lagi. Strategi pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara. Dalam pengujian, spesialis mengambil 4 sumber untuk dievaluasi. Berdasarkan persepsi ilmuwan, hubungan relasional dan keterampilan luar biasa masih belum bisa dikatakan ideal, mengingat hubungan relasional dan mewakili keterampilan luar biasa masih belum bisa dikatakan ideal sehingga hasil pelaksanaannya belum sesuai dengan rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan diatur.

Abstract

Penelitian Studi Kasus : PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood Kab. Gresik. “Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Punishment terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood. PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood selalu memberikan keuntungan pada seluruh pelanggan dengan standar kualitas tinggi dari hasil produksi plywood, wood working, dan secondary process yang didukung sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dibidangnya, serta mesin-mesin berteknologi tinggi guna memperoleh produk yang berkualitas serta menjada efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan punishment terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood. Sampel menggunakan metode random sampling yaitu merupakan karyawan PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dengan model SEM SMARTPLS 4.0. Dan hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

PT Prima Akses Solusi Global faces challenges in selecting fiber optic cable suppliers due to a subjective evaluation process focused mainly on price and product quality. Other factors, such as delivery, service, and payment, are also crucial. To improve effectiveness, this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for a more objective approach. AHP evaluates criteria like delivery, quality, service, price, and payment. Data from questionnaires is processed using pairwise comparison weighting. The results indicate that delivery and quality are top priorities, with PT Fiberhome ranking highest (0.417), followed by PT Voksel (0.323), and PT Furukawa (0.260). The AHP method effectively enhances decision-making accuracy in supplier selection. This study recommends ongoing AHP implementation, although it is limited to fiber optic cable supplier evaluation at PT Prima Akses Solusi Global.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the fingerprint attendance system on compensation, with discipline as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at PT. XYZ, involving a sample of 110 employees from a population of 689 people. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, then analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis process includes validity, reliability, hypothesis testing, and model fit tests. The results of the study indicate that the fingerprint attendance system significantly improves employee discipline, which then has a positive impact on compensation. In addition, fingerprint attendance also has a direct effect on compensation. Discipline has been shown to be an important mediator in building a disciplined work culture, increasing transparency in working time management, and ensuring fair and productive compensation. This study highlights the important role of technology in human resource management, especially in creating an efficient, transparent, and productivity-supporting work system. These findings provide important insights for companies in designing effective technology-based discipline and compensation policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and evaluate the effectiveness of employee training of PT. Swabina Gatra uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation model which represents the response or measurement of participant satisfaction with the implementation of the training, the learning obtained by the trainees, and changes in participants' behavior at work. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative research. Data sources for this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to participants while secondary data was obtained from documents, books, and literature. From the results of the pre-test and post-test, the learning performance increased from the initial average of 64.50 to 82.50, and from 64.50 in the pre-test > 82.50 in the post-test. It can be concluded that learning evaluation has a significant impact on training. The training effect is good, and the trainees are satisfied and have a good feeling about the training. At the behavioral level, the participants were able to apply the knowledge and skills gained, which shows that training has a significant impact on the overall effectiveness of the program

Abstract

This kind of research is known as causal research, which aims to determine the connection between an occurrence or the problem under study and the impact of the factors under investigation. Finding out how work discipline affects employee performance and work satisfaction as a mediating variable is the goal of this study. A quantitative approach is the research methodology employed. This study included both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was gathered by sending questionnaires to workers, while secondary data was gathered from books, documents, and other material. With a sample of 137 Department of Production employees, the population of this study included 162 employees of PT. Autokorindo Pratama. Research employing structural equation modeling, or structural equation modeling (SEM), is the main emphasis of the data assessment method. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Autokorindo Pratama employees, which shows that the more work discipline is applied, the better the employee's performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Autokorindo Pratama employees, which shows that the more work discipline applied, the higher employee job satisfaction. PT. Autokorindo Pratama. Employee performance is not influenced by their job satisfaction. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

The research titled “The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Discipline Level as a Mediating Variable” aims to identify and analyze how organizational culture influences employee performance, considering discipline as a factor that can strengthen this relationship. This research uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, utilizing a Likert scale for data collection. The population of this research is all employees of PT XYZ with data collection in the form of surveys and questionnaires. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee discipline, with a very high influence value of 0.977. These findings confirm that organizational culture plays an important role in shaping employee behavior in an organization. This research provides empirical evidence that developing an organizational culture that supports discipline is an important strategy for improving employee performance.. A work environment that values discipline and commitment will encourage employees to align their behavior with the organization's values, ultimately contributing to increased productivity and overall work quality.

Abstract

This research uses compensation as a mediating variable to find out how a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) affects worker performance. Likert scales and quantitative descriptive techniques were used to collect data for research at PT XYZ. There were 110 PKWT employees selected for this research using a purposive sampling technique. The research findings indicate that the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) significantly affects compensation, demonstrating a notably high influence value of 0. 872. This evidence underscores that a transparent and equitable implementation of PKWT can enhance employee trust and satisfaction regarding their compensation. Moreover, the study provides empirical support for the notion that a well-structured fixed-term work agreement, coupled with fair compensation, serves as an essential strategy for boosting employee performance. A work environment that values employee rights and contributions fosters high motivation, ultimately leading to improved productivity and enhanced overall work quality.
