Abstract

The existence of educational tourism is increasingly needed by the community. In addition to the limited number, educational tourism also has a strategic role such as being able to help increase the income of the surrounding community. This community service aims to empower the community through assistance in establishing an educational tour of Kampung Sutera in Sentul Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. This service method was carried out through FGDs, surveys, interviews, mapping, and training. This service activity gets community support, so that Kampung Sutera can be realized and will have a positive impact on the community's economy. In addition, the existence of Kampung Sutera is also supported by the existence of a website as a promotional medium.

Abstract

Pembiyaan dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengusaha yang memerlukan modal usaha serta membantu pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pembangunan dalam berbagai sektor khususnya sektor ekonomi mikro, dan salah satu peranan pembiayaan modal usaha yaitu untuk meningkatkan perkembangan usaha, namun adakalanya dibatasi oleh kemampuan permodalan. Kurangnya permodalan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah disebabkan karena biasanya usaha ini adalah usaha individu atau badan usaha perorangan yang modal usahanya adalah modal sendiri, sedangkan modal pinjaman dari lembaga keuangan sulit di peroleh, karena persyaratan secara administratif dan teknis yang diminta oleh bank tidak dapat dipenuhi,, hasil pendampingan beberapa Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah yang ada di kabupatem sorong yaitu Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Bak Mie dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah warung makan sulastri menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi terutama pada aspek permodalan yang minim serta sulitnya menfakses pembiayaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan metode Design Sprint dalam merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) untuk penjualan tiket bioskop secara online. Melalui tahapan Understand, Diverge, Decide, Prototype, dan Validate, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kepuasan pengguna dalam proses pembelian tiket bioskop. Tahap Validate dilakukan melalui pengujian prototipe menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 10 responden, yang menunjukkan bahwa desain prototype mendapatkan nilai 85 (Grade B), menandakan penerimaan yang baik dari pengguna. Hasil implementasi juga menghasilkan dua tampilan antarmuka: untuk pengguna dan admin.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation progress of the semantic map strategy in qawaid learning at the Manbaul Falah Kudus Islamic boarding school. It also aims to examine the improvement in qawaid learning outcomes at the school after implementing the strategy, as well as the differences in qawaid learning outcomes before and after using the strategy. The research adopts a quantitative approach and falls under the category of field research. It was conducted at the Manbaul Falah Islamic Boarding School in Kudus, using an experimental research design with a quasi-experimental design that includes both an experimental class and a control class. Data collection methods employed in this study include observations, interviews, documentation, and tests. The findings of the research indicate the following: 1) There is a significant increase in the qawaid learning outcomes for the experimental class, with a gain value of 0.709 in the high category. 2) There is a significant difference in the qawaid learning outcomes before and after implementing the Semantic Map Strategy (SMS), as evidenced by the t-test calculations. The obtained t-value is 3.64, while the t-table value at a significance level of 5% and degrees of freedom (df) = (15+10)-2 = 23 is 2.069. Additionally, at a significance level of 1%, the t-table value is 2.807. The results indicate that the t-value is greater than the t-table value. Thus, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the qawaid learning outcomes between classes that utilize the Semantic Map Strategy (SMS) and those that do not.

Abstract

Ilmu Ushul fiqh merupakan disiplin ilmu yang sangat urgen bagi para ahli hukum Islam dalam penetapan produk halal di Indonesia, karena dengan ilmu ini, seorang mujtahid atau ahli hukum Islam, dapat memperoleh kemudahan  untuk mengetahui hukum-hukum kontemporer ekonomi yang tidak terdapat  dalam nash sharîh (dalil pasti) dalam Al-quran maupun Al-Hadis. Selain itu, Ilmu  Ushul Fiqh juga dapat mempermudah untuk memahami dan menguasai  permasalahan furû’iyah atau fiqhiyyah yang terus berkembang dengan laju perkembangan zaman, situasi dan kondisi, dan itu semua tidak terhitung  jumlahnya. Ilmu ushul fiqh dalam bidang ekonomi bisa menjadi sebuah solusi  dalam menjastifikasi dan memberikan legitimasi hukum terhadap seluruh  gerak gerik aktifitas ekonomi dalam berbagai bidang transaksi (muamalah),  yang bilamana semua itu sudah sesuai dengan prinsip halal yakni, tidak bertentangan dengan nash dan maqhasid al-syari’ah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of green marketing and digital marketing on the competitiveness of MSMEs mediated by brand image. The object of this research is MSME players in the tempeh chips sector in Malang City, with data collected from 150 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sample measurement in this study used saturated sampling technique with SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results showed that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand image is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of MSMEs. Green marketing mediated by brand image has a positive effect on competitiveness. Digital marketing mediated by brand image has a positive effect on competitiveness. Researchers recommend that tempeh chips MSMEs in Malang City optimize digital communication tools, strengthen branding strategies, set prices according to product added value, and implement environmentally friendly practices. Future research is recommended to consider other variables that affect MSME competitiveness and adopt a multi-method approach for more comprehensive insights.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the Arabic language environment at the Tahafudzul Qur'an Roudhlotul Jannah Kedaton 1 Islamic Boarding School, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, to improve female students' ability to memorize the Qur'an, using analysis. The aim of this research is to analyze whether or not there is an influence from the Arabic language environment for students at the Tahafudzul Quran Roudhlotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School, East Lampung. This research is descriptive-qualitative research with the type of field research. With this research, it will certainly be easier and happier for students to implement the Arabic language environment because it has an influence on memorizing the al-Qur'an.

Abstract

The research titled “The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Discipline Level as a Mediating Variable” aims to identify and analyze how organizational culture influences employee performance, considering discipline as a factor that can strengthen this relationship. This research uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, utilizing a Likert scale for data collection. The population of this research is all employees of PT XYZ with data collection in the form of surveys and questionnaires. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee discipline, with a very high influence value of 0.977. These findings confirm that organizational culture plays an important role in shaping employee behavior in an organization. This research provides empirical evidence that developing an organizational culture that supports discipline is an important strategy for improving employee performance.. A work environment that values discipline and commitment will encourage employees to align their behavior with the organization's values, ultimately contributing to increased productivity and overall work quality.

Abstract

Nilai uang dalam sistem keuangan merujuk pada daya beli atau kemampuan mata uang dalam konteks keuangan. Banyak penelitian telah membahas konsep ini, tetapi sebagian besar bersifat teoritis dan kurang memberikan analisis praktis mengenai dampaknya dalam sistem keuangan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis konsep nilai uang dalam konteks keuangan Islam dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mekanisme investasi dalam sistem keuangan Islam berbeda dari sistem konvensional yang sering menggunakan bunga untuk menentukan nilai waktu uang. Dalam sistem keuangan Islam, prinsip-prinsip investasi berfokus pada beberapa aspek penting: pertama, harta harus senantiasa berputar untuk menghindari stagnasi; kedua, semakin sering harta digunakan, semakin besar kemungkinannya untuk berkembang; ketiga, masa depan membawa ketidakpastian, dan hasil bisnis bisa berupa keuntungan, kerugian, atau impas; keempat, proyeksi hasil bisnis di masa depan bisa dilakukan; dan kelima, hasil yang diperoleh sering kali tidak sesuai dengan proyeksi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini diterapkan dalam sistem keuangan Islam dan perbedaannya dengan pendekatan konvensional.

Abstract

This research is about the practice of accounts payable in Merbau Mataram BUMDes, Tanggamus Regency, for capital or micro business loans. The focus of the problem in this study is how is the practice and what is the view of Islamic law regarding borrowing or debt receivables of the BUMDes Fund in Merbau Village, West Kelumbayan District, Tanggamus Regency? The purpose of this study was to find out the practice and find out the views of Islamic law on lending BUMDes funds in Merbau Village, West Kelumbayan District, Tanggamus Regency. This research method uses a qualitative method with the type of field research (field research) conducted on the Practice of Borrowing BUMDes Funds in Merbau Village, Kelumbayan Barat District, Tanggamus Regency, using a descriptive qualitative method. Using primary and secondary data sources, by looking at the population and sample. Collection techniques were carried out through observation, observation, documentation and interviews with village officials and loan recipient customers. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the practice of lending funds in BUMDes Merbau Mandiri BUMDes lends funds to people who want to do small and medium businesses with repayments in installments according to the agreement at the time of the contract. The margin or interest rate is not determined by the BUMDes manager but is determined based on the ability of the borrower, then the practice of lending funds that occur in the BUMDes of Merbau village, Kelumbayan Barat District, Tanggamus Regency in terms of consent and acceptance in accordance with the pillars and conditions of al-qardh, namely sighah, aqidain, assets owed and there is no provision for what percentage of services must be provided to BUMDes.Keywords: Al-Qardh, BUMDes, Sharia Economic Law
