Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan manajemen keuangan bagi UKM Pertanian Terpadu Bukit Thursina (PTBT) dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Pelatihan ini difasilitasi oleh akademisi dari Universitas Presiden, yang mencakup berbagai aspek penting dalam manajemen keuangan, seperti sistem informasi manajemen keuangan, praktik manajemen keuangan di sektor pertanian, akuntansi manajerial, serta pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Diskusi dalam pelatihan mengungkapkan bahwa tantangan utama PTBT adalah sistem informasi manajemen keuangan yang belum optimal serta kurangnya pemetaan kemampuan perusahaan. Sebagai solusi, direkomendasikan adanya spesialis dalam pemetaan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan dan pemberdayaan peran akuntan manajemen. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh wawasan yang lebih baik tentang strategi pengelolaan anggaran, manajemen arus kas, dan pengambilan keputusan finansial yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha mereka. Dengan adanya program ini, PTBT diharapkan mampu mencapai kemandirian finansial, meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya, serta berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Among the negative effects of modern society, global warming is a major problem. It is especially important for countries to realize that reducing greenhouse gas emissions through the transition to electric vehicles. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the purchase intention of electric vehicles. This study utilized quantitative research by SPSS to analyze multiple linearity and other analysis through the 252 questionnaires collected. The Chinese respondents in the study all met the screening criteria of having owned or driven an electric vehicle. It was found that among the four independent variables function value (FV), price (P), brand trust (BT), and attitude (A), only the variable price did not have a significant effect on the dependent variable purchase intention (PI). Consistent with previous research findings, purchase intention (PI) continues to have a positive effect on purchase decision (PD).

Abstract

The proliferation of local skincare products has reach nationwide awareness. Practitioners have find an increasing attention to facilitating skincare consumer purchase decision exposures with influencer and word of mouth strategies. However, previous research on the impact of influencers on consumers' word of mouth is limited. This study aims to provide new insights into the drivers of customer purchase decisions on local skincare products. influencers and electronic word of mouth. The questionnaire spread to determine the appropriate influencers' effect. An online survey was held on to test the proposed model. Results indicate that influencers and word of mouth predict consumer purchase decisions. Word of mouth mediated the effect of influencers and consumer purchase decisions. This study sheds on a new path to the understanding of social media influencers through the lens of digital channels. Word of mouth is able to boost the effect of influencers on all social media channels.
