Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat menjadikan e-commerce harus membuat kecenderungan konsumen untuk membeli produk dari perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Influencer, Brand Image, Digital Marketing Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Minat Beli Pada Aplikasi Shopee Di Wilayah Kotapinang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala liket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada aplikasi shopee dengan nilai hitung sebesar 3,182 dengan ttabel sebesar 1,662, maka ttabel < thitung, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada aplikasi shopee dengan nilai hitung sebesar 2,918 dengan ttabel sebesar 1,662, maka ttabel < thitung. dengan taraf signifikansi 0.00 > 0.05. Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada aplikasi shopee dengan nilai hitung sebesar 2,891 dengan ttabel sebesar 1,662, maka ttabel < thitung. Dengan taraf signifikansi 0.00 > 0.05. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada aplikasi shopee dengan nilai hitung sebesar 2,950 dengan ttabel sebesar 1,662, maka ttabel < thitung. Dengan taraf signifikansi 0.00 > 0.05. Secara simultan influencer, brand image, digital marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada aplikasi shopee, dengan nilai F tabel = 2,471 sedangkan Fhitung 39,132 jadi Ftabel < Fhitung dengan taraf signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 pada taraf kepercayaan 95% dan Alpha 5% dapat diterima.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi banyak faktor, diantaranya fasilitas, harga, perilaku konsumen dan daya tarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh fasilitas, harga, perilaku konsumen dan daya tarik terhadap keputusan pembelian pada kafe satu jiwa kotapinang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel fasilitas, harga, perilaku konsumen dan daya tarik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job stress, emotional intelligence, intelligence intektual and organizational support on employee performance in LingkunganBadan Finance and Asset Management Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu either partially or simultaneously.Data Collection techniques in this study using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Workmanship methods of data analysis using the software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. This study uses a sample of 30 employees is taken using a census techniques.The results of the research based on the test simultaneously (F test) showed that simultaneous (concurrent) job stress, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and support of the organization simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Finance and Asset Management Agency Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, where the value of Fcount (5,866) > Ftable (2,759) with a significance 0,002 < 0,05. The results of testing the hypothesis partially (t test) showed that job stress (X1) has positive and significant effect on employee performance in Finance and Asset Management Agency Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, where t (2,500) > ttable (1,25) with a significance 0,019 < 0,05. emotional intelligence(X2) has positive and significant effect on employee performance in Finance and Asset Management Agency Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, where the value of (2,076) > ttable (1,25) with a significance 0.048% ownership of < 0.05, intellectual intelligence (X3) has a positive effect but not significant to the performance of employees in the Finance and Asset Management Agency Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, where the value of tcount (0,402) < ttable (1,25) with a significance 0,691> 0,05. Based on the test results of determination shows that of 48.8% variable employee performance can be explained by job stress, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and organizational support. While the rest of 51.2% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Sistem Kerja Internal Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Rantauprapat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Sedangkan variabel penelitian adalah sistem kerja internal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Kerja Internal Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Rantauprapat yaitu telah menggunakan aplikasi dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan seperti sistem informasi Gaji Pegawai Pusat (GPP) untuk mengelola gaji dan tunjangan yang secara berkala dilakukan pemutakhiran aplikasi setiap ada informasi pembaruan di KPPN Rantauprapat. Dalam pencairan anggaran belanja negara Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) melakukan penelitian dan pengujian atas SPM yang disampaikan oleh PPSPM. SPM yang diajukan ke KPPN digunakan sebagai dasara penerbitan SP2D, antara lain: 1). SPM LS Belanja Pegawai, 2). SPM UP/TUP, 3). Retur Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D), 4). Pembukaan Rekening Pemerintah, 5). Surat Keterangan Penghentian Pembayaran (SKPP).

Abstract

enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu yang dapat dilihat dari sumber daya manusianya dan juga sistem kerjanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneleitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Sedangkan variabel peelitian adalah loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab bagian masing-masing pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penelitian menganalisis loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu berdasarkan kedekatan dan keakraban pimpinan dengan pegawai dan staf di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Aspek-apek loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu yang terdapat pada pegawai anatara lain: 1). Taat pada peraturan, 2). Tanggung jawab pada kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, 3). Kemauan untuk bekerjasama, 4). Rasa memiliki,  5). Hubungan antar pribadi, 6). Kesukaan terhadap pekerjaan. Melihat loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja dari pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dapat dilihat dari kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat oleh kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principal leadership, work motivation, work discipline, and school culture on teacher performance in Mas Ihya Ulumuddin. The total sample was 10 respondents. This research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 22. Based on the research results, it is known that the principal's leadership partially influences teacher performance, this can be seen from T calculated value > T table (4.309 > 2.228), work motivation influences teacher performance, this can be seen from the calculated T value > T table (4.979 > 2.228), work discipline influences teacher performance, this can be seen from the calculated T value > T table (4,601 > 2,228), school culture influences teacher performance, this can be seen from the calculated T value > T table (5,081 > 2,228). Simultaneously, the principal's leadership, work motivation, work discipline, and school culture influence teacher performance, this can be seen from the calculated F value > F table.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, promotion, price, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Results: The results show that product quality, promotion, price, and service quality each have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. Novelty: This study presents an integrated analysis of product, promotion, price, and service quality factors in influencing purchasing decisions within a regional retail mall context. Findings: Promotion is identified as the most dominant factor affecting consumer purchasing decisions, followed by product quality, service quality, and price. Originality: The originality of this study lies in its empirical evidence derived from a local retail setting, providing insights into consumer behavior in regional shopping centers. Conclusions: Enhancing product quality, promotional strategies, pricing policies, and service performance can effectively increase consumer purchasing decisions. Type of Paper: Empirical Research Paper.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, incentives, and work discipline on employe work performance at PT. Nubika Jaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS version 27 program. The analysis methods used include validity and reliability tests to assess the quality of the research instrument, classical assumption tests as a prerequisite for analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Additionally, a t-test was conducted to determine the partial influence of the independent variables, an F-test to determine the simultaneous influence, and the coefficient of determination to measure the extent of the independent variables' contribution to the dependent variable. The research results indicate that motivation, incentives, and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employe work performance, as evidenced by a t-statistic value greater than the t-table value and a significance level less than 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Green Accounting dan perputaran total aset terhadap profitabilitas. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan sampel yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji F), dan pengujian koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Green Accounting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, Perputaran total aset berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, dan Green Accounting dan perputaran total Aset secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.   Abstract This study aims to determine the application of Green Accounting and total asset turnover on profitability. This type of research is associative research. The sample collected for this study is 30. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. The data analysis tool used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance testing (F-test), and coefficient of determination testing. Based on the results of the study, Green Accounting has a positive and significant effect on profitability, total asset turnover has an effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work hour flexibility and work environment on employee productivity at the Department of Youth and Sports, Culture and Tourism of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 81 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results show that both work hour flexibility and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, either partially or simultaneously. The coefficients of determination (R2) value of 0,202 indicates that 20,2% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 79,8% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that implementing flexible working hours and fostering a supportive work environment significantly contribute to enhancing efficiency, motivation, and productivity among employees in public sector institutions.
