Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work experience, discipline, Work, Compensation, and motivation on employee performance in regional public hospitals Rantauprapat. Samples in this study were employees of the Regional General Hospital with a total of 90 rantauptapat. From the research, there is a positive and significant effect of work experience variables on performance with t count X1 equal to 4.571 smaller than T table equal to 1.67 with significance 0.000<0.05, there is a positive but not significant effect of work discipline variables on Employee Performance With t count X1 equal to 0.090 smaller than T table 1.67 and significance 0.242 > 0.05, there is 1.67 and significance 0.132>0.05, there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on Employee Performance With t count X 2 of 4.271 greater than T table of 1.96 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05, there is a simultaneous influence of independent variables work experience, work discipline, compensation and motivation on performance shows F count of 30.549 greater than F table of 2, 60 with significance of 0.000< 0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of work discipline, workload, work environment and leadership style on employee performance at PT. SMART TBK Padang Halaban. Population and sample in this study are employees of PT.SMART TBK Padang Halaban as many as 45 people. This study uses work discipline, workload, work environment and leadership style as independent variables, while employee performance as a dependent variable. Data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS version 20. In individual/partial testing (t test), three variables have a significant influence and one variable that is not significant to employee performance. Where the value of the probability of siginifikan work discipline variable (X1) is less than 0.05 that is equal to 0.001 with the value of beta (acrylic) is equal to 0.406, for the variable workload (X2) is more than 0.05 that is equal to 0.076 with the value of beta (acrylic) of -0.212, work environment variable (X3) has a significant probability value of less than 0.05 that is equal to 0.014 with the value of beta (acrylic) of 0.276, as well as the variable leadership style has a significant probability value less than 0.05 is equal to 0.007 with a beta value of 0.582. For the results of the test analysis based on test F conducted shows that work discipline, workload, work environment and leadership style simultaneously or together have a positive significant influence on the performance of employees of PT SMART TBK Padang Halaban.

Abstract

Dunia bisnis terus berkembang pesat sejalan dengan perkembangan era globalisasi, hal ini di tandai dengan semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan di dunia bisnis dalam memasarkan produk maupun jasa kepada konsumen. Hal inilah yang mendorong perlunya dikembangkan usaha-usaha atau bisnis di wilayah ini seperti usaha kain batik bentenan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha ternak lele di Desa Pematang Seleng. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan jenis kuantitatif asosiatif dengan tehnik analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna kain di bentenan center. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk, promosi dan lokasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Manajemen perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkanpromosi batik bentenan agar dapat lebih dikenal baik di pasar lokal, nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of wage levels, welfare, and employee loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. Sapadia Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples taken in this study were 35 employees of PT. Sapadia Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat. This study uses a questionnaire which is used as a tool to collect data, and to fill out the questionnaire the respondents will fill in using a Likert scale 1-5. The results of filling out the questionnaire will be tested using SPSS 20 software. Tests carried out in this study are to use validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that the level of wages partially has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Sapadia Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat. Training partially has a positive and significant effect on welfare at PT. Sapadia Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat. Loyalty partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sapadia Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat. The level of Wages, Welfare and Loyalty simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Sapadia Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Green Prayan Prime, where this type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine the compensation, leadership and work discipline simultaneously influence on the performance of employees at PT Perkebunan Green Prayan Prime. Based on the data obtained by the researchers of the 59 respondents who processed through the stages of scientific and also analyzed through the stages according to the rules of research by testing, were summed up that the calculation Results obtained for the variable Compensation (X1) with a significance of 0, 595 showed that the value is smaller than 0.05 and t 0,536 < 1,677 ttable. The calculation results obtained for the variable Leadership (X2) with a significance less than 0.001 to indicate that the value is smaller than 0.05 and t 3,718 > ttable 1,677. The calculation results obtained for the variable Work Discipline (X3) with a significance of 0.000 indicates that the value is smaller than 0.05, and the value of tcount 3,949 > ttable 1,677. Using a significance level of 0.05, then the value of significance F of 0.000 indicates less than 0.05, and the value of Fcount 10,463 > Ftable of 2.79. So the hypothesis that there is significant influence between the independent variable Compensation (X1), Leadership (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) simultaneously to variable tied to Employee Performance (Y) can be received.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Pengiriman Jne (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) Studi Kasus Kepuasan Pelanggan Jne CabangKota Pinang Kec. Kota Pinang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan hal ini terlihat dari nilai T hitung > T tabel (2,006 >1,985), citra merek  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan hal ini terlihat dari nilai T hitung > T tabel (6,343 >1,985), persepsi harga  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan hal ini terlihat dari nilai T hitung > T tabel (3,582 >1,985), kualitas layanan  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan hal ini terlihat dari nilai T hitung > T tabel (2,427 >1,985). Secara simultan kualitas produk, citra merek, persepsi harga, kualitas layanan berpengaruh Terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Dalam lanskap teknologi yang terus berkembang, ponsel pintar telah menjadi elemen penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik untuk komunikasi, hiburan, maupun produktivitas. Studi ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap ponsel Vivo di Rantauprapat, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis meliputi harga, kualitas produk, gaya hidup, dan promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih dengan kriteria yaitu pernah membeli handphone merek vivo di Rantauprapat, dan data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa harga (X1) tetap menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk (X2) juga berperan penting, di mana konsumen mencari ponsel dengan performa yang baik dan daya tahan tinggi. Gaya hidup (X3) memengaruhi secara siginifikan keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, Promosi (X4) yang efektif dapa mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Melalui analisis ini, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi Vivo untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pasar lokal, serta memperkuat posisinya di pasar yang kompetitif. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Gaya Hidup, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian.AbstractIn the ever-evolving technological landscape, smartphones have become an essential element in everyday life, both for communication, entertainment, and productivity. This study focuses on the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for Vivo mobile phones in Rantauprapat, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The factors analyzed include price, product quality, lifestyle, and promotion. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents selected with the criteria of having purchased a Vivo brand mobile phone in Rantauprapat, and data was collected through a questionnaire survey. The results of this study found that price (X1) remains the main factor influencing purchasing decisions. Product quality (X2) also plays an important role, where consumers look for mobile phones with good performance and high durability. Lifestyle (X3) significantly influences purchasing decisions. In addition, effective promotion (X4) can influence purchasing decisions. Through this analysis, this study provides insight for Vivo to adjust its marketing strategy to meet the needs and preferences of the local market, and strengthen its position in a competitive market. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Promotion, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal, harga , dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik wardah di alisa kosmetik rantaauprapat.  Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 91 responden. Melalui media metode random sampling. Dengan teknik peggumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reailitas serta uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode berbasis aplikasi PLS. Perolehan hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa label halal, dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dn signikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik wardah di alisa kosmetik rantauprapat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, strategi promosi, gaya hidup, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo di Rantauprapat, dengan studi kasus di Erafon Suzuya Mall. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 konsumen yang telah membeli smartphone Vivo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, strategi promosi, gaya hidup, dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo. Kualitas produk, yang mencakup atribut seperti kualitas kamera, dan pengalaman pengguna, terbukti meningkatkan minat dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Strategi promosi, termasuk diskon, efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan ketertarikan konsumen. Gaya hidup konsumen, yang mencerminkan preferensi dan kebutuhan akan fitur seperti kamera berkualitas tinggi juga berperan penting dalam keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, lokasi toko yang strategis di Erafon Suzuya Mall memudahkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan konsumen dalam membeli smartphone Vivo. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi Vivo dan retailer lainnya dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan kepuasan konsumen di Rantauprapat. Dengan mengoptimalkan kualitas produk, strategi promosi, pemahaman terhadap gaya hidup konsumen, dan lokasi toko yang strategis, Vivo dapat memperkuat kehadirannya di pasar dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

During the current pandemic, it is necessary to take extra care of protection for children, whether it is the transmission of Covid-19 or the influence of gadgets, which are very dangerous if you use gadgets too often. There are many impacts that occur in using gadgets for a long period of time, therefore discipline must be applied in using gadgets, if you are used to it then this good thing will be applied wherever this gadget is used, for the sake of eye health and protecting children. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on various fields, one of which is the education sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using gadgets in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic as for the relation to student health and student mentality.
