Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penggunaan modal kerja dalam meningkatkan laba pada usaha Bakso Sabar Solo. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada Usaha Bakso Sabar Solo, jalan KH.M.Kasim Kota Palopo yang akan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan dimulai dari bulan Oktober sampai November 2016. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam yaitu (1) menganalisis perputaran modal kerja, (2) menganalisis rasio lancar (current ratio) dan (3) menganalisis rasio profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Bakso Sabar Solo Palopo memiliki modal kerja yang optimal namun profitabilitas perusahaan berfluktuasi hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya pengeluaran atau beban yang dikeluarkan setiap tahunnya. Maka dari itu, untuk semakin meningkatkan profitabilitas, usaha Bakso Sabar Solo harus mengelola dengan baik modal kerjanya. Hal ini sekaligus menjawab masalah dalam penelitian. Setelah melakukan penelitian, pembahasan, dan merumuskan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian, maka penulis memberikan beberapa saran yaitu Usaha Bakso Sabar Solo harus mampu memaksimallkan system operasionalnya dan memaksimalkan pengelolaan modal kerjanya dengan baik agar kedepan usaha ini dapat lebih dikembangkan dengan baik sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih besar dan Usaha Bakso Sabar Solo mengurangi jumlah utang lancar (jangka pendek), untuk meningkatkan Current Ratio perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance in assessing profit growth in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is the analysis of financial ratios (liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio) and profit growth with the research sample using a purposive sampling technique for the specified conditional sample 1) the company has published financial statements during the study period and 2) the company has financial data its profitability decreased during the study period. The results of the study showed that it had poor profit growth because its profit growth decreased every year. Based on the results of the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan modal kerja PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan analisis rasio modal kerja yang meliputu rasio likuiditasdan analisis rasio aktivitas serta analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis tingkat likuiditas perusahaan, yaitu periode tahun 2018 s/d 2022, dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat likuiditas perusahaan secara keseluruhan efektif. Hal itu dapat dilihat pada presentase tingkat likuiditas yang terus mengalami penurunan atau fluktuasi terutama pada Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio karena masih berada diatas 100%. Ini berarti aktiva lancar pada perusahaan masih mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Hasil analisis untuk Cash Ratio perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi sehingga Kas dan setara Kas perusahaan tidak mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat aktivitas perusahaan selama lima tahun, dapat dikatakan bahwa perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi dapat dilihat pada perputaran total aktiva dan perputaran modal kerja Netto juga mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun 2018-2020, dan kembali mengalami peningakatan dari tahun 2021-2022. Ini menunjukan kinerrja yang baik dari PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Kata Kunci : Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Modal Kerja, Kinerja Keuangan

Abstract

For centuries, conventional financial institutions such as banks and cooperatives have played an important role in the economy. However, advances in technology and digitalization have significantly changed the world's financial landscape. Financial Technology (Fintech) has emerged as a disruptive force offering innovative financial solutions, such as automated investment management, peer-to-peer lending, and digital payments. This research aims to discover and analyze the impact of Fintech on conventional financial management. Specifically, this research aims to assess the impact of Fintech on the efficiency and effectiveness of conventional financial services, assess changes in user behavior in managing their finances due to the convenience offered by Fintech, and discover the challenges and opportunities faced by financial institutions. Mixed methods is an approach that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches in this research. Quantitative data is collected through surveys of financial services users to measure their opinions about Fintech services and their impact on personal financial management. The results of this research show that Fintech has changed conventional financial management. From a user perspective, Fintech has increased the ease and efficiency of accessing and managing financial services, and many users say they are more likely to use Fintech apps and platforms for everyday transactions, managing savings and investments. From the side of conventional financial institutions, this research found that Fintech has increased the amount of money they invest. This study found that Fintech is changing conventional financial management in terms of service efficiency and user behavior. While Fintechs offer more convenience and efficiency, they also force traditional financial institutions to adapt and innovate with new technologies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on profit at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Capital structure is measured through the composition between own capital and loan capital. The data used in this study are the financial statements of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for three years, from 2020 to 2022. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between capital structure and company profits. The results showed that there were fluctuations in the components of own capital, loan capital, and profit level during the study period. In 2020, own capital amounted to 120,889 billion rupiah and loan capital amounted to 126,054 billion rupiah with a total profit of 29,563 billion rupiah. In 2021, own capital increased to 145,399 billion rupiah and loan capital increased to 131,785 billion rupiah with a profit of 33,948 billion rupiah. However, in 2022, own capital increased slightly to 149,262 billion rupiah, while loan capital decreased to 125,930 billion rupiah with a profit of 27,680 billion rupiah. This finding shows that changes in capital structure have a significant impact on corporate profits. The optimal capital structure can maximize the profit earned, because the use of an efficient combination of own and borrowed capital can increase the value of the company and prevent the company from financial difficulties. This research is expected to contribute to financial decision making in the company and become a reference for further research.

The world of work has undergone major changes as a result of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. Organizations and individuals must quickly adapt to the demands of ever-evolving skills and new technologies. The purpose of this study is to investigate talent management strategies that are useful for addressing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities in this era of disruption. The study identifies the latest trends in human resource management and related technologies by reviewing relevant literature. The results show that improving both hard and soft skills is essential. Hard skills, such as the ability to use digital technology and data analysis, are essential to cope with technological change, while soft skills, such as the ability to communicate, collaborate, and lead, are essential to adapt to new work dynamics. Foreign language proficiency is increasingly important if you want to collaborate and compete in the global market. To apply knowledge and acquire relevant skills, practical training is needed, both inside and outside the work environment. By implementing these strategies, companies can maintain their competitiveness and maximize the potential of their employees in the dynamic technological era. To ensure long-term success, companies must adopt a proactive approach to their talent development.
