This paper aims to describe and ppreciate various efforts that have been done by the Indoneian government to design the prevention and eradication of to distribution of false information (hoaks), such as (i) Rules of informtion laws and electronic transaction (UU ITE) which gives smoe santions for internet users who distribute negative content and hoaks ; and (ii) release a communication and information ministry regulation number 19 of 2014 about blocking and screening sites and developing a system “TRUST” + Positive” system which the system provides a list of negatively charged sites, but this article also provides a critical note to note from both of it. This paper also emphasize that there are still many thinsg tht can be considered to improve the effectiveness of prevention digital literacy for the community. Reading very rapid and limitless information and tools communication used to obtain such information through digital literacy.

ABSTRACT This paper describes how the role of effective communication in speeding up the process of transfer of information in the College Library. There are three issues into the discussion in this paper; (i) effective communication in the process of transfer of information with assertive communication by considering personal rights between librarians and users; (ii) how to create effective communication between librarians with the user by means of the receiver understand the message conveyed, can establish a good relationship between librarians and users, the message shoving on a response desired message recipients; (iii) This paper outlines the third obstacle in conducting effective communication among them is a different background, signals, communication situation, quality of the content of the message, writing skills, speaking skills, the skills of listening, reading skills

ABSTRACT Introduction. This study aims to determine whether the librarian's communication style at the State Islamic University Library of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi affects the interest of visiting visitors. This is based on the importance of communication which is a basic need of humans as social beings, and an important part of the library, especially in serving users. Data Collection Method. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used, namely questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The questionnaire in this study used a Likert scale. The population of this research is 8129 active students and the sample used is 99. The sample technique of this research uses incidental sampling technique. Data Analysis. The data analysis technique used descriptive data analysis with simple regression analysis techniques. To determine the presence or absence of influence in this study using hypothesis testing. Result and Discussion. The results of this study are the librarian's communication style variable obtained a score percentage of 78.29% which means that the influence of the librarian's communication style is in the very high category. The variable of visiting interest obtained a percentage score of 80.24%, which means that visiting interest is in the high category. Based on the results of the regression test, there is an influence between the librarian's communication style on visiting visitors' interest. This is shown by the linear regression equation Y = 6.510 + 0.808X and the t value of 8,985 and the significant value of 0.001. The regression results can be seen that the t value is 8,985 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.10, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusions. Based on the research that has been done on the strong relationship between the librarian's communication style and visiting interest. With the librarian's communication style provided, it makes it easy for users to communicate with librarians to meet the information needs needed by the users.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the transformational leadership of the librarian in supporting the work performance of librarian at SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi, Jambi Province, to find out the obstacles to the head of the library in leading the library, and to find out the efforts made by the head of the library in realizing a dynamic library through transformational leadership. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, and data collection was carried out by determining the subject by using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the librarian at SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi has important aspects in transformational leadership, namely; being an ideal role model, motivating and inspiring, caring for followers, and intellectual stimulation. The head librarian’s obstacle in leading the library lies in the direct communication between the librarian and the librarian, and the second constraint is that the staff has different educational backgrounds, and the third constraint is staff behavior. Efforts made by the head of the library in obtaining a dynamic library through transformational leadership by enforcing employee discipline, providing rewards and adding Human Resources (HR).
