Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pengaruh Macam Pematahan Dormansi Benih Terhadap Pertumbuhan Awal Padi Gogo (Oryza sativa L) Varitas Sentani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam pematahan dormansi benih pada padi gogo varietas Sentani Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Tunggurono, Kecamatan Binjai Timur, Sumatera Utara, pada bulan April 2023 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non Faktorial dengan faktor adalah: Macam Pematahan Dormansi terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu : D0 (Kontrol), D1 (KN03 4 gram/liter air), D2 (Air panas suhu 50°C), D3 (Skarifikasi), D4 (ZPT Organik). Parameter yang diamati mencakup: Persentase berkecambah (%) umur 6 HST, tinggi tanaman (cm) umur 40 HST, 60 HST dan 80 HST, Jumlah Anakan (rumpun) umur 40 HST, 60 HST dan 80 HST, Umur keluar bunga (hr). Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan macam pematahan dormansi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter persentase berkecambah umur 6 HST, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan umur 40, 60 dan 80 HST, umur berbunga pada tanaman padi gogo varietas sentani. Perlakuan yang terbaik pada perlakuan D1 (KNO3 4 gr /liter air). Perlakuan macam pematahan dormansi benih padi gogo varietas Sentani menggunakan KNO3 memberikan hasil terbaik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya.

Abstract

PRIMAGAMA merupakan bimbingan belajar bagi siswa-siswi SMA atau sederajat untuk mencapai kelulusan dan dapat melanjutkan studinya keperguruan tinggi yang dikehendakinya. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang bermunculan saat ini, menjadikan acuan bagi PRIMAGAMA untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan agar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen (siswa didik). Untuk Itu perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap kualitas jasa pelayanan pada LBB tersebut. Penilaian kualitas jasa pelayanan dimaksudkan untuk menentukan atribut kualitas jasa berdasarkan pada tingkat kepentingan konsumen terhadap atribut kualitas jasa tersebut dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas atribut jasa pelayanan tersebut. Metode Servperf dapat digunakan untuk memilah nilai kualitas jasa pelayanan sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan pioritas penanganannya.

Abstract

The oil palm plant (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) originates from West Africa, is the mainvegetable oil producing plant which has a higher productivity than other vegetable oil producing plants. This study aims to determine the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application onthe number of leaves and stem diameter of oil palm seedlings. The study used a factorialrandomized block design (RBD) with 2 treatment factors, namely the planting mediafactor and the urea fertilizer application factor. The results of the analysis showed that thetreatment of the growing media had a significant effect on the number of leaves. The ureatreatment showed no significant effect on the number of leaves and the interaction of thetwo factors had no significant effect on the number of leaves.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan dengan dukungan pendanaan dari Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (BPDPKS) memberikan  Beasiswa Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi (DI, DII, DIII dan DIV) dan Akademik (Strata 1) Tahun 2025. Program ini diharapkan dapat mencetak generasi muda perkebunan sawit yang konsisten meningkatkan industri perkelapasawitan di Indonesia. Program Beasiswa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi generasi muda dalam bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit melalui pendidikan yang relevan dan berbasis industri. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui penyusunan materi yang informatif dan mudah dipahami, dilaksanakan dengan kunjungan langsung ke lembaga terkait, serta penyampaian informasi mengenai prospek karir, penerapan praktik perkebunan, dan teknologi inovatif. Program ini memberikan fasilitas beasiswa penuh, termasuk biaya pendidikan, uang saku, sertifikat kompetensi, serta pengalaman magang di industri kelapa sawit. Selain itu, beasiswa ini terbuka untuk berbagai kalangan yang terlibat dalam sektor kelapa sawit, seperti pekebun, keluarga pekebun, dan ASN. Dukungan kompetensi ini berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan jangka panjang industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia dengan mencetak generasi baru pemimpin industri yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan daya saing global sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit. Melalui program ini, diharapkan generasi muda yang siap menghadapi tantangan industri kelapa sawit dengan pengetahuan teknis dan manajerial yang kuat untuk memperkuat sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of growth and production of Kailan (Brassica oleracea var. Alboglabra) to Gedebog Banana POC and cow manure with different administrations. The study was carried out, Johor Village, Medan Johor District, North Sumatra from August 2019 to November 2019. The method used in this study was a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two factors, namely: POC Gedebog Banana Dose Factor (A1 = 200ml /L; A2 = 300ml/L and A3 = 400ml/L.). Dosage Factor of Cow Manure (K1 = 5 tons/ha; K2 = 10 tons/ha and K3 = 15 tons/ha). Giving POC Gedebog bananas showed significantly different effects on plant height, wet weight per plant and dry weight of kailan plants, but did not show a significantly different effect on the number of plant leaves. The application of cow manure showed no significant effect on all variables. The interaction of Gedebog Banana POC administration with Cow Manure showed a significantly different effect on plant height and dry weight per plant, but showed no significant effect on the number of plant leaves.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the UPTD BIH Gedung Johor, Medan Johor, Medan City, starting from December 2023 to March 2024. This research aimed to determine the effect of applying liquid sulfur fertilizer and Azolla on the growth and production of cayenne pepper plants. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors. The first factor is liquid sulfur with the symbol (S) which consists of 3 treatment levels, namely: S0 = without sulfur fertilizer, S1 = 2.5 cc/liter of water, and S2 = 5 cc/liter of water. The second factor is Azolla with the symbol (A) which consists of 4 treatment levels, namely: A0 = Without Azolla, A1 = 20 grams/plant, A2 = 40 grams/plant, A3 = 60 grams/plant. The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), flowering age (days), number of branches (branches), number of fruits per plant (fruit), fruit weight per plant (grams), number of per plot (fruit), fruit weight per plot. The results showed that liquid sulfur fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on all parameters. Giving Azolla had a significant effect on plant height at 2 WAP, 4 WAP, and some branches. The interaction between the two has no significant effect on all parameters. The best fruit weight per plant was obtained in the combination of S2A2 treatment (Liquid Sulfur 5 cc/liter of water + Azolla 40 grams/plant), namely 125.35 grams. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of MKP fertilizer and ecoenzyme, as well as to determine the effect of interaction on the application of MKP fertilizer and ecoenzyme in improving the quality of growth, production, and secondary metabolite content tests. This study was conducted from December 2024 to March 2025 in Klumpang Village, Hamparan Perak District, North Sumatra. Using a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors, each treatment repeated 3 times. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), fresh plant weight (gr), wet tuber weight (gr), dry tuber weight (gr) and secondary metabolite tests on 6 compounds, namely alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, saponins, and tannins. The results showed that MKP fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height at 4 WAP, 6 WAP, 8 WAP, plant weight parameters, wet tuber weight, and dry tuber weight. The best treatment was M1 (MKP dose of 10 gr/plant). Ecoenzyme treatment did not significantly affect all parameters. The interaction between MKP fertilizer and ecoenzyme did not significantly affect all parameters. The best treatment combination was M2E0 (MKP 20 grams/plant and ecoenzyme (control)). The phytochemical test of secondary metabolites in shallot (Allium cepa L) extracts continued to increase with increasing doses of MKP and ecoenzyme fertilizers. The best treatment was M2E2 (MKP 20 grams/plant and ecoenzyme 20 ml/liter of water) with results of 4 to 5 plus as shown in the lab results. Keywords: MKP, ecoenzyme, red onion, secondary metabolite
