Abstract

Kelurahan Jurutengah, Desa Tasikhargo merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Jatisrono,Kabupaten Wonogiri. Di Desa Tasikhargo masih sedikit jumlah UMKM,  masih banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki waktu luang. Pada dasarnya tujuan dari dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dapat memberikan ide-ide baru dan memberikan pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga agar memulai berwirausaha. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat        menjadi kreatif dan bisa membuat produk aneka olahan berbahan dasar ketela pohon sebagai bahan dasar kue gabin. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberian pelatihan dan diskusi mengenai proses pembuatan kue gabin dan aneka kue dengan bahan dasar ketela pohon. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada bulan Juli 2021. Hasil dan Luaran yang ditargetkan oleh pengabdian adalah dengan adanya pelatihan membuat produk yag bernilai ekonomis berupa makanan ringan maka masyarakat yang mengikuti pelatihan akan termotivasi untuk berwirausaha terutama membuat makanan ringan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai wirausaha membuat kue gabin dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kata kunci : Pelatihan,UMKM,Kewirausahaan,

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education from an early age plays a strategic role in shaping children's independent, creative, and innovative character, especially for immigrant children who face social and economic challenges. This study aims to describe the importance of implementing entrepreneurship education for Malaysian immigrant early childhood children as an effort to create an empowered and independent generation in the future. The methods used include participatory, collaborative, and project-based learning approaches that integrate entrepreneurial values into children's daily activities. The results show that implementing entrepreneurship education can foster self-confidence, responsibility, communication skills, and a strong work ethic in children. Additionally, this program also increases parental involvement in the educational process and strengthens solidarity within the immigrant community. Despite persistent challenges such as limited resources, cultural differences, and limited policy support, entrepreneurship education has proven to be an effective instrument for child and community empowerment. Overall, early childhood entrepreneurship education not only prepares young generations for entrepreneurship but also builds the character and independence needed to face future global challenges.

Abstract

This study explores the understanding of personal finance, management, and access to financial services impact the performance of 31 digital printing SMEs in Ponorogo. Thirty business owners were surveyed, and the data was examined using regression. The findings show that financial literacy and management do not significantly affect performance, but financial inclusion does. The F-test confirms that all three factors together influence the businesses' financial performance. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Management, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the collaboration between the Business Development Division and the Human Resources Division in implementing business development and human resource development strategies at CV Cokro Bersatu (Bluder Cokro). The research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that collaboration between the two divisions is effective through strategic planning based on product innovation, distribution expansion, and strengthening the quality of human resources through training, HRIS, and KPI determination. The implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC) management is proven to support operational efficiency and product quality control. Meanwhile, the evolution of marketing strategies from Marketing 1.0 to 6.0 allows the company to adapt to changes in consumer behavior through the use of digital media and application technology. In the distribution aspect, planning optimization and cost efficiency have succeeded in increasing the profit percentage from 2% to 23%. Improved employee performance contributes significantly to the success of business expansion and increased company competitiveness. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between divisions and the integration of business-HR strategies to drive sustainable growth in food manufacturing companies in the digital era.

Abstract

Proper and well-documented daily cash management is essential for internal control, fund protection, and operational transparency. Standardized asset memo recaps help accurately track costs and asset depreciation, which affect financial reporting and company investment policies. This study uses a descriptive approach with field studies involving observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of procedures that include segregation of duties, multi-level authorization, and the use of a simple Accounting Information System (AIS) and standardized SOPs can improve the effectiveness of internal controls, reduce the risk of recording errors, and speed up the report reconciliation process. Key recommendations include developing document flowcharts, implementing daily cash and asset memo SOPs, using AIS for recapitulation automation, conducting periodic internal and physical asset audits, and providing regular training for officers. With integrated and standardized procedures, CV Jadi Berkat can significantly improve the accuracy of its financial reporting and the efficiency of its asset management.

Abstract

Program magang yang dilaksanakan di CV Prima Grafika Dolopo Madiun bertujuan untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja operasional dan pemasaran digital pada usaha percetakan dan jasa desain grafis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa selama masa magang berlangsung. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi partisipasi dalam proses operasional produksi, pembuatan dan pengolahan desain grafis, pelaksanaan promosi melalui media sosial, pelayanan konsumen, serta dukungan terhadap kegiatan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pelaksanaan program magang ini memperoleh dukungan dari pihak perusahaan, meskipun dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan alat produksi, tingginya volume pesanan pada waktu tertentu, serta belum optimalnya konsistensi promosi digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa mampu membantu kelancaran proses produksi, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, serta memperluas jangkauan promosi melalui media sosial, sehingga berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja operasional dan daya saing CV Prima Grafika Dolopo Madiun.
