Abstract

Universitas Terbuka (UT, literally Open University) organizes distance learning through the Online Tutorial (Tuton) service. Tuton is an internet-based tutorial service that can be accessed via the site http://elearning.ut.ac.id by all UT students, including UPBJJ UT Denpasar students. Analysis of the quality of UPBJJ UT Denpasar student tutoring services has never been carried out before. Based on these problems, this research aims to analyze and measure the quality of Tuton application services using WebQual 4.0 dimensions, which are moderated by gender and age variables. This research uses a quantitative method approach to student satisfaction data from the UT UPBJJ Denpasar Management Study Program, who have used the Tuton application for more than three semesters. Data analysis techniques using the SEM–PLS method. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a positive influence between the usability variable, the service interaction quality variable, and the Information Quality variable on the user satisfaction variable. The gender moderating variable can act as pure moderation on the service interaction quality and Information Quality variables. Meanwhile, the age variable is a potential moderator of the three variables. From these results, it can be concluded that the service quality of the Tuton application shows a robust model on the Webqual Method indicators for user satisfaction variables, and this application is beneficial and in accordance with student needs. The learning support aspects still need to be improved, especially the speed of response time and the accuracy of the tutorial services provided by tutors.

Abstract

Organizational communication climate is a combination of perceptions regarding communication events, communication behavior, employee responses to other employees, expectations, interpersonal conflicts and opportunities for growth in the organization. The importance of the existence of a communication climate led Kompelmen, Brief and Guzoo to create a hypothesis stating that changes in an organization's communication climate might affect employee performance and productivity. Gores Digital is a start-up company engaged in printing technology (Printech) which helps solve the problems of customers who want a fast, easy and efficient printing process. Gores Digital as a company must have a good organizational communication climate. With a good communication climate, Gores Digital employees can complete it well. Changes in the organizational communication climate will later affect employee productivity or performance because employee performance measures become the main focus in achieving company goals. The research method used is a qualitative method. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of organizational communication climate on the performance of Gores Digital employees

Abstract

Kemandirian siswa di sekolah memiliki nilai penting dan dapat diwujudkan dengan adanya koperasi siswa. SMAN 5 Denpasar memiliki koperasi siswa yang mendorong kemandirian siswa melalui penjualan produk. Namun, belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran kepuasan konsumen, dimana konsumennya mencakup seluruh warga sekolah. Pengukuran kepuasan konsumen sangat penting dalam bisnis dan organisasi mengingat setiap tahun kebutuhan dan komposisi siswa serta warga sekolah dapat berubah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen koperasi siswa SMA Negeri 5 Denpasar dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes Classifier. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian 107 data dengan 80 data training dan 27 data testing diperoleh nilai akurasi, nilai presisi dan nilai recall yaitu 100% dengan prediksi tidak puas dan realita true tidak puas sebanyak 13 record. Prediksi tidak puas dan realita true puas sebanyak 0 record. Prediksi puas dan realita true tidak puas sebanyak 0 record dan prediksi puas dengan realita true puas adalah sebanyak 14 record.

Abstract

The Balinese spice "NePaon" is produced by the Suka Wirang group which is in Bukit Tibulaka Village. The main problems faced by partners are (1) in the production sector, production capacity is less than optimal and packaging leaks, causing labels to become damaged. (2) in the marketing sector, there are limitations to marketing carried out conventionally. The final problem (3) is in the legal sector, where the partner product does not yet have a production permit as a legality and security aspect in expanding marketing. The solution to the problem provided is by offering donations for production equipment and some training. The method of implementing the service is by adopting the PALS (participatory learning system) method. The results of the service obtained are an increase in production capacity in the last two months, increased knowledge of partners in packaging with new designs. Partners already have social media as digital marketing. Partners have knowledge in certification and electronic transactions. Partner responses to the implementation of activities with results were 31% satisfactory and 69% very satisfactory. Meanwhile, in training, partner responses were 37.5% satisfactory and 62.5% very satisfactory.         Keywords: Balinese spices; PALS; production training; increased production  Abstrak: Bumbu Bali “NePaon” di produksi oleh kelompok Suka Wirang yang terletak di Desa Bukit Tibulaka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu (1) bidang produksi, kapasitas produksi kurang maksimal dan pengemasan mengalami kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan label menjadi rusak. (2) bidang pemasaran, adanya keterbatasan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara konvesional. Permasalahan terakhir (3) bidang hukum, dimana produk mitra belum memiliki izin produksi sebagai aspek legalitas dan standar keamanan dalam memperluas pemasaran. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan yaitu dengan menawarkan sumbangan alat – alat produksi dan beberapa pelatihan. Metode pelakasanaan pengabdian dengan mengadopsi metode PALS (participatory learning system). Hasil pengabdian diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dalam dua bulan terakhir, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan dengan desain yang baru. Mitra sudah memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran digital marketing. Mitra memiliki pengatahuan dalam sertifikasi dan transaksi elektronik. Respon mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan hasil 31% memuaskan dan 69% sangat memuaskan. Sedangkan pada pelatihan, respon mitra 37,5% memuaskan dan 62,5% sangat memuaskan.Kata kunci: bumbu bali; PALS; pelatihan produksi; peningkatan produksi

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip yang efisien menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam administrasi pemerintahan, terutama di instansi yang masih menggunakan metode manual. Sistem pengarsipan yang tidak terstruktur sering menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pencarian dokumen, kehilangan data, serta rendahnya akurasi klasifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi arsip digital berbasis web menggunakan framework laravel guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah software development life cycle (sdlc) model waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait untuk memahami kebutuhan sistem dan kendala dalam pengelolaan arsip. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan setiap fitur berfungsi dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengorganisir arsip secara lebih sistematis, mempermudah proses pencarian dokumen, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan arsip digital. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses administrasi kearsipan di instansi pemerintahan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Pelestarian budaya memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan identitas daerah, namun proses dokumentasi sering terhambat oleh keterbatasan dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan arsip budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pelaporan dan pengelolaan arsip budaya berbasis web untuk mendukung kegiatan dokumentasi budaya di organisasi KPB Gianyar. Metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, yang terdiri atas tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Instrumen pengujian sistem meliputi Black box Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil Black box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi utama sistem, seperti login, pelaporan budaya, pengelolaan data kebudayaan, blog, galeri, serta manajemen pengguna, telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan berdasarkan berbagai skenario pengujian. Selain itu, hasil SUS menunjukkan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan dan diterima oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan solusi teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelestarian serta pengelolaan arsip budaya secara sistematis di tingkat daerah.

Abstract

The selection process of bidikmisi scholarship involves many requirements as a criterion, thus requiring completion decisions supporters with multi-criteria. One of the decision support concept with multi-citeria is VIKOR Method. The basic concept of the VIKOR Method is to determine the rank of available samples by looking at the results of utility values, regrets and distance solutions as the best alternative of each sample by weighting criteria from the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. This research purpose is to apply the VIKOR method in selecting the recipients of bidikmisi scholarship by considering various criteria that have been determined. The results shows that the VIKOR Method can be used to assist the selection process and determine the right scholarship recipients. At the VIKOR Method, each weight that are involved shows the result rank value, so it can be used as a compromise solution in dealing with multicriteria problems.

Abstract

Baby's birth weight is influenced by characteristics of pregnant women such as age, parity, education level, pregnancy visit, and gestational age. Classification of the birth weight of a baby is grouped into several groups, namely low birth weight babies, normal baby weight and excess baby weight. The classification method with ordinal logistic regression provides an unstable parameter estimation, which means that if there is a change in the data set causes a significant change in the model. So that to obtain a stable parameter estimation in the ordinal logistic regression model is used aggregating (bagging) bootstrap approach. This study aims to improve the classification of ordinal logistic regression by using bagging on a baby's birth weight. The classification results with bagging ordinal logistic regression were able to reduce classification errors by 20.237% with 76.67% classification accuracy
