Abstract

Education in the sense of schooling is now leading to the process of industrialization. The world of education can no longer be considered as a social institution only but must be treated industrially, which is treated or managed professionally. Due to the increasingly fierce world of competition today, if educational institutions are not managed professionally, then the customer will leave educational institutions if they are poorly managed. In various case studies, the Balanced Scorecard has provided many benefits to the development of education management, especially SMA ABC Jakarta does not yet have a performance measurement based on the Balanced Scorecard method. In the Balanced Scorecard method, the measurement is based on four perspectives, namely, financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and learning perspectives. Therefore, a good performance design needs to be done to realize the vision of this ABC Jakarta High School. So, a performance design was carried out for the Principal of SMA ABC Jakarta using the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard method. Then, the weighting and prioritization of each KPI are carried out using the Analytical Network Process with the help of Super Desicion software. The results of this study are in the form of a Scorecard List, and there are 13 Principal KPIs from each perspective, namely 1 KPI from a Financial perspective, 9 KPIs from an Operational perspective, 2 KPIs from a Customer perspective, and 1 KPI from an HR perspective. Then, for the priority results of this KPI, it is found in the operational perspective, precisely on the KPI for the Implementation of Supervision of the Learning Process by Schools or O9 with a weight of 0.1992 or in the percentage of 20%, this indicates that the Implementation of Supervision of the Learning Process by Schools is the most important thing. compared to other KPIs.Keywords - Analytical network process, Balanced scorecard, Perancangan kinerja, Software super decision.

Abstract

The growth in the number of educational institutions creates competition which encourages each educational institution to have a special strategy to deal with it. The challenge that must also be faced in the world of education is the uneven quality of education in various regions. One way to face the challenge of equal distribution of school quality is to create programs that suit the needs of each school. In this study, solving the problem of mapping schools owned by the XYZ educational foundation was carried out. The results of this study obtained a design of a school mapping indicator instrument to assess the quality of each school. Then obtained a simulation of school mapping design from the results of unsupervised learning with the K-Means and K-Medoids Clustering methods, as well as a simulation of predicting school mapping patterns from the results of supervised learning with the Decision Tree C4.5 method. The results of K-Medoids were selected for the proposed school mapping with a Davies Bouldin index value of 0.112. The model cluster owned by K-Medoids, namely Excellent School, has 44 schools; at Good School, there are 36 schools; and in the Improvement School, there are 20 schools. Meanwhile, the prediction pattern with Decision Tree C4.5 obtained rules with the dominant indicator attributes (IND) 1, 2, 3, and 4. Also, the prediction simulation results using the 80:20 ratio decision tree model show the new testing data with the assumption that the 101st school goes to cluster_1 with an accuracy rate of 95%.Keywords - Decision tree, K-means, K-medoids, School mapping indicator instrument.

Abstract

A cafe called Cafe XYZ is located at Pasar Minggu. Apart from heavy and light food, Cafe XYZ serves a selection of drinks, specializing in coffee drinks, cereal, and ice cream. Even though this cafe has been around for seven years, there are still obstacles that must be resolved so that sales can increase. However, Cafe XYZ's business is still experiencing problems. Among them are products that are not updated on social media, product promotions that are incomplete, and according to the owner, sales targets are lacking, sales strategies are lacking, and market segmentation is still too narrow. Therefore, to achieve a good strategy, strategy development is needed. Based on research that has been carried out, the Cartesian diagram shows that in quadrant I growth and development (grow and build) use the SO strategy. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the results showed that the best strategy selection was to use the SO strategy by offering customization for customers to customize their coffee.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Amaliah di Cikidang Sukabumi memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi melalui unit usaha Kantin Mini An-Najah. Berdasarkan Kegiatan abdimas 2023 di Ponpes Al-Amaliah, Cikidang, Sukabumi, pengelolaan kantin ini masih belum optimal, dengan permasalahan utama berupa kurangnya edukasi kewirausahaan yang menyebabkan produktivitas tim tidak stabil dan komitmen terhadap pengembangan diri santripreneur belum tercapai. Motivasi kewirausahaan tidak cukup hanya dengan satu kali pelatihan atau pendampingan. Untuk benar-benar meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, diperlukan pendekatan yang berkelanjutan dan mendalam. Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia (UAI) 2024 bidang kewirausahaan bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kewirausahaan menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) dan Business Model Canvas (BMC) kepada 9 pengurus kantin. Program dilaksanakan secara hybrid, dengan pendampingan online berupa pemberian materi dan pendampingan offline untuk menyusun VPC dan BMC. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam merumuskan strategi bisnis yang lebih terstruktur, dengan peningkatan 93% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, tugas akhir penyusunan VPC dan BMC juga menunjukkan kemampuan peserta dalam mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep tersebut secara efektif. Kata kunci: Kantin Mini AN-Najah, Kewirausahaan, VPC dan BMC.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengeringan benih bunga matahari yang selama ini bergantung pada sinar matahari langsung seringkali menghadapi tantangan seperti cuaca yang tidak menentu, risiko kontaminasi, dan kualitas pengeringan yang kurang optimal. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memperkenalkan sistem berbasis IoT yang mengintegrasikan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor suhu dan kelembaban, pemanas, dan pembuangan untuk menjaga kestabilan kondisi lingkungan di ruang pengering. Ruang dan rak bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pengeringan biji bunga matahari. Metode pelaksanaan berdasarkan observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan kepada mitra. Desain pertanyaan dan pernyataan disosialisasikan agar para petani memahami kegiatan yang akan dilakukan serta memberikan persetujuan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengeringan benih bunga matahari di Desa Arjasari. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dimana waktu pengeringan berkurang dari enam hari menjadi hanya dua hari, dengan kadar air yang dapat dikontrol secara akurat untuk mencapai kondisi pengeringan yang optimal. Para petani juga dilatih untuk mengoperasikan sistem IoT dengan baik, sehingga memastikan keberlanjutan teknologi ini dalam praktik pertanian mitra mereka. Program ini membuktikan potensi IoT dalam memodernisasi proses pertanian dan meningkatkan produktivitas petani, sekaligus mengatasi keterbatasan metode tradisional. Evaluasi lebih lanjut dan optimalisasi sistem disarankan untuk meningkatkan dampak teknologi ini di masa depan.Kata kunci: Internet of Things, Masyarakat Petani Bunga Matahari, Ruang dan Rak Pengering Biji Bunga Matahari.

Abstract

AbstrakKelompok tani bunga matahari di Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, menjadi mitra dalam program ini. Terdapat permasalahan rendahnya produktivitas dan kualitas produksi minyak biji bunga matahari, proses pengeringan yang bergantung pada cuaca, kurangnya penerapan standar Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) serta pendaftaran Sertifikasi Halal. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mitra dengan memberikan pelatihan teknis GMP, pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi halal, serta perbaikan proses produksi agar sesuai dengan standar keamanan pangan dan halal. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknis yang dihadiri 15 peserta, implementasi Good Manufacturing Practices, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan melalui observasi dan pengamatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas minyak dari sebelumnya yang belum optimal menjadi 31%-34%, peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap aspek-aspek GMP, serta perbaikan fasilitas produksi seperti penambahan pencahayaan, pengelolaan layout pabrik, dan penerapan kebersihan rutin sesuai hasil pengamatan. Produk minyak herbal juga berhasil memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha kelompok tani bunga matahari.Kata kunci: Good Manufacturing Practices, , Green Economy, Kelompok Tani Bunga Matahari, Minyak Herbal, Sertifikasi Halal

Abstract

Work fatigue is an important problem that must be handled properly because it can cause various problems, as fatigue is a major cause of work-related injuries and impacts productivity. Measure the level of fatigue of these workers will be carried out using the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), a subjective fatigue measurement tool based on a questionnaire that is most appropriate for measuring the level of fatigue in workers. FAS has been rated as very reliable for measuring worker fatigue. The FAS consists of 10 questions examining physical and mental fatigue and their impact on activity motivation. If fatigue is not paid attention to, it will have an impact not only on the company but also on the workers themselves, ranging from causing work accidents to illnesses. Based on the calculations that have been done for the average answer to the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire, in this case, the highest average holder has represented physical and mental fatigue, number 4 represents physical fatigue, and number 10 represents mental fatigue. and based on the calculation results in the Likert scale, which gets an index of 97.7%, this indicates that for the level of fatigue itself, PT. Indonesia Power Priok POMU can be categorized as Very Good. Do not experience excessive work fatigue, and the workload does not exceed the workers' capabilities
