Abstract

This research examines how anxiety influences fulfilling users' information needs at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library. This research uses a quantitative method using a sample of 100 active student respondents at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis results show that the anxiety variable's coefficient of determination on meeting needs is 0.642. These results show that the influence of anxiety on fulfilling information needs in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library is 64.2%. The nature of the impact of these two variables is positive, where the simple linear regression equation is Y = 4.203 – 0.334X. The results of hypothesis testing show a rcalculate of 13.268. These results show results that are greater than. This research concludes that library anxiety significantly and positively influences meeting information needs.

Abstract

Introduction & ObjectivesCyclodestructive laser is one of the last resource managements for refractory glaucoma, especiallywith low visual potential. Conventional laser using CW-TSCPC showed unstable IOP reduction withcollateral tissue damage. MP-TSCPC using on and off cyclic waves is considered to have a gooddegree of IOP reduction and fewer complications. The purpose of this study is to assess the IOPreduction after the MP-TSCPC procedures for patients with refractory glaucoma. MethodsThis is a prospective observational study for refractory glaucoma patients treated with the MPTSCPClaser procedure. Measurement of IOP was carried out preoperatively and on postoperativedays 1, 7, and 30 with the gold standard Goldmann applanation tonometry. ResultsA total of 33 eyes from 33 patients were enrolled in this study. The mean baseline IOP was 48.45 ±12,79 mmHg. The mean degree of IOP reduction on follow-up days 1, 7, and 30 were 14.39 ±23.52%, 45,83 ± 24,80 and 27.09 ± 23.86% respectively. On the 30th day after the laser treatment,no complications were observed. The number of anti-glaucoma medication was reduced from 2.39 ±0.49 at the baseline to 1.91 ± 0.58 at one month follow up. ConclusionMicro-pulse transscleral cyclophotocoagulation laser showed a good degree of IOP reduction with noincidence of complication observed at day 30.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Pritmatama East Cakung Branch. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distribution technique. The popilation of this study was 40 respondents. This research used 40 saturated samples. For data analysis using classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.799, which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is very strong, namely 79% and the remaining 21% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model that the author wrote studied. Based on the results of tests carried out, it shows that simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Indomarco Prismatama East Cakung Branch. Meanwhile, partially Organizational Culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Zakat management in mosques in Banyuputih is often still consumptive in nature and has not touched on aspects of sustainable economic empowerment. The purpose of this community service is to increase the capacity of mosque administrators in productive zakat management; provide entrepreneurship training to the community around the mosque and form a sustainable mosque-based economic empowerment model through collaboration between UPZ, the community, and universities. This training activity uses a participatory training approach through several training steps, namely: training, monitoring, and evaluation. Economic empowerment training based on the mosque through productive zakat management in Banyuputih Village has proven to have a significant impact on increasing the economic capacity of mustahik and strengthening the role of the mosque as a center for community empowerment. This model can be replicated in other mosques provided there is professional governance, continuous mentoring, and synergy between the mosque administrators, the community, and zakat institutions.

Abstract

Angka kejadian Gout dibandingkan dengan perempuan sebesar 3-6%. Di negara, prevelensi dapat meningkat 10% pada laki-laki dan 6% pada perempuan pada rentang usia ≥ 80 tahun. Insiden tahunan Gout 2,68 per 1000 orang di Indonesia. Di seluruh dunia penyakit asam urat mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap yang di akbibatkan karena kebiasaan makan yang buruk sepetri diet makan yang salah,kurang olahraga,obisitas dan juga sindrom metabolik.Tujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi edukasi Kesehatan pada keluarga lansia dengan masalah pemeliharaan Kesehatan tidak efektif puskesmas dumai kota.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian desain deskriptif analitik.subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 orang lansia yang mengalami gout arthritis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 17 Juni s/d 18 Juni 2025. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan tingkat pengetahuan pada keluarga lansia gout arthritis sebelum edukasi cukup menurun dan sedang,setelah di edukasi Kesehatan menjadi meningkat.Kesimpulan: setelah diberikan edukasi Kesehatan pada keluarga lansia gout arthritis dengan menilai Standar luaran Keperawatan Indonesia dengan 12 subjek didapatkan ekspetasi meningkat,Saran:edukasi Kesehatan dapat meningkat dengan tingkat pengetahuan kepada keluarga lansia gout arthritis dalam meningkatkan pemahaman yang telah diberikan,dengan demikian diharapkan penelitian ini dapat diterapkan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dalam memberikan edukasi Kesehatan pada keluarga lansia gout arthritis
