Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam program menyusun RPP di SD Negeri 2 Nanga Jetak setelah kepala Sekolah melaksanakan model contoh, latihan, control, kerja mandiri (CLCK). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini minimal dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Dengan subjek penelitian 14 orang guru.  Pada siklus I, guru sudah mulai faham dan mampu menyusun RPP K13 walaupun belum maksimal karena skor yang di dapat dari hasil observasi adalah 260 dengan kriteria Skor maksimal tiap guru: 3X 9= 27 Skor maksimal semua guru 14 X 27= 378 Skor harapan 75% X 378= 283,5, yang berarti Kompetensi guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam program menyusun RPP cukup baik.  Pada siklus II, guru sudah mulai faham dan mampu menyusun RPP K13 dan sudah maksimal karena skor yang di dapat dari hasil observasi adalah 366 dengan kriteria Skor maksimal tiap guru: 3X 9= 27 Skor maksimal semua guru 14 X 27 = 378 Skor harapan 75% X 378= 283,5, yang berarti Kompetensi guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam program menyusun RPP sudah sangat baik.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Model CLCK, dan RPP

Abstract

CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) is an innovative teaching approach that combines content subject with language learning. It is essential to explore students' socio-affective perceptions of the implementation of this approach because these perceptions can influence their learning experience and outcome. This study aims to explore students’ socio-affective perceptions of 11th grade senior high school students at MAN 2 Kudus regarding the use of CLIL in science class. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods with open-ended questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The participants were 27 students in the 11th grade of XI-5 at MAN 2 Kudus. The results show that students’ attitudes in CLIL-based Science class, such as confidence, comfort, motivation, and participation, are influenced by their English proficiency. Those with higher English proficiency tend to feel more confident, motivated, and participative in the classroom, while those with lower proficiency have more challenges and participate less. Despite these challenges, most students had a positive perception of the use of the CLIL approach. They believe that it helps enhance their English skills, significantly improving their vocabulary.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning vocabulary is essential for English language learners and it is often best taught in early age, such as in primary school students. One of the methods that can be used in teaching vocabulary is Total Physical Response (TPR). The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of TPR in teaching vocabulary among primary school students and to explore the students’ responses after learning. The participants were an English teacher who also served as the researcher and twenty-three second-grade students of SD Aisyiyah Multilingual Darussalam Kudus. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, with data obtained from observation and interviews.  The findings revealed that there are three teaching stages in the teaching vocabulary, such as pre-teaching, whilst-teaching, and post-teaching. Furthermore, the teacher has several roles in these stages, such as planner, director, model, and assessor.  Various fun activities such as singing a song together, listening and doing, and playing games were used to boost the students’ enthusiasm and motivation. In the last stage, the teacher assesses the students to ensure their comprehension. In addition, interview data shows that TPR method has effectively helped students remember new vocabulary, create fun and enjoyable learning atmosphere.

Abstract

The importance of partnerships or cooperation that schools must realize was felt by the principal of SDN 2 Nanga Jetak, Sintang Regency. The economic background of the student's parents is middle to lower, with working as a rubber farmer and working as a gold miner. This study aims to describe the good practices of the partnership of SDN 2 Nanga Jetak, Sintang Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects of the study are the principal, teachers, and parents. The study results show that the partnership carried out together is well established. Parents and committees fully support school programs or activities related to students' academic and non-academic activities. The school the committee and parents support achieving the school's vision, mission, and goals. The above results, of course, are based on the study of the situation, challenges, and real actions carried out, so the results of this research are recommended as good school practices that can be used as a reference for other schools in making policies, especially in building school partnerships.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the moderating role of entrepreneurial personality in the relationship between financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial management behavior among MSME actors in Tarakan City. Research Design and Methodology: Data were collected from 130 MSME respondents using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling. The analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS version 8.0 software to assess direct and moderating effects. This analysis includes outer and inner model evaluations to test the reliability, validity, and significance of the relationships between variables and the moderating effects of entrepreneurial personality. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that financial attitudes and knowledge significantly and positively impact financial management behavior. However, entrepreneurial personality does not significantly moderate the relationship between financial attitude and financial management behavior. On the other hand, it substantially moderates the relationship between financial knowledge and financial management behavior in a negative direction. This suggests that individuals with strong entrepreneurial traits tend to rely more on intuition and experience, weakening the influence of financial knowledge on their financial behavior. Implications: The study implies that improving financial behavior among MSMEs should focus on enhancing knowledge and attitude and aligning entrepreneurial traits with sound financial practices through integrated training and mentoring programs.

Abstract

Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan resiko dan komplikasi pada persalinan antara lain persalinan sulit dan lama, persalinan sebelum waktunya (premature), perdarahan postpartum. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui hubungan pendidikan, paritas dan jarak kehamilan ibu dengan kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Gedangsari 1 Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control. Hasil responden yang memiliki pendidikan rendah lebih banyak pada tidak KEK yaitu 26 responden (44.1%). Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara Pendidikan ibu dengan kejadian KEK (P-Value 0.255). Responden yang memiliki Paritas resiko lebih banyak pada kelompok kejadian KEK yaitu 55 responden (93.2%). Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara Paritas ibu dengan status gizi KEK dan tidak KEK (P-Value 0.240). Responden yang memiliki jarak kehamilan resiko lebih banyak pada kelompok KEK yaitu 43 responden (72.9%). Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukan ada hubungan antara jarak kehamilan ibu dengan status gizi KEK dan tidak KEK (P-Value 0.023). Hasil perhitungan OR menunjukan responden yang jarak kehamilan resiko 2.598 kali mengalami kekurangan energi kronik dibandingkan riwayat tidak KEK (95% CI 1.205-5.600). kesimpulan tidak ada hubungan antara Pendidikan, Paritas dan ada hubungan antara jarak kehamilan dengan KEK dan jarak kehamilan pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Gedangsari 1 Gunungkidul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Pneumonia remains one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Inappropriate use of antibiotics can increase the risk of bacterial resistance. Rationality evaluation is essential to ensure appropriate selection, dosage, and duration of therapy. This study aimed to describe the characteristics of pneumonia patients, antibiotic prescribing patterns, and their rational use in the inpatient ward of Type B Hospital in Bogor City in 2024. A retrospective descriptive design was employed using medical records of 83 pneumonia patients from January to December 2024. Data were analyzed descriptively, and rationality was assessed using the Gyssens method based on the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 28 of 2021. The results showed that most patients were aged ≥60 years (41.0%) and male (51.8%). The most commonly used antibiotics were ceftriaxone (57.9%) and levofloxacin (20.0%). Category 0 (appropriate) accounted for 55.6%, while 44.4% were inappropriate, mainly IVa (23.3%) and IIIb (10.0%). Conclusion: Improving rationality requires regular evaluation, clinical pathways, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Abstract

Desa Budaya Pampang adalah desa adat yang paling mudah diakses dari Ibukota Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Di sana traveler bisa belajar soal suku Dayak. Desa Budaya Pampang terletak di pinggir Kota samarinda tepatnya 23 kilometer dari Pusat Kota Samarinda. Desa Adat Pampang sangat dekat dari Bandara APT Pranoto Samarinda. Setiap Hari minggu siang, Desa Adat Pampang menampilkan Pentas Seni berupa atraksi Seni Tari tradisional Khas Suku Dayak Kenyah. Acara pentas Seni ini selalu ramai didatangi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Tidak lengkap jika datang ke Kota Samarinda, tapi belum mengunjungi Desa Adat Pampang. Menikmati Pampang tidak cukup hanya melalui atraksi budayanya saja. Masyarakat Adat Pampang memiliki satu pesona yang belum banyak orang ketahui, yaitu Sungai Pampang yang eksotis. Berbagai macam penampilan suku Dayak Pampang ini sangat menarik beberapa wisatawan baik local maupun wisatawan asing. Adanya beberapa wisatawan asing yang datang untuk menikmati beberapa macam budaya khas Kalimantan ini terkendala dalam komunikasi dengan para wisatawan. Penguasaan Bahasa asing sangat penting untuk memandu wisatawan untuk menikmati indahnya Desa Pampang.
