The sample in this study was selected using simple random sampling method as many as 60 respondents. The inclusion criteria were adolescent girls who were not menstruating and aged 15-18 years. Data on adherence to consumption of blood supplement tablets were collected by conducting interviews and filling out questionnaires on adherence to consumption of blood supplement tablets. Data on the incidence of anemia was obtained by checking hb levels using the cyanmethemoglobin method. Relationship analysis using Chi-Square test. The results showed that there were 30 people (53,6%) adolescent girls who were not anemic. In addition, the number of young women who did not adhere to the consumption of blood supplement tablets who were anemic was also high, as many as 26 people (46,7%). Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between sleep quality and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The research was conducted using a cross-sectional design. Samples were selected from 9 classes using Proportional Random Sampling and Simple Random Sampling methods to find research subjects who met the inclusion criteria, namely young women aged 15-19 years and not menstruating. The sample size was determined using the Lameshow formula of 60 young women. Sleep quality data was obtained by filling out the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and interviews, the incidence of anemia using the Cyanmethemoglobin method was taken by laboratory staff. To test normality, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. The research hypothesis was tested using Pearson Product Moment. The results of this study show that there is no correlation between sleep quality and the incidence of anemia, the relationship between these two variables is negative, meaning that the worse the sleep quality, the lower the hemoglobin level value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This research uses the Observational Analytical method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sample consisted of 9 classes selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique with inclusion criteria, namely young women who were not menstruating and not on a diet, with a total of 60 respondents. Dietary pattern data was obtained through interviews using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) form for the past month, then dietary patterns were determined based on food consumption scores. Hemoglobin (Hb) levels in adolescent girls were measured using the Cyanmethemoglobin method with the help of health workers. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the relationship between variables was tested using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Apart from that, this research also found that teenage girls with poor diets had a 0.004 times greater chance of experiencing anemia compared to teenage girls who had good diets.
