Abstract

The Village News Information System or SIWADA is an information system designed for use in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. SIWADA is used to spread important news and announcements in the village. The system is built based on a website by utilizing SMS Gateway technology. News or announcements from the village are delivered via broadcast messages to all resident numbers registered in the system. Announcements and broadcast news can be in the form of information such as the Covid-19 vaccine schedule, village meeting schedule, information on activities that involve residents and much other information that needs to be conveyed by the village to its residents. In this way, information will reach each villager more quickly. It also increases the truth of the information received by residents. The SIWADA development process is carried out using the Prototype model and UML methods as a design tool.

Abstract

The process of disseminating information on environmental security or patrol schedules, information about events in the village community as well as information on important situations occurring in Klambir Lima Kebun village, the delivery process of which is carried out by attaching the patrol schedule to security posts or village offices, information dissemination is sometimes still word of mouth. word of mouth and the public often miss the latest environmental information. It would be nice if the conventional method was proposed to design an information system that could be used as a forum for information related to environmental safety that can be accessed anytime and anywhere by the public. A responsive web-based environmental security information system (SISKAMLING) will greatly support the process of accessing information about environmental security in Klambir Lima Kebun village. The web is a means of sharing information digitally. The web is one of the media that really supports human life, especially in today's internet era.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pada kegiatan magang mahasiswa sistem komputer di PT. Xtend Indonesia dengan fokus pada peningkatan kompetensi mereka. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui pengembangan modul magang yang dirancang untuk memastikan mahasiswa dapat mengintegrasikan konsep teoritis dengan praktik di dunia industri. Selain itu, dosen pembimbing memberikan arahan, evaluasi, dan bimbingan selama periode magang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kompetensi mahasiswa sistem komputer. Mereka berhasil mengaplikasikan pengetahuan teoritis dalam proyek-proyek praktis di PT. Xtend Indonesia, termasuk pengembangan perangkat lunak, manajemen jaringan, dan keamanan sistem. Mahasiswa dapat mengasah keterampilan pemrograman dan penerapan struktur data dalam konteks proyek nyata. Meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang bagaimana algoritma dan struktur data berinteraksi dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam magang di industri.

Abstract

CV. Hamparan Sawit Makmur saat ini melakukan beberapa pencatatan dalam mengelola kebutuhan alat produksi menggunakan cara konvensional yang dituliskan pada buku dan diinputkan pada Ms. Excel, sehingga mengalami berbagai masalah dan kendala diantaranya pengolaan data, pengelolaan pencarian data dan pengelolaan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh manager perusahaan dalam pengambiulan keputusan. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem pengelolaan berbasis web akan memudahkan dalam pengelolaan database data persediaan barang unutk produksi mesin dan dalam perancangannya dapat menggunakan UML (Unifield Modelling Language) yang memudahkan dalam memberikan gambaran alur perancangan sistem yang dibangun.

Abstract

Determining a strategic location for the opening of a new branch is an important decision in the development of the retail business. Choosing the right location can increase competitiveness and business success, while choosing the right one can pose a risk of loss. This article aims to evaluate and determine the best location for a new retail branch using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. The WASPAS method was chosen because of its ability to combine two multi-criteria approaches, namely the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM), which allows for a more comprehensive assessment of various location determinants, such as demographics, accessibility, operational costs, and market potential. Through a case study conducted on a company, the results of this study show that the WASPAS method can provide accurate and reliable recommendations in determining the best location for a new branch. The resulting recommendations are expected to support better strategic decision-making in the development of retail networks.

Abstract

KorDes is a village newspaper application that contains the latest information that occurs in the village, information on village developments and information on village data as a form of realizing a digital village. This KorDes application was formed as a solution for the people of Dusun Baru V Koto Village, Mukomuko Regency who have difficulty in accessing valid and growing information in the village. In designing the KorDes application, it will be implemented based on Android. Android-based will make it easier for people to access via their smartphones which can be accessed at any time. The design of the application uses the technique of developing UML (unified modeling language) diagrams which makes it easier to document and define applications.

Abstract

The development of computers is very rapid and the need for information is increasingly perceived existence in an organization, it is no wonder many agencies that use computers to support the operation of these agencies. The emergence of the Internet that increasingly facilitate the exchange of information between users. One of the internet activities in the business world is as a media marketing and product sales through a website. The existence of a website makes it easy for customers to access information about the sale of available building materials and ordering of building materials online for customers at Toko Talang Permai. During this time, the sale and purchase transactions are only done manually and all the information generated about building materials is also not always accurate. With the existence of a marketing and ordering website, it is hoped that Talang Permai Stores can provide the best service to its customers and help facilitate shop owners in terms of data processing. So that the resulting data is more accurate and can increase efficiency and effectiveness. The research methodology used is field research and library research. The design of the Talang Permai socialization and buying and selling media website was made using the PHP programming language and MySql database.

Abstract

The idea of this game is that this game includes arcade games that are played traditionally which can be found in night markets or shopping centers such as Plazas. Arcade games are games that aren't focused on a story and can be entertaining when you're bored. This is done to analyze the needs that will be used to design and make a mole game, starting with determining the theme, game title, and programming language used to develop the game. The tools used include hardware and software. the application can run according to what has been designed by the author. The researcher tested the application by playing several times with different IP addresses as a test material for the application, whether the test was successful or not. Based on the results of making a game application for hitting moles, there are several conclusions that researchers can give, namely: a. This game can involve the player's concentration and become cognitive therapy, because the rats come out one by one from the ground to be hit. b. This game can only be played by one person. c. The making of the game Mole Hit has worked well according to the design that was made and compiled at the beginning of the game design, using the Javascript programming language.

Abstract

Perkembangan data mining tidak lepas dari perkembangan teknologi informasi yang memungkinkan terakumulasinya informasi dalam jumlah besar seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. saat ini proses pengelolaan data kehadiran pegawai yang dilakukan masih hanya sebatas pengarsipan saja, data disimpan dalam bentuk file microsoft excel. Dari proses pengumpulan data tersebut belum adanya pengelolaan yang lebih lanjut sehingga dapat menghambat pemantauan kedisiplinan pegawai dan ketaatan dalam hal ketepatan waktu datang. Sedangkan data tersebut dinilai perlu bagi instansi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari pegawai, untuk menentukan dan membuat kebijakan baru terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dibutuhkan sebuah data mining dengan metode Clustering menggunakan Algoritma K-Means untuk mengetahui pola kehadiran pegawai yang ada di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Langkat menggunakan aplikasi Tanagra.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of a web-based payroll information system integrated with real-time attendance at CV. The Three Points, using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method. The company's current payroll process is still carried out manually, leading to several issues such as payroll delays, calculation errors, and lack of transparency in employee attendance data. To address these problems, a system was developed to automate payroll processing and integrate it directly with real-time attendance data. The SDLC method was employed in the system development, consisting of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance stages. The system was built using web-based technology to ensure flexible access for the finance and management departments. The implementation results show that the system improves efficiency and accuracy in the payroll process and simplifies employee attendance monitoring. It also automatically generates payroll and attendance reports, accessible at any time by authorized users. With the integration of attendance and payroll data, salary calculations become faster and less error-prone. Additionally, the system supports increased transparency and accountability in the company’s human resource management. This study is expected to serve as a reference for other companies seeking to implement an effective and efficient integrated payroll information system
