Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment at BAPPEDA Provinsi Bali. This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The number of respondents in this case was 112 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that (1) work motivation influences employee performance, (2) organizational culture influences employee performance, (3) work motivation influences organizational commitment, (4) organizational culture influences organizational commitment, (5) organizational commitment influence on employee performance, (6) organizational commitment can partially mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (7) organizational commitment can partially mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The background of this research is to analyze the influence of savings and deposits on the credit position of LPDs in Gianyar District during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this research is quantitative data, which includes the value of savings, deposits, and credit. Research on the Effect of Savings and Deposits on the Credit Position of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar District During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The object of this research is community savings funds (Savings and Deposits) and (Credit) in LPDs in Gianyar District.  The data analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis, where the independent variables are Savings and Deposits while the dependent variable is Credit. The test results explain Savings and deposits, together with all the independent variables used in the research, can influence the credit position of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar District during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Savings have had a significant effect on the credit position of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar District during the COVID-19 pandemic. Deposits have had a significant effect on the credit position of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar District during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study investigates the consumption patterns and awareness of 3 kg LPG subsidy policies among upper-middle-class households in Bali, a relatively unexplored area in energy subsidies and consumer behavior.Research Objectives: To examine the effects of income, price, and practicality on awareness and consumption of 3 kg LPG and evaluate whether awareness mediates these relationships.Research Methods: A mixed-methods approach combines quantitative survey data with qualitative interview insights. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analyzes quantitative relationships, while qualitative findings provide contextual depth.Empirical Results: Income does not affect awareness, while price and practicality had a significant positive impact. However, income, price, and practicality had adverse but insignificant effects on 3 kg LPG consumption. Awareness did not mediate the relationships between income, price, practicality, and consumption.Implications: Policymakers should improve subsidy distribution, strengthen public education campaigns, and promote alternatives like induction stoves to reduce dependence on subsidized LPG. JEL Classification: D12, H23, L95, Q41, Q48

Abstract

The growth of tourism encourages the growth of the Culinary MSME sector in Bali. The culinary sector is very vulnerable to producing waste. On the other hand, SMEs are expected to be oriented towards the concept of green entrepreneurship to minimize waste. This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) and financial literacy on the performance of SMEs. The subject of this study is culinary SMEs in Bali with the distribution of questionnaires to 100 samples. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Squares. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on GEO, but financial literacy has a non-significant effect on the performance of culinary SMEs in Bali and GEO has a significant positive impact on the performance of culinary SMEs in Bali.

Abstract

In everyday life, objects are recognized based on the suitability of their characteristics to familiar objects. A feature matching process occurs when recognizing objects. This concept is what we want to apply and test in this research. Because various factors can influence the level of accuracy and success of an image matching method, the first step taken is to improve the accuracy level of the image matching method used. There are three feature-based image matching methods, which are implemented as object recognition methods. These three methods are the result of modifications of the image matching function method, normalized 2D cross correlation method and point feature matching which were later named PICMatch, NCMatch and FBMatch. As image matching methods, these three modified methods show performance with a success rate above 95%. However, when applied as an object recognition method, both individually and combined, the three methods only have a maximum accuracy of 7%. These results are obtained by matching the samples using one of the methods with the best match rate, in the order of application of the PICMatch, NCMatch, and FBMatch methods.
