Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk membangun karakter bangsa dalam pembentukan generasi berkualitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur (literature study) yang bertujuan untuk menyusun dasar teoritis dan konsep problematika yang diteliti yang merujuk pada buku, artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian lainnya yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian berkaitan dengan peran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam membangun karakter bangsa, karena melalui pendidikan ini nilai-nilai dasar kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dapat ditanamkan sejak dini. Karakter bangsa yang kokoh dan tangguh dibentuk oleh internalisasi nilai-nilai seperti nasionalisme, tanggung jawab sosial, keadilan, serta toleransi. Hasil nyata dari pembangunan karakter bangsa adalah terciptanya generasi yang memiliki rasa kebangsaan yang tinggi, mampu menghargai keberagaman, dan memiliki semangat gotong royong. Selain itu, pembangunan karakter juga membentuk individu yang berpikir kritis, inovatif, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan global, tanpa kehilangan jati diri sebagai negara Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan visi "Profil Pelajar Pancasila" yang menekankan pentingnya integritas, kemandirian, dan kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dalam menghadapi berbagai dinamika sosial dan global.

Abstract

Malabar Village, located in Bandung District, Serang Regency, is mostly utilized for settlements, agriculture, and plantations. With agricultural land becoming increasingly scarce, there is an urgent need for alternative farming methods. Hydroponics, a technique of growing plants without soil, offers a cost-effective and practical solution, especially for areas with limited land availability. The method of implementing this training activity begins with socialization activities about hydroponics, then continued with training activities and assistance in making hydroponics. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, there is a very good response from the residents. Although the residents are not familiar with the cultivation of plants with hydroponics using plastic bottles. Farming techniques such as hydroponics are new to the people of Malabar Village. This is because the people of Malabar Village are accustomed to farming or gardening conventionally or using soil planting media. Residents who are accustomed to farming traditionally welcome this new way. This project demonstrates that hydroponic farming is not only feasible but also affordable, requires minimal resources and offers potential economic benefits. This community empowerment activity was successfully implemented. After being given an understanding of the utilization of plastic bottle waste as a hydroponic growing medium, it can be seen that the skills and abilities of the community have increased in utilizing used bottles into hydroponic growing media, the equipment needed is easy, the manufacturing is simple, and the costs required are cheap. This activity supports the independence of residents in handling plastic bottle waste to be used as useful and valuable hydroponic planting media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Pancasila education e-module on the material of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) based on the Heyzine Flipbook application in improving the learning outcomes of class X DKV 1 students of SMKN 3 Kota Serang. The development of e-modules plays an important role in supporting learning success, therefore the Heyzine Flipbook application-based e-module is the right e-module to improve student learning outcomes. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study include analysis sheets, validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, practice tests, and learning outcome tests. The analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the Pancasila education e-module on the NKRI material based on the Heyzine Flipbook application is effective in improving the learning outcomes of class X DKV 1 students of SMKN 3 Kota Serang by obtaining a classical completion score of 80% on the test questions.

Abstract

In the digital era, citizens have the responsibility to actively participate in their communities and contribute to sustainable development. Digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including citizenship. Digital citizenship refers to a person's ability to participate ethically and responsibly in the digital environment. Citizen skills in the context of digital citizenship include digital literacy, critical thinking, ethical online interactions, and understanding digital policies. A research study focused on strengthening citizen skills in the context of digital citizenship, using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The study surveyed 100 active students at Faculty of Teacher and Education Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and found that over 60% of respondents demonstrated proficiency in the five indicators of digital citizenship. Citizenship skills enable citizens to adapt to the digital era, fostering active participation in public decision-making and constructive public interaction. This research emphasizes the importance of developing these skills to become good digital citizens.

Abstract

Untirta Movement Community (UMC) memiliki peran penting dalam penguatan nilai demokrasi mahasiswa melalui berbagai program kerja rutin, seperti kajian bedah buku/film, diskusi publik (Kamisan), dan aksi demonstrasi sebagai bentuk implementasi pemikiran kritis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMC berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap demokrasi melalui diskusi terbuka dan keterlibatan aktif dalam advokasi sosial. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan UMC meliputi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan finansial yang baik serta kolaborasi dengan organisasi lain. Namun, UMC juga menghadapi kendala seperti kurangnya partisipasi anggota, manajemen waktu yang kurang optimal, serta kecenderungan mahasiswa menjadi lebih individualis. Kesimpulannya, UMC memainkan peran strategis dalam membentuk mahasiswa yang kritis dan aktif dalam memperjuangkan nilai-nilai demokrasi di lingkungan kampus dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar melalui buku Teks PPKn untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan warga negara yang berbasis discovery learning penelitian pengembangan ini melalui pembuatan desain awal bahan ajar, pengujian ahli, revisi sesuai saran dan kritik para ahli, pengujian skala terbatas, serta revisi sesuai hasil uji skala terbatas. Uji skala terbatas dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI SMA Maulana Yusuf Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Metode ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektivan produk tersebut, dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan meliputi 1) model pengembangan, 2) prosedur pengembangan, 3) uji coba produk, dan prosedur pengembangan yang akan ditempuh merujuk pada prosedur pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh borg dan gall yaitu pengembangan pembelajaran mini (mini course). Hasil akhir penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kontribusi bahan ajar berupa buku teks PPKn kelas XI agar pada saat proses pembelajaran siswa dapat dengan mudah menyerap materi agar kompetensi siswa di bidang pengetahuan warga negara dapat meningkat.-----This study aims to develop teaching materials through the PPKn Textbook to increase citizen knowledge based on discovery learning. This research development through the initial design of teaching materials, expert testing, revisions according to expert suggestions and criticisms, limited-scale testing, and revisions according to test results limited scale. The limited scale test conducted on the tenth-grade students of Maulana Yusuf High School in Serang City. This research uses research and development methods. This method is used to produce specific products and test the effectiveness of these products, using three stages, including 1) development models, 2) development procedures, 3) product trials, and development procedures to be adopted refer to the development procedures carried out by Borg and Gall. Namely, the development of mini learning (mini-courses). The final results of this study expected to provide information on the contribution of teaching materials in the form of class XI PPKn textbooks so that during the learning process, students can easily absorb material so that students' competencies in the field of citizen knowledge can increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Partai Golkar dalam meraih dukungan masyarakat Kota Serang pada Pemilu 2024 serta Metode kampanye yang digunakan Partai Golkar pada pemilu 2024 di Kota Serang, dengan fokus pada upaya meningkatkan dukungan pemilih dalam memenangkan pemilu 2024 di Kota Serang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan Ketua DPD, Badan Pemenangan Pemilu, pengamat politik, serta masyarakat Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kampanye Partai Golkar mencakup pemetaan pemilih potensial, penguatan jaringan relawan, serta pemanfaatan media sosial untuk menjangkau pemilih. Selain itu, pendekatan komunikasi yang dengan konvensional terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan keterlibatan pemilih. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi strategi digital, kampanye berbasis konvensional, dan komunikasi yang adaptif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap efektivitas kampanye Partai Golkar.

Abstract

Human development is a key indicator for evaluating the success of sustainable development efforts. This research aims to examine the relationship between the Human Development Index (HDI) and the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Banten Province, specifically focusing on efforts to reduce poverty and address regional inequality. Utilizing a library research approach, the study draws primarily from official publications issued by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Banten Province and supporting documents and reports relevant to the SDGs. The findings indicate that rising HDI levels in the province generally align with progress in several SDG objectives. Specifically, progress is most evident in SDG 1, which focuses on poverty eradication, and SDG 10, which addresses reducing social and economic disparities. Substantial variations in HDI among districts and cities persist, highlighting regional disparities that challenge the equitable realization of SDG outcomes. The study concludes that HDI can be utilized as a strategic tool for identifying development priorities and assessing the impact of SDG-related programs. This research contributes to the field of development policy by advocating for the integration of HDI indicators with SDG objectives to promote more equitable and inclusive welfare outcomes at both local and global scales.

Abstract

This study examines Pangindelan, a traditional water filtration system from the Banten Sultanate, as both cultural heritage and a form of local technological innovation. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method with a historical research and technological ethnography approach, the study explores the function, construction, and contemporary relevance of Pangindelan. Findings reveal that the system utilized local materials such as sand, fibers, and terracotta to filter water from Lake Tasikardi before channeling it to Surosowan Palace. Beyond providing for domestic, agricultural, and ritual needs, Pangindelan reflects ecological wisdom, sociocultural values, and the spiritual dimension of Banten society. Its relevance to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 underscores its potential as an inspiration for developing affordable, environmentally friendly, and sustainable water purification technologies. Revitalization and further research are therefore essential to preserve this intangible cultural heritage while addressing global challenges of clean water scarcity.
