Abstract

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

Abstract

As per the laws and regulations the regional government is obliged to submit a statement of accountability at the end of the term of office. The report contains information on the implementation of Decentralization, Co-Administration and Public Administration. The methodology in this research was carried out by the method of library study (documentary study) to collect data and information. The documentation study was carried out by conducting a comparative study of policy documents that became legal references, including: (1) Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2012-2017, (2) Banten Provincial Regulation Number 3 of 2015 Concerning Changes Banten Province Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget 2015 and (3) Official BPS News. The results of the study found that the information conveyed in the report did not adjust to the indicators, benchmarks and achievements as stated in the 2015 RKPD. There was no visible relationship between vision, mission, goals and performance achievements in 2015. The performance of the Banten provincial government in general, have not yet achieved the vision and mission stated in the 2012-2017 RPJMD document.

Abstract

The title of the research is The Role of Parents in Shaping the Character of Children in the Globalization Era in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. In the current era of globalization, there are many influences, both positive and negative. This negative influence must be avoided because it can affect a person's habits, attitudes, and behavior. Character education is one of the important things that must be applied in the family environment. Parents must reflect good attitudes and habits in interacting in the family environment and in the community environment. This is important for fostering good attitudes and habits in children. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of parents in improving children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What factors can influence the formation of children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What efforts are made by parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This study aims to determine the role of parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. The subjects of this study were 6 parents and 6 children in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data analysis in qualitative research is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City has been good in shaping children's character in the era of globalization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stipulation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2020 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2020 concerning Third Amendments to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning Election of Governors, Regents , and the Mayor Becomes Law Becomes Law on August 11, 2020, has stipulated that the simultaneous regional elections in 2020 will be held on December 9, 2020, even though the Covid-19 pandemic is ongoing and there are significant additional positive cases. This research uses a qualitative approach and uses literature study. The results of this study show that there is an increase in voter participation in the 2020 elections for South Tangerang City compared to the 2020 elections, which amounted to 3.06%. The total voter turnout for the 2020 elections was 594,711 voters consisting of 575,725 valid votes, 18,986 invalid votes. The people of South Tangerang City who exercised their voting rights were only 60.93% of the 976,019 DPT stipulated by the South Tangerang City KPU or 381,308 (39.07%) South Tangerang City voters did not exercise their voting rights. Meanwhile, in the 2015 regional elections, voter participation was 57.87% with a total number of voters of 920,115 people and users of voting rights as many as 533,444 people. Abstract

The portion of state expenditure for regional government tends to decrease, so the government hopes that regional governments could optimize the potential of their regions to increase their income by obtaining other revenues from BUMD. This study aims to determine the prediction of financial distressing in one of the regional companies in Banten province. This research used quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected from financial statements from 2015 to 2019. Data were analyzed by quantitative techniques using the Altman Z Score. Based on the results, it were found that the score of the Z Score has a positive trend score. The Z score obtained in 2015 was 1.50; in 2016 it was 1.65; in 2017 3.08; in 2018 it is 3.38 and in 2019 it is 3.11.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh profesonalisme dan komitmen organisasi dalam mendorong pencapaian kinerja ASN. Peneliitan ini melibatkan 100 orang dari pegawai ASN di provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan survai mengunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deskriptif dan statsitik inferensial dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bawa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN, Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN dan profesionalisme berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja ASN melalui komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci : Profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja ASN

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan (Employee Engagement) dan kinerja karyawan UMKM (mikro) di Provinsi Banten Indonesia, dan untuk menguji apakah kreativitas karyawan memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 98 karyawan yang bekerja di 30 UMKM (mikro). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan keterlibatan karyawan, kreatifitas dan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitaf dan alat analisis data mengunakan SEM SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari keterlibatan karyawan pada kinerja pekerjaan. Namun, analisis mediasi menggunakan metode bootstrap menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas telah sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja. Studi ini memperluas penelitian sebelumnya dan meningkatkan validitas eksternal dari temuan dengan menyelidiki hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan UMKM. Selain itu, ini adalah salah satu studi penelitian pertama yang mengeksplorasi peran kreativitas dalam hubungan antara dua variabel; ini membantu dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang model dan membantu dalam meningkatkan efek keterlibatan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSRACT The Serang City Social Service is one of the government affairs assistance agencies of Serang City which carries out its duties in the social sector. One of his duties is the care of neglected children, which is stated in the 1945 Constitution Article 34 Paragraph 1 which explains that the poor and neglected children are cared for by the state. This study aims to determine the extent to which the maintenance of neglected children is carried out by the city government through the Serang City Social Service in 2021. The method used in this study is a qualitative research where the results of the findings in this study will be analyzed and described in detail and clearly. The year 2021 is a very limited year, both in terms of budget, facilities, and direct implementation. PPKM policies issued by the government have had many impacts on existing government elements and the Serang City Social Service is no exception which has experienced many obstacles in the care of neglected children so that in carrying out its role as an authorized institution in the care of abandoned children it does not run optimally.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to see how the implementation of policies that support the disclosure of public information on the Banten Provincial Government Regional Apparatus during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. Disclosure of public information which is an obligation of public bodies, especially regional apparatus in Banten Province during the Covid-19 pandemic is still found to be very minimal in conveying public information that must be announced so that communication between the government and the public is hampered. While the Banten provincial government already has various channels for delivering public information such as www.bantenprov.go.id, jawara e-gov on android applications, there is still a lack of public information that guarantees citizens' rights to know various plans and programs for public policymaking, such as the lack of public information on who is the recipient of social assistance during Covid-19; the lack of public information makes the community's active role in public policy-making not accommodated; the decline in good state administration, so that the public lacks public information to find out various reasons for public policies that affect the lives of many people.

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of public information disclosure in Banten Province has been running for 11 years. Compliance with the implementation of information disclosure is supervised by the Banten Province Information Commission which carries out monitoring and evaluation (monev) of regional apparatus in the Banten Provincial Government every year. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through interviews along with scientific findings. Data comes from interviews. The results of the research show that the monitoring and evaluation carried out in 2022 resulted in only 81.83% of regional apparatus developing their website and the aspect of announcing public information, only 77.5% of regional apparatus. In terms of qualifications, out of 32 regional apparatuses, there are 13 regional apparatuses with informative qualifications, 1 regional apparatus with qualifications towards informative, 17 regional apparatuses with moderately informative qualifications and 1 regional apparatus with less informative qualifications. Monev every year which is carried out by the Information Commission has not had an impact on the compliance of regional apparatus in announcing and serving public information. There needs to be innovation from the Information Commission to give a deterrent effect to regional apparatuses who are ignorant of the obligation to announce and serve public information. With regard to the frequent changes and transfer of employees due to rotation, employee mutation. The Banten Provincial Information Commission can work together with the Human Resources Development Agency and the Banten Province Personnel Agency to provide education and training to every state civil apparatus in the Banten Provincial Government so that each apparatus has an understanding of their obligations to implement the UU KIP.
