Abstract

This research aims to analyze financial feability of rubber plantation in Koto Damai Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District. The invesment criterias of this research used Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and sensitivity analysis. Based on data obtained eks UPP TCSDP farmers in Koto Damai Village had 177 Ha of area rubber plantation where a farmer had one hectare. Data were collected from 20 smallholder farmers using simple random sampling. The result of analysis showed that NPV was Rp.81.724.375,24, Net B/C was 3,23, IRR was 26% and obtain the benefit was Rp.4.086.219,24 in a year. Sensitivity analysis can be concluded that rubber production decrease 4% changed NPV Rp.76.003.400,00, while output value decrease 44% changed NPV Rp.18.793.650,00, when input incerease 10% changed NPV Rp.75.594.375,21. The smallholder rubber plantation is still feasible by three variabels because NPV (positive), IRR>SOCC, Net B/C>1. Keyword: Rubber, Criterion of Investment, Analyze of sensitivity

Abstract

Gula kelapa adalah salah satu hasil dari sektor agroindustri dengan potensi pengembangan yang baik. Bapak Sidik adalah salah satu pemiliki agroindustri gula kelapa di Desa Mumpa Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar memahami kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas agroindustri gula kelapa Pak Sidik di Desa Mumpa, Kecamatan Tempuling, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir terhadap perubahan harga input dan tingkat output. Metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Informasi yang digunakan bersifat primer dan sekunder. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bapak Sidik pemilik agroindustri gula kelapa. Untuk menganalisis data kriteria investasi digunakan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agroindustri gula kelapa Bapak Sidik layak karena memiliki NPV positif sebesar Rp. 1.832.733.393, IRR lebih besar dari Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) sebesar 84,85%, dan Net B/C lebih besar dari nol sebesar 15,48. Agroindustri gula kelapa Bapak Sidik masih layak jika harga input bahan baku nira kelapa naik 10% sedangkan produksi gula kelapa turun 10%. Pengrajin gula kelapa harus menanam kembali tanaman kelapanya agar agroindustri gula kelapa dapat terus beroperasi.

Abstract

Fish Crackers business is a business that has great potential to be developed in Indonesia, this is due to the abundant fish catch. One of the fish that is quite widely processed into crackers is mackerel. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in input prices and production levels of the Bona Tenggiri Fish Crackers Agroindustry in Karimun District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands. The research method used is the case study method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Informants in this study were Bona Agroindustry business owners and 2 workers. Data analysis of investment criteria used is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The results showed: Bona Agroindustry is feasible because it has a positive NPV value of Rp.2.163.103.068, the IRR value is greater than the Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) which is 46%, and the Net B/C value is greater than zero which is 5,94. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis conducted on the 15,38% increase in mackerel input prices, 30,36% increase in cooking oil input prices and a 10% decrease in production, it shows that the Bona Agroindustry business is still feasible to run or develop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas terhadap perubahan harga input usahatani pepaya California usaha Pak Yasir di di Kelurahan Agrowisata Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha pepaya California yaitu Pak Yasir dengan luas lahan 1,5 ha. Analisis data kriteria investasi yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Usahatani pepaya California ini layak dijalankan karena memiliki nilai NPV positif sebesar Rp.47.018.073, nilai Net B/C lebih besar dari nol yaitu 2,18 dan nilai IRR lebih besar dari Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) yaitu 70,10%. Usahatani pepaya California masih layak untuk dijalankan apabila terjadi kenaikan harga input pupuk kimia sebesar 8% dan pupuk kandang sebesar 20%.

Abstract

Usaha jual beli Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) kelapa sawit merupakan sektor penting yang menunjang perekonomian daerah pedesaan, khususnya daerah penghasil kelapa sawit seperti Desa Mahato, Kecamatan Tambusai Utara, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Prospek bisnis usaha jual beli TBS yang tinggi membuat persaingan antar pedagang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan finansial usaha perdagangan TBS dengan menggunakan kriteria investasi dan menganalisis sensitivitas usaha perdagangan TBS terhadap persaingan antar pedagang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, yang hanya berfokus pada satu usaha yaitu usaha TBS Bapak Susanto yang memiliki penjualan mencapai 200 ton per bulan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan tiga kriteria investasi yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bisnis jual beli TBS Bapak Susanto layak untuk dilanjutkan jika dilihat aspek finansial. Kelayakan ini dinilai dari NPV positif yaitu sebesar Rp 4,819,481,521, IRR sebesar 83.98% lebih tinggi dari tingkat suku bunga (SOCC) yang digunakan, dan nilai Net B/C yang diperoleh lebih dari satu (Net B/C>1) yaitu sebesar Rp 9.23, yang artinya setiap pengeluaran Rp 1, maka akan menghasilkan penerimaan (benefit) sebesar Rp 9.23. Analisis sensitivitas terhadap penurunan produksi TBS kelapa sawit petani mitra yang pernah terjadi yaitu sebesar 360,000 kg/tahun atau 360 ton/tahun menunjukkan bahwa usaha jual beli TBS Bapak Susanto masih layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

The Design Investigation Survey (SID) activity is a program by the Ministry of Agriculture aimed at utilizing swamp land to enhance food production through land optimization. The target location for land optimization in Rokan Hilir Regency is situated in Mukti Jaya Village, Rimba Melintang District. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and guidance regarding the SID land optimization program to rice farmers in Mukti Jaya Village. This activity is beneficial for aligning perceptions regarding the requirements that serve as a reference for the SID land optimization activities, the necessary data, and the forms of assistance provided to improve land productivity and rice planting indices. The methodology involves outreach and guidance directed at the target  farmer groups. Outreach will cover the requirements and supporting data necessary for SID land optimization. Guidance will consist of directions regarding the infrastructure to be developed for optimizing land and its budgeting. There is a priority scale and budget provisions that will serve as a reference for communicating urgent needs in the field. The results of this community service activity indicate that (a) participants understand the importance of the SID land optimization program and its benefits for farmers, and (b) participants are aware of the criteria, requirements, and implementation provisions of the SID OPLA program from the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the data that farmer groups need to provide.

Abstract

Mr. Kuswardi's tofu agroindustry has been operating since 1996. Despite its longevity, the business faces several challenges, including declining demand due to market competition and limited promotional efforts, which still rely on word of mouth. Additionally, the utilization of tofu waste remains suboptimal, even though tofu dregs have economic potential if processed properly. This study aims to analyze the business performance and formulate appropriate marketing strategies for the tofu agroindustry. The research was conducted from January to April 2025 using a case study method. Respondents consisted of those involved in determining SWOT and AHP components. The results showed that the total cost of raw materials was IDR 22.137.500,00, and the total production cost in December 2024 was IDR 40.748.438,00. The business earned total revenue of IDR 57,750,000.00 and a profit of IDR 17.001.563,00. The final product value was IDR 30.000,00, and the value of other inputs was IDR 1.720,00. The Revenue-Cost Ratio (RCR) of 1.4 indicates that the business is financially feasible. The added value per unit of tofu production was IDR 16.780, with a value-added ratio of 56%. Marketing is carried out through a single channel: zero-level marketing, where products are sold directly to consumers. The recommended marketing strategy for Mr. Kuswardi's tofu agro-industry is to collaborate with local shops or stalls so that product distribution is more stable and even and to utilize social media as a means of promotion to expand market reach.

Abstract

Many people today are starting to realize the importance of healthy living by consuming oyster mushrooms. One of the oyster mushroom cultivation businesses in Pekanbaru City is the Rumah Jamur Nando. Rumah Jamur Nando must of course be able to face competition through a marketing mix strategy to attract consumers. The marketing mix is very important so that the Rumah Jamur Nando can overcome challenges in the market, keep up with market changes and can plan marketing activities in a more coordinated manner. This study aims to determine consumer assessments of the oyster mushroom marketing mix at the Rumah Jamur Nando and analyze the relationship between the marketing mix and consumer decisions in purchasing oyster mushrooms at the Rumah Jamur Nando. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with a sample size of 75 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using rank spearman. The results showed that consumer assessments of product variables, price, promotion, people (employees), physical evidence and processes in purchasing oyster mushrooms at the Rumah Jamur Nando resulted in an average with the agreed category, as well as the location variable with a fairly agreed category. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient value for all marketing mix variables at the Rumah Jamur Nando, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence, is positive and there is a significant relationship with consumer decisions in purchasing oyster mushrooms.

Abstract

Competition in the wet noodle business in Pekanbaru City has had a major impact on UMKM Musbar Noodle which have experienced a decline in production due to declining consumer demand. This research aims to determine consumer characteristics in purchasing Musbar Noodle products, to determine consumer assessments of the 7P marketing mix for purchasing Musbar Noodle products in Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted in Mie Musbar, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City. The sampling method uses survey and interview methods. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data analysis used in this research used quantitative descriptive analysis and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The first and second objectives were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and the third objective used Spearman rank correlation analysis. Consumer assessment of the 7P marketing mix as a whole is considered good by consumers. The relationship between the 7P marketing mix and consumer decisions has a very strong, strong and quite strong and significant relationship.
