Abstract

Rapid technological developments are driving organizations to adapt to maintain effectiveness and competitiveness in the workplace. Technological changes not only affect work systems but also organizational culture, human resource competencies, and communication and decision-making patterns. This study aims to analyze the forms of organizational adaptation to technological changes in the workplace and to identify the factors that support the success of this adaptation process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library research through data collection from various scientific journals, books, and other relevant sources related to organizational adaptation and technological transformation. The results show that organizations that are able to adapt well to technological developments tend to have innovative leadership, a flexible work culture, continuous human resource training, and the effective use of digital technology in work operations. In addition, resistance to change is one of the main obstacles in the organizational adaptation process. This study concludes that organizational adaptation to technological change is a crucial factor in increasing efficiency, productivity, and organizational sustainability in the digital era. The contribution of this research is expected to serve as a reference for organizations in developing effective and sustainable technology adaptation strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of economy care day as a collaborative learning medium in developing transformational leadership in economics students entering the class of 2023. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a naturalistic approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with 30 students, and post-activity reflection analysis at the Faculty of Economics at an Indonesian university. Key findings indicate an 85% increase in collaborative interactions, with participants forming strategic consensus 20% faster through realistic economic decision-making simulations. Card games foster intellectual stimulation with a 92% surge in creative ideas, reducing innovation resistance by 65% compared to traditional passive methods. Furthermore, 82% of informants reported increased intrinsic motivation, marked by a 1.8 times higher demand for voluntary follow-up sessions compared to individualistic learning. Economy Care Day has been shown to strengthen shared vision, individual consideration, and social adaptation, making it a practical framework for an economics education curriculum. The study recommends the integration of game-based interactive media in student leadership development, especially in the digital economy era that demands innovative and collaborative leaders.
