Abstract

The marketing ability of a company can affect its financial capabilities. One of the company's benefits can be generated from the demand for products and / or services, and other business functions will not run if there is no demand. a company must obtain revenue if it wants profit. One of the elements to get income is from marketing products and / or services. The marketing mix is a collection of controlled tactical marketing tools that companies combine to produce the responses they want in the target market. The marketing mix consists of all the things a company can do to influence the demand for its products. These possibilities can be grouped into four groups. Among them are Products (Price), Price (Price), Place (Place), and Promotion (Promotion). In this study 100 respondents were used. Determination of sample size using simple random techniques. Data were analyzed using the Multiple Regression Analysis method. Data processing using the SPSS program. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at UKM Sentra Bandeng Tawang Mas Semarang. SME entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of important factors that determine the performance of their businesses, while still making improvements to the factors that are still lacking in implementation, in order to get better performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Teamwork, Occupational Safety and Health, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Ungaran Post Office. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population used in the research is all employees who work at the Ungaran Post Office in 2023. The sample used in this research is Saturated Sampling which is included in Non Probability Sampling, which means that all members of the population are sampled, namely 80 employees. Analysis of research data using SPSS for Windows software version 24. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Teamwork (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), partially with this t count of 7.090 and a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Teamwork can be achieved. Affects the Employee Performance variable by 23.2%. Occupational Safety and Health (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), partially t count is 21.042 and a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Occupational Safety and Health can influence the Employee Performance variable by 77.5%. Work Discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), partially the t count is 3.939, a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Work Discipline can influence the Employee Performance variable by 26.5%. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.850 or 85.0%, indicating that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Teamwork, Occupational Safety and Health, and Work Discipline while the remaining 0.15 or 15% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze student shopping motivation and lifestyle on positive emotions. The research design uses quantitative descriptive using primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires from respondents and then analyzed. The research sample was active students at Muria Kudus University in the Management Study Program, totaling 248 respondents. The results of the study explain that the increase in students' positive emotions for shopping using online applications (e-commerce shopee) increases because of the role of shopping motivation and because of lifestyle factors. This is due to the flexibility and speed of the vendor managing the e-commerce shoppe which is very professional, but there are research findings which explain that the negative impact is addiction to shopping through e-commerce applications making students socialize less with the environment around the campus because most activities are carried out online.

Abstract

Skripsi ini memiliki tujuan utu mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Variasi Menu Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan Dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Thirdbid Coffe Pati Jawa Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah pelanggan Thirdbid Coffe Pati Jawa Tengah dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 230 pelanggan Thirdbid Coffe Pati Jawa Tengah pada penelitian ini menggunakan cara Smart PLS dengan mennjukkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan  sebesar (0,579), ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan variasi menu dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel kepuasan pelanggan  sebesar 57,9% (kategori moderate). Nilai R-Square variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar (0,655), hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan variasi menu dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 65,5%.

Abstract

Daya saing mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan kinerja unggul, beradaptasi, dan mempertahankan posisi pasar yang menguntungkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT, teori daya saing, dan strategi pemasaran. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (Hasan, 2020), sedangkan strategi pemasaran dipahami sebagai rencana terarah untuk meningkatkan penjualan (Assauri & Haque-Fawzi, 2022). Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling sebanyak enam orang yang memahami bisnis CV. Jenang Mubarok. Data dianalisis menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, dan Grand Strategy. Hasil menunjukkan posisi perusahaan pada kuadran I (WO), dengan kekuatan internal dominan dan peluang eksternal besar. Nilai Grand Strategy (S-W=0,84; O-T=0,23) menunjukkan strategi agresif. Rekomendasi meliputi mengganti produk kedaluwarsa, memperluas pasar, mengikuti expo, dan menawarkan harga kompetitif.
