Abstract

Of course, plastic waste is still a major problem in maintaining the cleanliness of the local environment. Plastic can be reprocessed into an object that is useful in the future and can be reused in community activities. The danger caused by unprocessed plastic waste can certainly cause damage to the environment. Through the activities carried out in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu City, of course, it can provide a new lesson in terms of understanding and processing plastic waste. Of course, plastic can be reprocessed into a craft, besides that it can also increase the creativity of teenagers in the use and processing of plastic waste. The method of implementing the activities used is socialization and practicum for young mothers and teenagers in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu City in managing plastic waste into crafts and the advantages gained are adding value to creativity. The first stage of activity provides socialization regarding understanding in the form of education to young mothers and teenagers regarding plastic waste processing activities and guides them by teaching them how to process plastic waste so that they can produce creative products and can even increase their finances. The results obtained are in the form of products from the utilization of used plastic into stationery storage which is used for storing stationery items such as pencils, pens and erasers and can also be used for fruit baskets and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets and job relevant information on organizational performance. The object of this research is the Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) located in Seluma Regency. Tests in this study using quantitative methods. The analytical technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that budgetary participation affects the clarity of budget targets, clarity of budget targets affects organizational performance, budgetary participation has an indirect effect on organizational performance with clarity of budget targets as a mediating variable, budgetary participation affects job relevant information, job relevant information influence on organizational performance, budgetary participation has an indirect effect on organizational performance with job relevant information as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Harum Bakery Curup Shop. The aim of this research was to find out whether Service Quality and Location influence Purchasing Decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. The sample in this study was 160 respondents, data analysis techniques used interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of research conducted on the influence of service quality and location on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup, it can be concluded as follows: Quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. Location has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. Service quality (X_1) and location (X_2) together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) at Hatum Bakery Curup.Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Width , Bengkulu City. And to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods on 150 respondents.The population used in this research were consumers in Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar , Bengkulu City and sampling in this research used a non-probability sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 9,100 + 0.277 (X1) + 0.506 (X2) is obtained. The research results and hypothesis show that Store Atmosphere and Service Quality have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Consumer purchase decisions are influenced by various factors, including brand awareness and brand image. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness and brand image on the purchase decisions of Skechers shoes at the Sport Station shoe store in Bencoolen Mall, Bengkulu City. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The study's respondents consisted of 84 consumers of the Sport Station store. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This means that the higher the consumer awareness of the Skechers brand, the greater the likelihood of purchasing the product. Additionally, brand image also has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, indicating that a strong brand image can enhance consumer interest and trust in choosing Skechers products. This study confirms that brand awareness and brand image are crucial factors in influencing consumer purchase decisions. Therefore, marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and build a positive image of Skechers should be continuously optimized to increase consumer purchases. Abstract

Generasi MUDA memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk memiliki bisnis sendiri (berwirausaha). Namun, dalam banyak kondisi, generasi MUDA kurang dalam pengalaman dan juga pengetahuan tentang konsep berwirausaha. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi generasi MUDA secara umum dan para siswa yang masih berada dalam bangku sekolah khususnya pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) 3 Landur yang nantinya akan menjadi seorang wirausahawan muda. Dalam pengabdian ini para siswa diberikan materi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen sumberdaya manusia dan juga manajemen strategi bisnis. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan metode workshop yang diisi oleh tim pengabdian prodi Manajemen. Para siswa diperkenalkan dengan beberapa konsep penting dalam berwirausaha yaitu peran manajemen sumber daya manusia, strategi berwirausaha serta konsep perencanaan keuangan. Hasil workshop ini adalah 90% dari peserta pengabdian merasa puas akan materi yang dipaparkan, serta 80% peserta menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan tentang keuangan, strategi inovasi dan juga kopetensi kewirausahaan mereka meningkat.

Abstract

Social Media Marketing yaitu suatu kegiatan pemanfaatan platform sosial media dalam melakukan aktivitas promosi suatu usaha. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam rangka kuliah kerja nyata ini adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha jual beli kerupuk olahan rumah tangga dengan nama kerupuk Arlova, yang berlokasi di kelurahan bentiring permai kota Bengkulu. Usaha ini sudah berdiri kurang lebih selama 2 tahun, akan tetapi dalam kegiatan pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara-cara konvensional. Oleh karena itu UMKM kerupuk Arlova ini perlu diberikan pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan sosial media marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran, guna meningkatkan sistem pemasaran UMKM dan memperluas cakupan target pemasaran usaha. Selain itu, nantinya UMKM akan diberikan pendampingan dalam membuat akun sosial media yaitu Instagram dan Facebook serta cara pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan platform Canva. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dengan memberikan materi berupa pemanfaatan media sosial, serta pendampingan dan pelatihan pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job training on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bengkulu Province. Issues related to discipline and training effectiveness are a major concern as they affect the quality of public services. This research employs an associative quantitative approach with a sample of 109 employees and uses multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (t = 4.803; sig. = 0.000), while job training does not have a significant effect (t = -0.813; sig. = 0.418). However, simultaneous testing indicates that discipline and training together have a significant effect on employee performance (F = 54.712; sig. = 0.000), with an Adjusted R² value of 0.501, meaning that 50.1% of the variation in performance can be explained by both variables. Abstract

This study aims to find out the Effect of Facilities and Accessibility on Tourists' Interest in Visiting Curug Papat Waterfall, Rejang Lebong Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population of this study was visitors to the Curug Papat Waterfall in Rejang Lebong Regency as the research object. The data collection technique used observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, inferential analysis by using SPSS and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that facilities have a positive effect on tourists' interest in visiting Curug Papat Waterfall, Rejang Lebong Regency. This means that the more optimal the facilities available at Curug Papat Waterfall, the higher the level of tourist interest in visiting. Accessibility has a positive effect on tourists’ interest in Visiting Curug Papat Waterfall, Rejang Lebong Regency. The higher the quality of accessibility perceived by tourists, the higher the level of interest in visiting. Facilities and accessibility simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on tourists’ interest in visiting Curug Papat Waterfall, Rejang Lebong Regency. This means that if the level of facilities and accessibility is high, it will increase tourists’ interest in visiting. Keywords: accessibility, facilities, visiting interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of green marketing and brand image on the purchase decisions of Garnier products among consumers at LOVA Store in Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The population in this study consists of consumers who purchase Garnier products at LOVA Store. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques involve descriptive analysis, inferential analysis using SPSS, and the coefficient of determination analysis (R²). The results show that green marketing has a positive influence on consumer purchase decisions. This means that the better the green marketing strategies implemented, the higher the tendency of consumers to make purchases. Brand image also has a positive effect on purchase decisions. The better the brand image formed in the minds of consumers, the more likely they are to choose and buy Garnier products. Simultaneously, green marketing and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. This indicates that implementing environmentally friendly marketing strategies and maintaining a consistent brand image can enhance consumer purchase decisions for Garnier products.
