Abstract

Of course, plastic waste is still a major problem in maintaining the cleanliness of the local environment. Plastic can be reprocessed into an object that is useful in the future and can be reused in community activities. The danger caused by unprocessed plastic waste can certainly cause damage to the environment. Through the activities carried out in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu City, of course, it can provide a new lesson in terms of understanding and processing plastic waste. Of course, plastic can be reprocessed into a craft, besides that it can also increase the creativity of teenagers in the use and processing of plastic waste. The method of implementing the activities used is socialization and practicum for young mothers and teenagers in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu City in managing plastic waste into crafts and the advantages gained are adding value to creativity. The first stage of activity provides socialization regarding understanding in the form of education to young mothers and teenagers regarding plastic waste processing activities and guides them by teaching them how to process plastic waste so that they can produce creative products and can even increase their finances. The results obtained are in the form of products from the utilization of used plastic into stationery storage which is used for storing stationery items such as pencils, pens and erasers and can also be used for fruit baskets and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets and job relevant information on organizational performance. The object of this research is the Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) located in Seluma Regency. Tests in this study using quantitative methods. The analytical technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that budgetary participation affects the clarity of budget targets, clarity of budget targets affects organizational performance, budgetary participation has an indirect effect on organizational performance with clarity of budget targets as a mediating variable, budgetary participation affects job relevant information, job relevant information influence on organizational performance, budgetary participation has an indirect effect on organizational performance with job relevant information as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Training and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Office Employees in Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency", both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 127 village office employees in Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency, using the total side technique, which means that all populations were used as research samples.Based on the t test, it is known that the calculated t value in the training variable of 4.843 is greater than the table t which is 1.960 with the probabilility t which is a sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance limitation of 0.05. Based on the test results, the training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the work motivation variable, the calculated value of 4.536 is greater than t table, which is 1,960 with a probabilility t, which is a sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance limitation of 0.05. Based on the results of these tests, the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, it was found that the calculated F value was 256,196 greater than F table 2.68 with a sig value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, which showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that training and work motivation together had a positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance variables. The R square value obtained is 0.805. This figure shows that employee performance can be explained by training and work motivation of 80.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product innovation and location on the decision to purchase sponge bread at the fitri sari store in Arga Jaya village. This study used quantitative methods and data collection by observation and questionnaire distribution. The samples in this study were consumers at the Arga Jaya village sari fitri store which amounted to 120 people and sampling was carried out using the Hair et al method. Based on the results of research and discussion of product innovation, it has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase sponge bread at the fitri sari store in Arga Jaya village, meaning that with the product innovation provided by the fitri sari store, of course, this will increase the level of purchase decisions. Location also has a positive and significant effect, meaning that with a location that is strategic enough and easy to access, consumers will increase in decision making. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely product innovation (X1) and location (X2) on the dependent variable, namely purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on the decision to choose to rent a boarding room in the Adam Malik area km.9, to determine the effect of location on the decision to choose to rent a boarding room in the Adam Malik area km.9 and to determine the effect of price and location on the decision to choose a rental. boarding house in the adam malik area km.9. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on rental decisions (Y) in boarding rooms in the Adam Malik Km area. 9. Abstract

This research was conducted at a Hypermart in Bengkulu City, the formulation of the problem in this study was: Does Service Quality and Product Quality Affect Customer Loyalty at Hypermart Bengkulu City, and the purpose of this study was to find out whether Service Quality and Product Quality affect Customer Loyalty at Hypermart City Bengkulu, the sample in this study were 85 respondents, data analysis techniques used documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Based on the results of research that has been done about the effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty at Hypermarts in Bengkulu City, it can be concluded as follows: Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Hypermart in Bengkulu City Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Hypermart in Bengkulu City, Service Quality (X1) and Product Quality (X2) together have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Hypermart in Bengkulu City. Based on the correlation coefficient test, the value of R = 0.723 and the coefficient of determination R^2 = 0.522 means that Service Quality (X1) and Product Quality (X2) contribute 0.522 or 52.2% to Customer Loyalty (Y) at Hypermart in Bengkulu City while the remaining 0.478 or 47.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Harum Bakery Curup Shop. The aim of this research was to find out whether Service Quality and Location influence Purchasing Decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. The sample in this study was 160 respondents, data analysis techniques used interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of research conducted on the influence of service quality and location on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup, it can be concluded as follows: Quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. Location has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Width , Bengkulu City. And to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods on 150 respondents.The population used in this research were consumers in Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar , Bengkulu City and sampling in this research used a non-probability sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 9,100 + 0.277 (X1) + 0.506 (X2) is obtained. The research results and hypothesis show that Store Atmosphere and Service Quality have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Consumer purchase decisions are influenced by various factors, including brand awareness and brand image. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness and brand image on the purchase decisions of Skechers shoes at the Sport Station shoe store in Bencoolen Mall, Bengkulu City. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The study's respondents consisted of 84 consumers of the Sport Station store. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This means that the higher the consumer awareness of the Skechers brand, the greater the likelihood of purchasing the product. Additionally, brand image also has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, indicating that a strong brand image can enhance consumer interest and trust in choosing Skechers products. This study confirms that brand awareness and brand image are crucial factors in influencing consumer purchase decisions. Therefore, marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and build a positive image of Skechers should be continuously optimized to increase consumer purchases. Abstract

Generasi MUDA memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk memiliki bisnis sendiri (berwirausaha). Namun, dalam banyak kondisi, generasi MUDA kurang dalam pengalaman dan juga pengetahuan tentang konsep berwirausaha. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi generasi MUDA secara umum dan para siswa yang masih berada dalam bangku sekolah khususnya pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) 3 Landur yang nantinya akan menjadi seorang wirausahawan muda. Dalam pengabdian ini para siswa diberikan materi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen sumberdaya manusia dan juga manajemen strategi bisnis. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan metode workshop yang diisi oleh tim pengabdian prodi Manajemen. Para siswa diperkenalkan dengan beberapa konsep penting dalam berwirausaha yaitu peran manajemen sumber daya manusia, strategi berwirausaha serta konsep perencanaan keuangan. Hasil workshop ini adalah 90% dari peserta pengabdian merasa puas akan materi yang dipaparkan, serta 80% peserta menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan tentang keuangan, strategi inovasi dan juga kopetensi kewirausahaan mereka meningkat.
