Abstract

Pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas) di masa pandemi COVID-19 berperan penting dalam upaya pencegahan COVID-19, upaya yang dilakukan Puskesmas yaitu dengan mengubah prilaku masyarakat agar mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan program pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran informasi tentang Penerapan program pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru.hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya pencegahan COVID-19 belum berhasil dilaksanakan dikarenakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) masih kurang. Standar operasional Prosedure (SOP) sudah ada dan dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan Kemenkes RI, Sarana prasarana yang belum mencukupi, anggaran Dana yang masih kurang dan mengalami hambatan dalam pencairannya, dan kurangnya sosialisasi dari puskesmas dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan 3M, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, menggunakan masker dan penyemprotan disinfektan pada masyarakat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini melakukan analisa tentang program pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas dengan cara melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan hasil analisi data menggunakan triagulasi data. Penelitian ini diharapkan agar penerapan program pencegahan COVID-19 di puskesmas dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat meminimalisir angka kejadian COVID-19 dikarenakan mengingat semakin tingginya angka kejadian terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 di kecamatan Tampan Kota PekanbaruKata Kunci : COVID-19, Menjaga Jarak, Menggunakan Masker, Mencuci Tangan, Disinfektan

Abstract

Abstrak : Prosedur Pemeriksaan Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Brain Pada Kasus Epiepsi. Magnetic resonance imaging adalah pemeriksaan pencitraan (neuroimaging) pilihan untuk fokus melihat adanya epilepsi  dan kelainan structural otak lainnya yang mungkin menjadi penyebab epilepsi. Kemajuan terhadap teknologi MRI sangat membantu dalam mendeteksi lesi epileptogenetik terutama dengan menggunakan MRI kekuatan medan yang lebih tinggi yaitu dengan pemindaian 3 Tesla, telah terbukti meningkatkan deteksi lesi dengan rasio odds lebih besar dari 2,5 dibandingkan dengan 1,5 Tesla. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023-September 2023 menggunakan pesawat MRI SIMENS 3,0 Tesla. Sampel pasien yang digunakan pada kajian ini adalah pasien dengan klinis epilepsi. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan radiografer, dokter radiologi dan dokumentasi pelaksanaan pemeriksaan MRI Brain pada kasus epilepsi. Deskripsi dan analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi untuk kemudian diambil kesimpulan dan saran. Menurut teori pada umumnya sekuen brain pada klinis epilepsi yang digunakan meliputi T2- Weighted Axial, T2 Coronal FLAIR, T2- Weighted Axial, Coronal TIRM.Sedangkan di lapangan pada umumnya sekuen rutin yang di gunakan yaitu Axial T1, Axial T2 dark fluid, Axial T2, Axial B1000, Axial T2 SWI,T1 Sagital/ DIR Sagital, T2 Coronal, T2 Coronal Dark Fluid dan adanya penambahan sekuen khusus pada klinis epilepsi yaitu DIR coronal.

Abstract

This study aims to research the implementation of buying and selling land that has not been certified and to find out information and understand the legal results of buying and selling land that has not been certified in Blangpegayon District, Gayo Lues Regency. This research is empirical juridical research using a law and case approach that obtains data through field research and literature. Based on the results of the research, it is known that in the implementation of buying and selling for land that has not been certified in Blangpegayon District, Gayo Lues Regency, it was found that there was still a lot of buying and selling for land that had not been certified, according to the people of Blangpegayon District, Gayo Lues Regency, that buying and selling was underhand for land that had not been certified and only It is felt that using a receipt is sufficient because processing the certificate requires expensive costs and a more complicated process. The legal consequences of buying and selling underhand for land that has not been certified in Blangpegayon District, Gayo Lues Regency are still valid but the legality is not yet valid because there is no certificate so it can lead to settlements at a later date.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of HR skills, knowledge and abilities on the performance of MSMEs in Keruak District, East Lombok. This research is a descriptive research. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this research are micro business actors in Keruak District, East Lombok. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a research sample of 96 respondents was obtained. For the data analysis method, use the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The results of this research show that the results of hypothesis testing show that the t value is > (1.986) t table, namely the skills variable is 3.487, the knowledge variable is 2.154 and the ability variable is 2.055 so it can be concluded that skills, knowledge and abilities have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the District. Keruak, East Lombok Regency. And simultaneously the research results show that the variables of skill, knowledge and ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency with a calculated F value (12,524) > F table (2.70).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the size of the Audit Committee and the size of the company affect the company's performance as measured by Return On Assets (ROA). The research was conducted at the Unismuh Makassar Stock Exchange Gallery located at Jl. Sultan Alauddin, GN Sari, Kec. Rappocini, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. The type of data used is secondary data, which is processed by the company in the form of financial statements that can be obtained from the internet by downloading financial reports through the IDX website (www.idx.id). The sample used in this study is food and beverage manufacturing companies from 2018-2020 that meet the specified criteria. The sample collection was done using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 29 company samples. Based on the results of the study, the effect of GCG on the financial performance of food and beverage manufacturing companies from 2018-2020, as measured by the size of the Audit Committee, influences the company's performance measured using Return On Assets (ROA). According to the results of the t-test calculation for variable x1 (audit committee), the value is 0.050 ≤ 0.05. Furthermore, the size of the company does not affect the company's performance measured using Return On Assets (ROA). According to the results of the t-test calculation for variable x2 (company size), the value is 0.156 > 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Ukuran Komite Audit dan Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan dilihat dari Return On Assets (ROA). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Galeri Bursa Efek Unismuh Makassar yang beralamat di Jl. Sultan Alauddin, GN Sari, Kec. Rappocini, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang telah diolah oleh perusahaan dalam bentuk laporan keuangan yang dapat diperoleh dari internet dengan mengunduh laporan keuangan melalui website BEI (www.idx.id). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaaan manufaktur sector makanan dan minuman tahun 2018- 2020 yang memenuhi kriteria yang sudah di tentukan, pengumpulan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan terpilih sebanyak 29 sampel perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh GCG terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur sector makanan dan minuman tahun 2018-2020 yang dilihat dari Ukuran Komite berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan Return On Assets (ROA), Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-t dari variabel x1 (komite audit) sebesar 0.050 ≤ 0.05. Selanjutnya dilihat dari Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerj perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan Return On Assets (ROA), Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan hasil uji-t dari variabel x2 (ukuran perusahaan) sebesar 0,156 > 0,05.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the symbolic reality and subjective reality of fanatic behavior of K-Popers in editing content on community and fan accounts on Instagram. This research uses qualitative research methods and a descriptive phenomenological approach. The data collection technique is observation and interviews with K-Pop account admins on Instagram. The informants for this research are admin @yoyuby93, @agustdmine93, @yoza_anjelisa, and @asrianisj. The data was analyzed systematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) The fanatic behavior of K-Popers in editing content on the Instagram accounts of community account admins and BTS fans does not meet objective reality. Because some of the content created by the admin is the result of edits and illustrations according to his imagination, some are even not bound by the rules for creating content so the resulting content is uncontrolled and doesn't make sense. (2) The symbolic reality of the fanaticism of community account admins and BTS fans in editing content where admins always use certain symbols or elements to express their love, enjoyment, loyalty and pride towards K-Pop idols. (3) The subjective reality of the fanatic behavior of community account admins and BTS fans in editing content where the admin's feelings as a K-Pop fan influence the way he edits content because idols act as admin content ideas where they are inspired by the expressions, style and charm of their K-Pop idols.

Abstract

Islam is a religion of da'wah where Islam invites or calls us to goodness. Da'wah at this time is not enough if only through the pulpit to the pulpit because at this time very few teenagers listen to da'wah especially with the concept of majlis ta'lim or so on. So it is very effective if da'wah is delivered from several media, namely through music, newspapers, and others are da'wah through films. Just like the movie Teach Me Islam. The focus of research in this thesis is what are the messages of da'wah, money can be taken lessons in the film teach me Islam with the aim of knowing what are the messages of da'wah that can be learned in the film. In understanding the messages of da'wah in it, researchers use Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis where the analysis has two levels, namely denotation and connotation. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative descriptive research which has the meaning of qualitative research in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. The result of this research is where the film Ajari Aku Islam shows that in it there is a message of da'wah in the categories of shari'ah, Akidah and Akhlak. The message of shari'ah da'wah is to attach importance to prayer, not to contact non-muhrim, to keep views. While the message of da'wah akidah is to learn Islam, love Allah SWT, and what is the message of moral da'wah is to have good manners, always dhikr to Allah SWT, and please help. The conclusion of this study is that the film Ajari Me Islam is a religious film that has an interesting story and has a lot of da'wah messages teaching us to always be friendly and humble to everyone and not look at differences between ethnicity, race and religion because humans are social creatures who cannot live without the help of others.
