Abstract

Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) adalah kartu yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah di bawah naungan Kementerian Kesehatan untuk mengatasi semakin banyaknya masyarakat kurang mampu yang tidak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. diperlukan sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada masyarakat yang berhak atas bantuan KIS. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu petugas dalam menentukan penerima KIS dengan memasukkan data dari calon penerima kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi daftar menerima KIS dengan kriteria yang ditentukan untuk orang yang memenuhi syarat.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has placed greater emphasis on a company's online presence, particularly through a company profile website. This research aims to design a mockup for PT XYZ's company profile website by utilizing a combined approach of primary and secondary data. Primary data will be obtained through interviews with the company management to understand the company's values, communication objectives, and desired design preferences. Meanwhile, secondary data will be used to gain insights into current design trends and best practices in website design. This research method combines qualitative and descriptive approaches, with initial steps focusing on identifying PT XYZ's needs and communication objectives.Based on the interview results, initial design concepts will be developed that reflect the company's identity and consider user needs. By integrating primary and secondary data, this research is expected to produce a mockup design for the company profile website that meets PT XYZ's communication and representation needs, while aligning with current web design standards. The findings of this research are expected to provide practical guidance for PT XYZ in enhancing the company's image through effective and engaging digital media.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Marketing Penjualan Kamar Hotel Baloi View Apartement Berbasis Web memiliki sistem layaknya traffic atau lalu-lalang penggunaan kamar hotel harian serta kapasitas yang tersedia dalam satu hari, dan dapat terlaporkan pada setiap waktu secara real-time. Data pada sistem dashboard diperoleh dari data kinerja yang diterima oleh Pihak Hotel terdiri atas data pengelompokan menu-login, pilihan reservasi, akomodasi, fasilitas hotel, dinning, dan contact person beserta metode pembayaran pasca reservasi. Dashboard dirancang berbasis website, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan MySQL, sebagai basis data." Teknik penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data-data dan informasi secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menampilkan dashboard berbentuk teks yang terdiri dari indeks tampiln penjualan kamar, tampilan menu utama tata cara reservasi kamar hotel, tampilan menu acomodation, dan tampilan facility serta terdapat menu tampilan contact person, diharapkan menu tampilan ini dapat membantu Calon customer dan wisatawan untuh memudahkan memesan kamar hotel.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi E-Raport berbasis web menjadi solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan nilai siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menerapkan Metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi. Use case diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram digunakan untuk menggambarkan interaksi pengguna dan admin dalam sistem. Rancangan antarmuka melibatkan halaman utama, manajemen data guru, siswa, mata pelajaran, dan fitur cetak laporan. Database terstruktur mencakup informasi kelas, tahun ajaran, dan data nilai e-raport. Dengan fokus pada efisiensi dan akurasi, sistem ini memfasilitasi pengolahan data yang cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dorongan bagi Perguruan Tinggi, termasuk Universitas Ibnu Sina, untuk terus berinovasi dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi, khususnya dalam proses penjadwalan perkuliahan. Meskipun penjadwalan perkuliahan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibnu Sina telah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi, monitoring dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Dashboard Monitoring Penjadwalan Dosen pada Proses Belajar Mengajar di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibnu Sina berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall, dengan desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat diakses melalui website dengan lancar, memberikan informasi jadwal dan kehadiran dosen secara transparan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based registration system for prospective parking attendants at the UPTD Parking Service in the Transportation Department of Batam City. Currently, the process of managing prospective parking attendant data is done manually, leading to time-consuming registration procedures. The absence of a proper information system makes it difficult for prospective parking attendants to find information about the registration process at the Batam City Transportation Department. This system was developed by using PHP programming and MySQL database. The development follows the SDLC Waterfall model, which consists of five phases: requirements analysis, system design, coding, program testing, and system implementation. The system was modelled by using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. System testing was conducted by using black-box testing and tested by users. The results of this study include the requirements analysis, system design with UML modeling, and eight supporting tables for the development of the web-based application. The system has been tested on local host and through black-box testing, and it is deemed successful in assisting the management of prospective parking attendant registration. However, the application is limited to the admin and user pages. There is a need for data classification on the system dashboard to present a more executive-level display in line with the registration form for prospective parking attendants. Additionally, there is a need for improvements in human resources to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design a web-based teacher attendance monitoring application at SMK Ibnu Sina Batam. We expect this application to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher attendance management through the use of digital technology. The research methods used include literature studies, interviews, and direct observation of the teacher attendance management process. We design the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), implement it using the CodeIgniter framework, and use MySQL as its database. We conduct testing using the Black Box method to verify that all functions operate as anticipated. The results show that this application can monitor teacher attendance in real-time and improve discipline. By cutting down on manual checks and enhancing transparency and accountability in school management, the implementation of this application significantly enhances the quality of education at SMK Ibnu Sina Batam.
