Abstract

Telah dilakukan karakterisasi sinter silika dari mata air panas Garara, Kabupaten Solok, dan mata air panas Sapan Maluluang, Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Sumatera Barat. Sinter silika dimurnikan untuk meningkatkan kadar SiO2 menggunakan metode ekstraksi padat-cair. Peningkatan kadar SiO2 dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil uji XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence). Kadar SiO2 Sampel sinter silika Garara meningkat,  dari 54,28 % menjadi 79,034 % setelah pemurnian. Pada sampel sinter silka Sapan Maluluang kadar SiO2 meningkat dari  83,39 %, menjadi 95,216 %. Metode Analisis Termal  atau Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) digunakan untuk melihat perubahan fasa kristalin dari sintel silika. Berdasarkan pengujian DTA diperoleh hasil transisi gelas sampel sinter silika Garara dan Sapan Maluluang berturut-turut pada suhu 530,83 °C dan 551,52 °C . Silika Garara mengalami perubahan α→β-quartz pada suhu 643,66 °C dan perubahan β-quartz→ β-trydimite terjadi pada suhu 811,48 °C. Untuk hasil DTA sinter silika Sapan Maluluang terjadi perubahan α→β-quartz pada suhu 657,48 °C dan transisi β-quartz→β-trydimite terjadi pada suhu 700,45 °C . Hal ini memperlihatkan sinter silika dengan kandungan silika yang lebih tinggi dan berstruktur amorf memiliki transisi gelas dan suhu transisi α→β-quartz yang le bih tinggi dan transisi β-quartz→β-trydimite yang lebih rendah dibandingkan sinter silika yang masih mengandung karbonat.Kata Kunci : sinter silika, ekstraksi, pemurnian, analisis termal , mata air panas Garara, mata air panas Sapan Maluluang

Abstract

Adolescences tend to join and interact with their social groups or peer groups better than their parent. Good social behavior provide acceptance in social groups, otherwise improperly social behavior can provoke rejection. This research is purposed to describe student’s social behavior in school in terms of aggression, conformity and nonverbal communication, and its implication to guidance and counseling treatment. This research is descriptive, with research subject of 47 students of VIII and IX class in SMP N 25 Padang. Research finding reveal that social behavior of students in school in term of aggression is unfavorable (58.39%), social behavior of students in school in term of conformity is unfavorable (60.95%), and social behavior of students in school in term of nonverbal communication is unfavorable (63.91%). Overall, the social behavior of students in school is unfavorable (61.56%).

Abstract

The application of big data in the education sector has emerged as a crucial strategy in addressing the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study responds to the limited integration of big data in academic decision-making processes, particularly within primary and secondary education institutions in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to systematically examine how big data analytics supports more effective academic decision-making, offering both practical contributions for educational management and theoretical implications for the development of data-driven decision-making models. This study employs a literature Review method which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The literature reviewed includes relevant national and international journal articles on big data and education. The findings reveal that big data plays a significant role in optimizing educational resource management, enhancing the efficiency of learning interventions, and supporting strategic planning based on evidence. Moreover, the study emphasizes the importance of technological infrastructure, human resource competencies, and data protection as key enablers for successful big data integration. The study provides essential insights for policymakers to encourage digital transformation and evidence-based practices in schools.

Abstract

Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital has partnered with BPJS Health since 2014, offering outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services. However, the hospital has not fully met patient expectations, especially regarding the speed and accuracy of administrative services, which has affected its public image. This study aims to analyze the implementation, challenges, and improvement strategies of administrative services for BPJS patients. Conducted in Sail District, Pekanbaru City, this qualitative case study used purposive sampling for BPJS patients and snowball sampling for other stakeholders, including all management levels and BPJS Health representatives. Data analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings indicate that while the administrative service system is fairly effective, it faces challenges such as inactive BPJS membership, long registration queues, data mismatches between systems, and limited patient understanding. To enhance service quality, the hospital must optimize digitalization, train administrative personnel, and upgrade support facilities to meet patient needs more effectively.

Abstract

A common phenomenon in micro-leadership practices across various work environments is poor communication between leaders and team members. Many leaders fail to recognize the importance of open and honest two-way communication and lack the skills to convey instructions or expectations clearly. This study aims to examine in depth how effective communication skills, open communication, and clear communication play a role in supporting the practice of micro leadership (micro leading). The research method used is a literature study, by analyzing various scientific sources, including reference books and national as well as international journal articles relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that effective communication includes the ability to deliver messages accurately, empathetically, and to build two-way dialogue. Open communication creates a participatory space that fosters trust and psychological safety within the team. Meanwhile, clear communication ensures that each member understands their roles, tasks, and expectations accurately. These three aspects support one another and form an essential foundation for the success of micro leadership in building a solid, adaptive, and productive team.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang identitas visual bagi UMKM Es Jagung Viral Cisa sebagai upaya memperkuat citra merek dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Identitas visual merupakan elemen penting dalam strategi komunikasi pemasaran karena berperan dalam membentuk persepsi konsumen terhadap suatu produk atau bisnis. Meskipun Es Jagung Viral Cisa telah berhasil membuka lima cabang di Kota Padang sejak tahun 2021 dan menunjukkan performa bisnis yang baik, namun aspek identitas visualnya masih belum terkelola secara konsisten, sehingga diperlukan perancangan ulang yang lebih terarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri atas lima tahapan, yaitu empathize, define, ideation, prototype, dan test. Melalui pendekatan ini, perancang berupaya memahami kebutuhan konsumen, mendefinisikan permasalahan, mengembangkan ide, membuat rancangan visual, dan melakukan pengujian terhadap hasil desain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identitas visual yang dirancang memiliki karakter modern, sederhana, dan mudah diingat, sehingga mampu mencerminkan keunikan produk serta meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Penerapan identitas visual baru pada berbagai media promosi juga diharapkan dapat memperkuat brand awareness dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi pengembangan bisnis Es Jagung Viral Cisa di masa mendatang.
