Abstract

Permasalahan ketersediaan air bersih selama musim kemarau menjadi tantangan utama bagi warga di Perumahan Kampung Pemulung Hertasning Makassar. Sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pemantauan penggunaan air yang berfungsi untuk merekam data penggunaan air warga serta menampilkan hasil analisis data pemakaian air selama satu bulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data, total volume air yang digunakan oleh seluruh warga dalam satu hari adalah sebesar 4.026,8 liter, dengan rata-rata penggunaan air per rumah sebesar 129 liter/hari. Analisis persentase penggunaan air menunjukkan bahwa 50% rumah menggunakan air dalam batas normal (<150 liter/hari), 45% rumah mendekati batas konsumsi boros (150–200 liter/hari), dan 5% rumah tergolong boros (>200 liter/hari). Hasil ini dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai pola penggunaan air di lingkungan tersebut, sehingga dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air secara optimal selama musim kemarau. Selain itu, dilakukan pengujian tingkat kegunaan sistem menggunakan SUS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor SUS sistem sebesar 79,08 yang berarti bahwa sistem termasuk dalam kategori usable, yaitu sistem mudah digunakan, bermanfaat, dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Large-scale nutrition intervention programs such as the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) are likely to attract considerable attention on social media. While conventional evaluation techniques are often too slow to capture rapidly shifting sentiment, this study seeks to determine how sentiment can be evaluated. More specifically, we aimed to identify the key emerging issues. Methodology: In this study, one approach to examining emerging issues is to use a two-stage workflow in Natural Language Processing (NLP). The first step in sentiment analysis is using a transformer model (Indo-RoBERTa) to assign 'Positive', 'Negative', or 'Neutral' to 3,459 public texts from X (Twitter) social media. Secondly, we focused on 1,130 'Negative' texts. We used topic modeling (BERTopic) on this and identified the most critical clusters of issues to map and their relative importance. Results & Conclusions: Negative sentiment involves multiple factors, to which our model successfully highlighted four of the most impactful areas: (1) Financial concerns and budgetary priorities; (2) Responses to particular media coverage (e.g., Kompas); (3) Political general discourse; and (4) Expectations of particular local issues (education issues in Papua). Conclusion: Compared with the gaps in the program's nutrition components, the economic consequences, budget gaps, inequities, and regional policy deficiencies drew more public interest. Implications: The findings point to a clear need for a differentiated and open approach to communicating public policy. This approach should communicate the nutritional value and the need to align messaging with the public for the geographic and budgetary realities.

Abstract

Gisella Farma Pharmacy is a pharmacy that sells a wide variety of medicines. Each type of drug has a different priority level, which causes difficulty in determining priorities for drug procurement. This can lead to a waste of funds and stock buildup, which can be detrimental to the pharmacy. Additionally, in managing drug inventory, regular checks are still required for every request, as there is no real-time information on the amount of drug stock available in the pharmacy. The activity-based costing method is used to assign different priorities to each group of drugs and support drug procurement. Extreme Programming was used in developing this system, with black-box testing as the system testing method. From the results of research using the activity-based costing method: Drug sales data in April showed that 37 items (47.44%) of drugs belonged to class A with a total sales value of 79.54%, 23 items to class B (29.49%) with a total sales value of 15.28%, and 18 items to class C (23.08%) with a total sales value of 5.18%. Drug sales data in May included 31 items (43.06%) of drugs belonging to class A with a total sales value of 79.42%, 21 items to class B (29.17%) with a total sales value of 15.18%, and 20 items to class C (27.78%) with a total sales value of 5.40%. Drug sales data in June showed that 39 items (49.86%) of drugs belonged to class A with a total sales value of 79.42%, 27 items to class B (29.67%) with a total sales value of 15.37%, and 25 items to class C (27.47%) with a total sales value of 5.21%. Drug sales data in July included 40 items (44.94%) of drugs belonging to class A with a total sales value of 79.74%, 24 items to class B (26.97%) with a total sales value of 14.96%, and 25 items to class C (28.09%) with a total sales value of 5.30%.
