Abstract

This study aims to produce an interactive e-module of acid-base based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Canva and analyze the validity and practicality of the developed e-module. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model. The 4D development model consists of 4 stages, namely the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. However, after the define and design stages, this study only focuses on the development stage, namely the validity and practicality tests. The research instruments used were validation questionnaires and practicality questionnaires for teachers and students. The validity test was carried out by 5 expert teams and the practicality test was carried out on 8 teachers and 20 grade XI students. The results of the material and media validity test were obtained at 0.88 and 0.94 with a very valid category. The results of the e-module practicality test carried out by teachers and students were 90.38% and 95.74% with a very practical category. The results of the study show that a valid and practical PBL-based interactive acid-base e-module integrated with Canva has been produced for grade XI students.

Abstract

Chemistry learning is still considered a difficult learning process, because it focuses on collecting facts and concepts and does not implement an independent curriculum that emphasizes concept discovery. This study aims to produce a nanotechnology-based problem-solving e-module using the Heyzine application for Independent Curriculum, analyze the validity and practicality of the E-module and analyze the effectiveness of the E-module. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. The 4-D development model consists of 4 stages of development, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The validity test uses the Aiken's V formula. The results of the validity test for the content component and presentation component are 0.91 and 0.90 respectively with a valid category. The results of the module practicality test carried out by teachers and students are 0.97 and 0.90 respectively with a very practical category. The effectiveness test of the E-module was carried out using the N-Gain test and obtained a result of 0.77 with a high category. The results of the study indicate that a valid, practical and effective problem-based nanotechnology E-module has been obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to produce an integrated flipped classroom learning system based on guided inquiry using Discord application on colloid material for first year students using the Plomp development model developed by Tjeerd Plomp. The research instrument used a validation sheet filled in by 5 UNP chemistry lecturers, an interview sheet for assessment at the one-to-one evaluation stage which contained several questions with answers in the form of explanations from 3 students, a practicality sheet filled out by 9 students then content validity and constructs were analyzed using Aiken's V scale, and practicality was analyzed using practical percent. The results of the analysis of the content and construct validity data obtained were stated to be valid with a value of V = 0.84 and 0.91, as well as the results of the practicality test data analysis obtained a P value (%) of 93 in the very practical category. So that an integrated learning system is produced, flipped classroom based on guided inquiry using the Discord application on colloidal material which is used as an alternative method in the learning process in lectures.
