Abstract

The background of this research is the lack knowledge of sungai Abu citizen about the a series of delivery events, which brought indigenous food, the tools used to carry food customs and customary meaning of food brought to the delivery and implementation of events that play a role in treating food only mothers aged 60 years. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the implementation of a series of ceremonial delivery, (2) describe the type of custom foods delivery, (3) describe the equipment used to carry the customary food delivery (4) expresses the meaning of food delivery at the ceremony. The research is a qualitative research, the research object is the customary food that is brought in delivery event in the village of sungai Abu. The instrument used in this study is the observation, interview and documentation. Data are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the delivery event in Sungai abu village be held in the second day of marriage ceremony, conducting a series of delivery events in the village of sungai abu has two stages: preparation before the event and conducting a series of traditional ceremonies, the type of food served at the delivery ceremony are 23 species and which as a symbol of niniak mamak and interest to both families. Abstract

Mobile Learning untuk proses belajaran dibutuhkan pada saat sekarang, karena di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 agar arah perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dapat menuju sasaran yang tepat yaitu dunia pendidikan, karena masih banyak guru-guru yang terkendala dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran yang praktis dan efektif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran di SMK Pariwisata Aisyiyah masih dominan menggunakan buku cetak sehingga kurang praktis dan efektif untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi sekarang, maka pengembangan media Mobile Learning berbasis Moodle sangat perlu dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah Praktikalitas dan efektifitas Mobile Learning berbasis Moodle pada mata Pelajaran Pengetahuan Bahan Makanan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan yaitu R&D for education, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Four-D. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu untuk praktikalitas diperoleh dari 2 aspek yaitu guru dengan rata-rata 95,6% kategori “Sangat Praktis” dan siswa diperoleh rata-rata 94% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis” selanjutnya untuk  efektifitas media pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat efektif karena bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang dinyatakan dengan nilai siswa yang berada di atas KKM.sehingga media Mobile Learning ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi belajar, berfikir kritis, belajar mandiri, keaktifan dan keefektifan pembelajaran

Abstract

The use of learning media in Aisyiyah Tourism Vocational School is still dominant in using printed books and less using mobile-based learning media, so it is felt to be less effective in learning and makes students passive. So the development of Moodle-based Mobile Learning media is necessary for the learning process. The purpose of this research is the development of Moodle-based Mobile Learning in Aisyiyah Tourism Vocational School in the subject of valid Food Ingredients Knowledge. The development method is R&D for education, with the Four-D development model. Data retrieval was carried out by giving instruments to validators of media experts and material experts, data analysis using Aikens V, the research location was Aisyiyah Tourism Vocational School, West Sumatra, class X-cooking class students. The results of research on Moodle-based Mobile Learning learning media as interactive media from product validity tests based on media validation an average of 0.92 is declared "Valid" and material validation is declared "Valid" an average of 0.87, so Moodle-based Mobile Learning learning media is very feasible to be applied in the learning process at the Aisyiyah Tourism Vocational School.

Abstract

Nagari VII Koto Talago, Guguk Sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, is a Nagari that has been classified as an Advanced Village by the Indonesian Ministry of Villages since 2021. However, from the point of view of its assessment, there is one variable that is still low, namely the absence of a pattern of public information disclosure (KIP) regarding the implementation of the Nagari government. If this rule regarding information disclosure is applied to practice in Nagari Government, then the Nagari Government must appoint a PPID so that the Nagari Government can properly manage information related to programs, activities, policies, and various other documentation regarding the administration of Nagari governance. With good information management, it is ensured that information services to the Nagari community will also be good so that the obligations of information disclosure as stipulated in the Village Law can be carried out optimally. Through the development of a Nagari web-based and Android-based Public Service Information System Application that can provide valid information about any programs carried out by the Nagari government, it can be seen by the public.

Abstract

Stunting is a form of failure to thrive which reflects chronic and multidimensional nutritional problems. This study aims to analyze the relationship between a mother's education level, exclusive breastfeeding, and a history of infectious disease on stunting at the age of toddlers (6-60) months. The research design was cross-sectional with a purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on mothers who have toddlers aged (6-60) months in the working area of the Seberang Padang Health Center as many as 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study were through survey methods and direct interviews with mothers who have toddlers. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding (p-value = 0.001; 0.067) and a history of infectious disease (p-value = 0.028; 0.218) with stunting. However, there is no significant relationship between a mother’s education level and stunting. This research can be said that exclusive breastfeeding and a history of the disease are the risks of stunting. The need for special attention and improvement of health promotion and education programs for the Seberang Padang Health Center in preventing stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

The growth of information technology has changed the social, economic, and cultural landscape globally, but the challenges of access and distribution of digital information remain significant, especially in rural areas such as Nagari VII Koto Talago. Through community service activities that focus on socialization, training, and workshops on using the Nagari Informative Application, participants can improve their understanding and skills in utilizing information technology. It is hoped that the use of this application will increase efficiency in the delivery of information and public services. The impact evaluation will be important to measure the effectiveness of the use of information technology in improving the performance of the Nagari government and public services, as well as to develop further policies and strategies to support economic, social, and cultural growth in Nagari VII Koto Talago and similar areas throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential micronutrient content in traditional foods in West Pasaman Regency as an effort to prevent stunting in children. The research method involves collecting traditional foods commonly consumed by local communities and analyzing them to identify the content of micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients. The research results show that traditional foods that are widely consumed in West Pasaman Regency have great potential in providing essential micronutrients for children's growth. A number of traditional foods are high in vitamins A, D, E and K as well as minerals such as iron and zinc, which are important for healthy growth and development. Analysis of traditional foods also revealed the presence of antioxidant compounds that help protect the body from cell damage and can play a role in preventing stunting in children. These findings highlight the important role of traditional foods in providing the micronutrients needed to prevent stunting. The implications can support the promotion and increase in consumption of local, nutrient-rich foods in West Pasaman Regency as part of a strategy to prevent stunting in children.

Abstract

Sweet bread is a popular food product widely favored across various community groups. It is known for its soft texture and sweet taste that delights the palate, making it a preferred choice for breakfast or a snack. This study aims to analyze the quality of sweet bread enriched with pumpkin based on several sensory aspects, including aroma, texture, and taste. The research method employed was experimental. The results showed that the bread quality from treatments I and III, with 100% pumpkin substitution, exhibited good volume expansion, a round and neat shape, and a yellowish-orange color characteristic of pumpkin. The texture was thin and soft, the taste was sweet, and the aroma had a distinct pumpkin fragrance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan remaja Desa Bangun Sari dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara produktif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman remaja terhadap penggunaan aplikasi edukatif, kemampuan mencari informasi kredibel, serta etika dan keamanan digital. Melalui pendekatan sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, peserta diperkenalkan pada berbagai aplikasi seperti Google Scholar, Google Docs, Canva, YouTube Edu, dan platform pembelajaran lainnya. Sebanyak 20 remaja mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan antusias dan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta motivasi belajar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 85% peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi digital untuk menyelesaikan tugas serta mengakses sumber belajar yang kredibel. Selain itu, peserta mengalami perubahan pola penggunaan teknologi dari aktivitas konsumtif menuju aktivitas produktif dan edukatif. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas digital remaja dan berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan digital di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik serupa.
