Abstract

ABSTRAKPersimpangan Jalan Laswi – Jalan Gatot Subroto merupakan salah satu persimpangan di Kota Bandung yang menghubungkan daerah perkantoran, pendidikan, dan pusat perbelanjaan dengan daerah permukiman. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu, besarnya volume arus lalu lintas sehingga menyebabkan panjangnya antrian, dan lamanya tundaan. Tujuan peneletian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja persimpangan eksisting, dan menganalisis pengaruh optimalisasi waktu siklus terhadap kinerja persimpangan tersebut. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting persimpangan, kinerja persimpangan sudah tidak bisa dianalisis menggunakan MKJI 1997 karena diperoleh  adalah 1,2036 atau simpang sudah lewat jenuh, sehingga analisis dilanjutkan menggunakan PTV VISSIM 9.0. Hasil analisis kinerja persimpangan kondisi eksisting, dan optimalisasi waktu siklus (skenario pangaturan fase sinyal B3) yaitu, penurunan panjang antrian dan tundaan rata-rata simpang sebesar 9,70%, dan penurunan tundaan rata-rata simpang sebesar 19,57%.Kata kunci: persimpangan, panjang antrian, tundaan, lewat jenuh, optimalisasi waktu siklus ABSTRACTIntersection of Laswi road with Gatot Subroto road is one of the intersections in Bandung City that connects offices areas, education areas, and shopping centers areas with residential areas. Problems that occur is the amount of traffic flow that causes the length of the queue, and the length of delay. The purpose of this research was to analyze the performance of the existing intersection, and analyze the optimization of cycle times against the performance of these intersections. Based on existing intersection conditions, intersection performance cannot be analyzed using MKJI 1997 because   adalah 1.2036 or the intersection is over saturated, so the analysis continued using PTV VISSIM 9.0. The results of the intersection performance analysis of existing conditions, and optimization of cycle time (B3 signal phase settings scenario) that is, a decrease in the queue length of the average intersection by 9.70%, and a delay decrease of the intersection average by 19.57%.Keywords: intersection, queue length, delay, over saturated, optimization of cycle time

Abstract

ABSTRAKBundaran Leuwigajah merupakan salah satu bundaran penting di Kota Cimahi yang tepatnya terletak di Cimahi Selatan. Bundaran Leuwigajah melayani arus lalu lintas dari berbagai arah, yaitu arus lalu lintas yang berasal dari Jl. Leuwigajah, Jl. Baros dan Jl. Kerkof. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja persimpangan dengan pengendalian bundaran yaitu kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan peluang antrian. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh arus lalu lintas terhadap kinerja bundaran. Hasil penelitian pada pagi pukul 08:30 – 09:30 menghasilkan kapasitas ( ) terbesar pada Jl. Leuwigajah – Jl. Kerkof dengan nilai 3715 smp/jam, Derajat kejenuhan ( ) bundaran adalah 0,54 dan tundaan bundaran (DR) adalah 6,7 det/smp. Peluang antrian bundaran mempunyai batas bawah 6,8% dan batas atas 15,8%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, kinerja Bundaran Leuwigajah masih memenuhi persyaratan MKJI 1997 dengan catatan hanya pada jam 08:30 – 09:30. Setelah dilakukan skenario peningkatan arus lalu lintas, bundaran masih memenuhi persyaratan dengan kondisi peningkatan arus maksimum 40% dari kondisi eksisting karena menghasilkan nilai DS 0,75.Kata Kunci: Bundaran, Jalinan, MKJI 1997, Leuwigajah ABSTRACTLeuwigajah Roundabout is one of the most important roundabouts in the city of Cimahi precisely located in South Cimahi. Leuwigajah Roundabout serves traffic flows from various directions, namely the flow of traffic coming from Leuwigajah St., Baros St., and Kerkof St. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of intersections with roundabout control, namely capacity, degree of saturation, delay and the queue opportunities. The results of the research at 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. produced the largest capacity on Jl. Leuwigajah - Jl. Kerkof C = 3715 pcu/hour, roundabout degree of saturation DS = 0.54 ; and roundabout delay DR = 6.7 sec/pcu. Opportunities for roundabout queues have a lower limit of 6,8% and an upper limit of 15.8%. Based on the results of calculations, the performance of the Leuwigajah Roundabout still meets the requirements of IHCM 1997 with a note only at 08:30 - 09:30. After increasing traffic flow scenario, roundabout still meets the requirements with a maximum current increase of 40% from the existing condition because it produces DS value 0.75.Keywords: Roundabout, Weaving, IHCM 1997, Leuwigajah

Abstract

ABSTRAKKebisingan merupakan salah faktor yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam penyakit. Salah satu sumber kebisingan berasal dari suara kendaraan bermotor. Lokasi pengamatan berada di sebuah rumah sakit yang memiliki baku tingkat kebisingan sebesar 55 dB. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan tingkat kebisingan pada siang hari (06.00-22.00) telah melebihi batu tingkat kebisingan semenasa pada malam hari (22.00-06.00) tingkat kebisingan masih berada di bawah baku tingkat kebisingan. Model tingkat kebisingan menggunakan valume lalulintas total dan volume lalulintas terklasifikasi sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai R2 bervariasi antara 57,99% sampai 92,68% (menggunakan volume lalulintas total) dan 60,74% sampai 94,50% (menggunakan volume lalulintas terklasifikasi). Prediksi tingkat kebisingan menghasilkan nilai kebisingan pada siang hari menunjukkan nilai yang melampaui baku tingkat kebisingan sedangkan pada malam hari, sampai tahun 2030 tingkat kebisingan masih dibawah baku tingkat kebisingan.Kata kunci: tingkat kebisingan, volume lalulintas ABSTRACTNoise is a factor that can cause various diseases. One source of noise comes from the sound of motorized vehicles. The observation location is in a hospital which has a standard noise level of 55 dB. Observation results show that the noise level during the day (06.00-22.00) has exceeded the noise level while at night (22.00-06.00) the noise level is still below the standard noise level. The noise level model uses total traffic volume and classified traffic volume as influential variables. The results show that the R2 value varies between 57.99% to 92.68% (using total traffic volume) and 60.74% to 94.50% (using classified traffic volume). The noise level prediction produces noise values during the day that show values that exceed the standard noise level, while at night, until 2030 the noise level will still be below the standard noise levelKeywords: noise level, traffic

Abstract

This paper discusses traffic performance under major and disruption events on the road network. Traffic on the road network is modelled based on a microsimulation model by considering conditions without disruption, with disruption, and with disruption accompanied by the mitigation schemes. The simulation model used in this paper models the driving behaviour at the micro level that can be used to simulate interactions between vehicles and traffic performance in response to changes in road capacity due to disruption. The model is tested on a road network with significant sports events and potential natural disasters. Traffic flow is estimated based on information from previous events. The results of the microsimulation modelling show that the disruption scenario can reduce road network performance by up to 43%, with total delays that can increase up to five times. In addition, the mitigation schemes to reduce the disruption contribute to maintaining good traffic performance. This paper's framework can potentially be used to assess the impact of traffic disruptions during significant events. Furthermore, it can evaluate alternative strategies to overcome the disruption.

Abstract

The government is trying to improve food distribution routes to underdeveloped, remote, outermost and border areas through the Sea Highway program. The purpose of this study was to analyze fluctuations and disparities in food prices in Tidore District, North Maluku Province and Bintuni Regency, West Papua Province. This research was conducted through a price survey in the city of Surabaya as the initial area for the distribution of food goods through the port of Tanjung Perak to the port of Ternate (North Maluku) and the port of Sorong (West Papua). The samples taken were wholesalers in Surabaya City and retail traders in Tidore and Bintuni Regencies. The results of the study show that chillies are a commodity that experiences price fluctuations both in Tidore Regency, North Maluku and Bintuni Regency, West Papua. As for chilies and cooking oil, there is a high price disparity in Tidore Regency, North Maluku, while purebred chicken meat is a commodity that experiences price disparities in the West Papua region

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenggunaan aspal PG-76 sengan gradasi KP 14 Tahun 2021 pada campuran AC-WC bertujuan meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap deformasi dan retak. Pengujian Indirect Tensile Strength (ITS) dilakukan untuk menentukan modulus elastisitas campuran berdasarkan tegangan dan regangan. Metode melibatkan pembuatan benda uji Marshall, pengujian volumetrik, serta ITS pada dua kondisi: terkondisi dan tidak terkondisi. Kadar aspal optimum ditentukan sebesar 6%. Hasil menunjukkan nilai ITS pada benda uji terkondisi sebesar 935 kPa (0,94 MPa); sedangkan pada benda uji tidak terkondisi sebesar 1.119 kPa (1,12 MPa). Nilai Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) mencapai 84%, memenuhi standar KP 14 Tahun 2021. Modulus resilien pada benda uji terkondisi sebesar 733 MPa dan 1.050 MPa pada benda uji tidak terkondisi. Hasil modulus resilien tersebut memiliki potensi penerapan yang baik dalam konstruksi lapisan permukaan fasilitas sisi udara bandara.Kata kunci: modulus resilien, aspal PG-76, kuat tarik tidak langsung, KP 14 Tahun 2021 ABSTRACTThe application of PG-76 asphalt with KP 14 Year 2021 gradation in AC-WC mixtures aims to enhance resistance against deformation and cracking. The Indirect Tensile Strength (ITS) test was conducted to determine the elastic modulus based on stress-strain response. The methodology included Marshall specimen preparation, volumetric testing, and ITS evaluation under conditioned and unconditioned states. The Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC) was determined as 6%. Results showed an ITS value of 935 kPa (0.94 MPa) for conditioned specimens and 1119 kPa (1.12 MPa) for unconditioned specimens. The calculated Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) reached 84%, meeting KP 14 Year 2021 requirements. Resilient modulus values were found to be 733 MPa for conditioned specimens and 1050 MPa for unconditioned specimens. The result of resilience modulus exhibits strong potential for application in surface layer construction at airside airport facilities.Keywords: resilient modulus, PG-76 asphalt, indirect tensile strength, KP 14 Year 2021
