Abstract

Abstract

The hospital today used Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) in providing services. HMIS is an effort to present accurate information, timely and support the process of management functions and decision making in providing health services in the hospital. The research aims to apply the path analysis of user satisfaction to the intensity of HMIS users. The method used is path analysis test by assessing user perception of HMIS. The variables analyzed include user satisfaction, net-benefit and user intensity. The result of the research is information that is useful as the material of decision for the director of hospital in developing HMIS. HMIS software development is based on the needs of the hospital as a provider of health services for the community. The findings of this study are decisions based on the results of the implementation analysis of HMIS as material to develop HMIS for electronic medical records.

Abstract

Adequate nutrition affects the quality and quantity of egg production which has an impact on the profitability of laying hen breeders. Rizqie Farms experienced problems with the management of feeding laying hens, when the rainy season and open cage conditions made feeding irregular. It is important to be disciplined in feeding layer chickens on time at the same time as a research ur-gency, so that the chickens do not become stressed so that discipline in feeding management increases the quality and quantity of egg production. The design thinking method as a meth-od-ology for completing the creation of Android smartphone tools and applications. The com-pletion stages start with empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. The materials used to make the tool are ESP32 DEVKIT V1 S2, Ultrasonic Sensor, Servo driving droplet feed, Power Source/Supply 12v 1A, Stepper Motor Driver l928n, Stepper Motor Nema 17 20nm, DS3231 RTC Module (timer), Arduino Uno R3, Buzzer / Speaker, LCD 1062 16x2 with I2c port. Sensor data connected to the ESP32 DEVKIT V1 S2, Ultrasonic Sensor, Servo drive is converted to an Android smartphone as a monitoring medium. Monitoring is carried out via a mobile application, with the Internet of Things connected to the device as an internet-based communication medium. Feeding equipment testing had an average delay of 40.2 seconds and MSE 0,0514. Black box testing was carried out to test the functionality of the monitoring application on 5 users with a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

Jember State Special School (SLB) through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) vocational through the theme "Let's garden". The implementation of the project has several obstacles, namely the limited number of teachers in managing the number of students if they have to do direct practical activities. So that a visual, communicative, and interesting learning method is needed so that students can easily understand it. The purpose of this activity is to improve the skills of SLB N Jember students. The implementation time is from May to August 2024. The methods used include observation, training in practice, monitoring, and evaluation. They are learning with visual or props techniques Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out. That there are 81% of students understand hydroponic vegetable packaging, and 60% of students who can understand the concept of packaging design, and marketing carried out through WhatsApp business so that they can improve their Agro-Entrepreneurship skills. This activity hopes to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students as a provision after school. The training uses a learning system with visual or props techniques assisted by teachers at school. This activity continues to be accompanied by monitoring and evaluation so that it can be sustainable.

Abstract

Sekolah Luar  Biasa  (SLB)  are education for students who have difficulty in participating in the learning process because they have special physical, emotional, mental and social needs, but have the potential for intelligence and special talents. SLB Negeri Jember also faces problems in the educational process, one of which is deaf students who experience barriers and disturbances in verbal communication both expressively and receptively. This resulted in the message being conveyed and received a lot of misunderstanding of meaning. Online learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at SLB cannot be fully carried out online due to the limitations of students. The activity plans and solutions provided for the service are using the Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) game learning method. Making this method begins with the design sprint stage to communicate with the relevant team, namely psychologists and teachers, followed by AR programming and ends with validation so that the application has been tested for students with special needs. The results of the implementation to determine the level of acceptance of the use of the application is obtained a percentage value of 80%. Suggestions for the next development are the implementation of direct tools for IoT so that students gain new knowledge about sensor implementation

Abstract

Jember Regency was in the spotlight for the prevalence of stunted toddlers, reaching the highest rank in East Java with a figure of 34.9% in 2022. Teaching Factory Nutrition Care Center (NCC) has nutritional catering services with Managed Health Meal and Kids Meal packages. However, the ordering process was still done via telephone or chat from social media groups. The research objective was to generate an online application for Nutrition Care Center (NCC) called NCC-Food to encourage purchases of Nutrition Care Center products. It used the waterfall method, consisting of system investigation, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system maintenance. Meanwhile, this article is limited to system design. The results showed that Delivery NCC Food Apps facilitates clients/patients to order nutritious food online according to nutritional adequacy rate needs, particularly for stunted toddlers. The research is expected to promote and improve the accessibility of healthy foods, in particular for stunted toddlers; therefore, the prevalence of stunting is expected to decrease significantly.

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate (MMR), infant mortality rate (IMR), and stunting rate in the Jember regency have not reached the standards set by the government. Efforts to reduce made through early detection of risk factors using the continuum of care model at to develop an e-Posyandu system. The purpose of this study was to develop an e-Posyandu information system into a “Kelor Gateway e-Posyandu” information system based on the continuum of care and equipped with a reminder system. This was a research and development study. The sample were 15 cadres from integrated service posts Manggis 15, 15A, and 18. The system was developed using the waterfall method. The results showed that the system’s development e-Posyandu based on the continuum of care reports could be automatically recapitulated and adjusted according to the manual report. This means that the cadres could send the health data reports as soft copies (PDF) or hard copies (print) to the midwives. The Kelor Gateway e-Posyandu was also equipped with a reminder system to send the integrated service posts’ acitivity schedules via SMS to pregnant women and mothers. This system has been implemented by the research subjects at their integrated service posts. and the system has facilitated the early detection of MMR, IMR, and stunting. For future studies, the Kelor Gateway e-Posyandu needs to be implemented simultaneously at all integrated service posts in the Kemuning Lor village.
